Blaine spent another night with Kurt in his room. The next morning, Finn woke him up.

He said to him, "Blaine, were going to visit Dave soon. Heres your change of clothes. Were leaving in about 45 minutes."

After taking a quick shower and putting on a new set of clothes in the ensuite hospital bathroom, Blaine was ready to head out with Finn, Puck, and Officer Joe. Before leaving the room, he went to say bye to Kurt, whos still comatose.

"Kurt, Ill be headed out for a bit. Ill be here back soon sweetie." Blaine says to him as he held and kissed his hand. "Rachel and your dad will keep an eye on you while Im out."

And with that, they left the hospital, the group was on the hunt for James Karofsky, the guy revealed to have stabbed Kurt in Lima Park. They made their way to Dave Karofskys house with Pucks assistance in finding where he lives. After hearing the doorbell ring, Dave answered the door to see Officer Joe with Finn, Blaine, and Puck standing behind him.

Officer Joe says, "Hello, Dave. Im not here to arrest you, but I need to ask you some questions." 

The group settles in the living room and Officer Joe asks him, "Do you have a family relation to James Karofsky?" 

Dave answered the officer, "Yeah, hes my twin brother."

Finn and Blaine reacted and said, "Twin brother?! How is that possible?" at the same time.

Puck said to Dave, "You didnt tell me you had a twin. I thought you were an only child."

Dave said to them, "Yes guys, Im not even lying."

He then turned to Officer Joe and asked him, "Did he do something bad?" 

Officer Joe replied to him, "He stabbed a student from your old school, Kurt Hummel." 

Dave reacted, "What?! Are you serious?" 

"Yes, this is not a joking matter. Do you happen to know where he is?" asked Officer Joe. 

Dave explains, "Well, the last time I saw my twin brother was about two months ago. He currently lives with my uncle and aunt in Columbus, which is about 90 minutes away from here. Ill tell you guys how he became a troublemaker. It all started eight years ago, when our mom got sick while waiting for a heart transplant. There was a donor heart available, but because our family didnt have enough money for the transplant, the heart was given to someone else. The doctor said that the heart was given to someone by the name Elizabeth Hummel. Sometime later, our mother died and thats when James started his mean ways. He wanted to kidnap and kill Elizabeths child out of revenge after learning that Elizabeth rejected the donor heart and died. The childs father and the police caught him before he attempted to do it and as a result, he was forced to transfer schools. Now you know why he doesnt live here and resides in Columbus. At the next school he transferred to, he was involved with beating up a couple of students right after his schools Sadies Hawkins party. Apparently, he had a crush on one of them."

Blaine gasps as hes flashing back to his dream when he saw James face and then seeing images of his younger self in that party.

He says, "It all makes sense now. Back in Dalton last year, I asked Kurt what happened to his mom in our dorm room while taking time off from our studies. Kurt told me his mom got sick and needed a heart transplant to survive. Two months later, she died of complications from the transplant. Kurt also told me that his life was nearly in danger in the days after his mothers passing. After his mom was laid to rest in the cemetery, Kurt noticed a boy around his age, standing nearby and giving mean stares to him. A few evenings later, as he turned off the lights to go to bed, he saw a shadow from the window and sees that same boy, carrying some rope and duct tape from his backyard. Kurt told his dad right away and called 911. Two minutes later, the cops came and took him away and he believed that he was the intended target. That boys name was James and I remember him now. I met him in high school in 9th grade and he bullied me during that school year. The bullying has gotten worse during the Sadie Hawkins dance, just days after I came out as openly gay. During the event, he kissed me on purpose as I was confronting him after he spilled fruit punch on me. He even admitted to having a crush on me and then was beaten up along with my friend outside. That left me traumatized."

Dave says to Blaine, "Woah, really? He had a crush on you just as I had a crush on Kurt." 

"I think Im going to get sick. Im still not over the fact that you have a twin Dave." Blaine said.

Officer Joe says to the two gentleman, "Okay, thats enough. I think we have some of the background information we need in this investigation."

"Officer, heres my brothers cell phone number. Ill help look for him." Dave says.

Just then, Finns cell phone was ringing. It was Quinn. "Hi Quinn." Finn said to her. 

Quinn tells him in a panicked tone, "Finn, we need you guys back in the hospital right away! Rachel, Tina, and Brittany have gone missing!" 

Finn says and asked her, "Woah there, slow down. Do you know they where last seen?" 

Quinn replied, "They were headed to the restroom, near the cafeteria. Santana, Mercedes, Sugar, and I waited for about 10 minutes, but they didnt return. Santana and I checked if they were in Kurts room, but only Sam, Artie, and Joe were there. We then checked the restroom, only to find a mysterious note saying the person who wrote it has them."

 Finn says to her, "No way. Quinn, were on our way. Talk to you later." 

He then hangs up the phone.

"Whats going on?" Puck asked. 

Finn says, "Rachel, Tina, and Brittany have gone missing and a mysterious note was found from where they were last seen. James must have took them." 

Blaine nervously said, "I think hes after me." 

Officer Joe says, "The situation is getting dangerous. Im getting several cops to surround the parameter of the hospital."

The guys returned to the hospital and Blaine along with Santana, Mercedes, Sugar, and Quinn stayed in Kurts room while the other guys looked for the missing girls.

Blaine, who was pacing back and forth, asked himself, "Where could James be? If I were him, where could he be hiding?"

"Since he took the girls here, theres a possibility they might still be here somewhere." Santana said. 

Blaine says to her, "You could be right Santana. What if..."

Suddenly, he feels another vision on his mind and sees an image of James and the missing girls and then comes to a realization of where they are and says, "I think I know where they could be."

Santana says to Blaine with an attitude, "Okay, lover boy. Where exactly are they?"

About half an hour later, Burt, Finn, Puck, Dave, Mr. Schue, and Officer Joe came to Kurts room. 

Mr. Schue asked Mercedes, "Where are Santana and Blaine? Officer Joe and I told them to stay here." 

Mercedes replied to Mr. Schue, "Blaine and Santana went out looking for them. Blaine thinks James and the girls are on the roof." 

"Then, we need to get up there right away." Officer Joe says.
