Author's Notes: The beginning was hard cus i wanted to get straight to the meet!
"Blaine, you've already got two houses! You don't need another one." Nick protested at the mention of the house that was just signed over to Blaine that morning.
"Nick, let B live a little. It could be the best place in the world for songwriting, and we could probably play in the river in the summer!" Jeff insisted.
"Nick, Jeff is right. I felt a great energy there that could be really good for my songwriting. I love the peace of it all." Blaine came into the room holding milk and oreos for the three of them.
"Whatever, it's your money. I just don't understand how you can want three houses. You practically live in the studio." Nick took an oreo and dunked it in milk, smiling when he bit into the cookie.
"Hey, my parents have five houses in Europe and another four in the US." Blaine retorted.
"Blaine, how did you turn out so nice and down to earth when you are so spoiled?" Jeff joked.
"Because of us, Jeff, i still say that wevid and us were the only thing in the way of Blaine being a duchebag. And i say that with the most affection that a person could ever use B." Blaine rolled his eyes and punched Nick on the arm playfully.
Jeff laughed at the look of faux-pain on Nick's face, which led to Nick jumping on Jeff for laughing at him. Jeff rolled off the couch with Nick on top of him, pinning Nick to the floor, which led Nick to start to wrestle his way out. Blaine laughed and joined in on the wrestling match. The three punched and scratched at the others playfully until they were out of breath and were just a pile of tired mush.

That weekend Blaine went to the lake house to sort everything out. The old owner had left the furniture and things when they left so Blaine had to go and figure out whether he wanted to sell any of it or not.
It was six hours from LA and boarders a state park so he knew he would not be disturbed by city life while writing. The woods that came with the property was extensive, and extended thirty minutes or so down the road before the house. The light filtered through the trees and if it were not for the dirt road, Blaine would have thought that he had gone back in time to where there was no technology and life was amazingly simple. Blaine took his time driving down the road to make sure he didn't hit any bumps that could hurt his car. He didn't want to have to get a tow-truck this far out in the country.
When Blaine sees the house, his breathe is taken away. The house is full of windows and the river runs THROUGH the living room! He can't believe anyone would get rid of this amazing house. Granted, he had paid almost a full two million for the house, but it was totally worth it. He had been told all about how Wright made the house with the Functionalist mindset decades ago.
While going through the house he found that the last owner had exquisite taste in furniture. The only thing that Blaine was going to throw away was the clothes in one of the dressers that they apparently forgot about. They were too long for him, and it felt weird to keep them so Blaine just put them by the front door to donate when he went back to LA.
There really wasn't anything to do since everything was already set up, but Blaine didn't want to leave after only just coming down. Besides, driving by yourself is tiresome. Laying down on a couch, he closed his eyes listening to the sounds of nature, the sun's rays shining down on him through the trees and windows.
When his eyes opened he realized that he must have taken a nap. The sun was setting and the moon was in view. Blaine sighed, he had wanted to explore outside before it was dark. Shrugging a light but warm jacket, he started looking for his big flashlight he brought. Then he went and got his gps and programmed the current coordinates as the house in case he got lost.
Turning on the flashlight, Blaine chose a random direction and entered the wood.

In the woods, a boy was hanging upside down from a tree, reaching down to a bush to pick off berries to eat. He loved this place. Plenty to eat and never in danger of getting his home cut down like the last time where weird square things that people stayed in all the time replaced the trees. He didn't understand why anyone would chose to not live in the trees. The trees let you move around quickly and catch your food easily. He had long before come to the conclusion that the people inside the square things were stupid, and that the only reason they still existed was because they kept popping up so fast.
He was reaching down to grab another berry when a twig broke near him. The boy climbed up the tree and searched for the source of the noise, noticing a thin beam of sunlight that moved around quickly.
Frowning, the boy jumped from tree to tree, making as little noise as the century of practice let him make. Following the beam, he quickly found the source. The creature looked like one of the stupid beings that lived in the squares, he had round ears so he must be. But this one was outside, so maybe he was smarter. After all, he had the SUN in his hand.
He decided that the creature could do little to harm him, just listen to all the noise it was making! From that, he jumped down from the tree and in front of the creature, who looked startled and screamed, dropping the flashlight.

Blaine screamed and dropped his flashlight. A man had just jumped from a tree in front of him, what else was he going to do? Especially when he had thought that he was alone. Not to mention that the man didn't... uh... have any clothes on. Blaine looked at the gorgeous man in front of him. He literally glowed in the moonlight, his porcelain skin reflecting the moonlight. His muscles were muscular and even though there were scratches all over his skin, it seemed that if Blaine were to touch the man in front of him, his skin would be ever so soft and supple. His brown hair was stuck up in multiple directions, but looked stylish nonetheless. Blaine gaped at him while the man looked curiously at Blaine.
What Blaine did not notice was that the man's ears were slightly pointed, where a humans would be round, his were tapered to a point. In history class they had been taught about Shi before, but they were incredibly rare. Shi were the last creatures on earth to have retained magic from the old days. They had the same anatomy of a human, except for the ears. A Shi ear was had a point to it. Much like the mythical elf, however the point would tell you just how strong the Shi's magic was. The smaller and less noticeable the point, the stronger the magic. The Shi were adaptable and could live anywhere, and gradually they gained the ability to speak and understand any language of the human race. They tended to be very innocent creatures, living their immortal lives in peace. Some say they cannot reproduce, and therefore they are endangered, as they can be killed. Others say they reproduce by changing a worthy human into a Shi. However, only the Shi know the truth behind the speculations and they are very secretive about their kind.
Blaine watches the man as the man steps closer to him, reaching out as if to touch him. The man takes another step and cradles Blaine's face in one hand, moving it slowly this way and that to inspect him. Blaine, still in a slight state of shock, complies to the man's will in silence, wanting to know what he was going to do next. When the man dropped his hand from Blaine's face, Blaine took a step back and cleared his throat. This seemed to catch the mans attention so Blaine asked quietly "Who are you?"
The man seemed to ponder the question for a bit before replying "Soy quien soy." Blaine looked at him in confusion, and realizing that he must have spoken in the wrong language, spoke again. "I am who I am."
Blaine, understanding the words at least, smiled. "What's your name? I'm Blaine."
The man laughed. "Blaine. I like that name."
"Yes, I like it too. But what is YOUR name?"
"Me? I do not have a name. I do not need one." The man replied simply.
"Everyone needs a name." Blaine protested.
"Not me."
"Then what can I call you? If you don't have a name, how could I get your attention?" Blaine inquired.
"I don't know. I don't talk to others much, so it hasn't been a problem." The man shrugged.
Blaine was intrigued by the man without a name. It was obvious he had been in the wild far too long for his own good and now needed help. If the man was on his property, then shouldn't he be the one to help him? It was only right. Not to mention that the man could come to think of him as a hero for saving him.
"Well, would you like to come to my home? I'd love to get to know you."
The man looked contemplative for a bit before nodding. "Alright. This could be fun." He smiled and took Blaine's hand.
"But first, here." Blaine hands him his long jacket. The man looked at the jacket, wondering what he was supposed to do with it. "Put it on, you must be cold." The man complied and Blaine breathed a sigh of relief that the man was no longer naked.
