Blaine woke up in what appears to be the Glee clubs choir room. He asked himself "What am I doing here?" Just then, the school bell rang. As he gets to the door to get himself out and was about to turn the doorknob, he notices his hands are like see through as a ghost. No one in the school notices Blaines presence as he is invisible. He walks through the hallways of the school and turns a corner. He sees Kurt and Rachel walking to their lockers and having a conversation.

Rachel asked him, "So Kurt, what are you doing tonight after Glee club?" Kurt replied, "Im going to Breadstix with Blaine." "Oooooh...dinner date!" exclaimed Rachel, going all excited for him. Kurt reacted in lol and then asked her, "Are you going out with Finn tonight?" Rachel replied, "Not tonight. Finn has football practice and he might be exhausted. Tomorrow for sure since were going to watch a movie."

They get to their lockers and when Kurt opened his, he notices a love note. Curious, he opens and reads the note "Meet me at the courtyard after Glee club. Signed, your secret admirer." Kurt chuckles, "It must be from Blaine. I guess he wants me to meet there first before heading to Breadstix." "Awww....thats so sweet" says Rachel. A few minutes later, Finn arrives and embraces Rachel. "Hi babe," he says. Rachel says to Finn, "Hello my knight in shining armor. Your step-brother is going on a dinner date with Blaine." Finn says to Kurt, "Really? Enjoy yourselves."

Kurt replied with a thank you to Finn. Finn asked them, "Shall we guys get going to Glee club now?" The two agreed as they closed their lockers.

And so, the three made their way over to the Glee clubs choir room. Hearing the conversation earlier, Blaine realizes that hes in the same day that happened a few hours ago before the planned date night, but at Kurts school. After Glee club was done for the day, Blaine made his way to the courtyard to see what happened to Kurt before he ended up discovered at Lima Park.

The courtyard was very quiet as most of the students left school for home. Kurt was waiting alone in the courtyard, expecting Blaine there as per the mystery love note. 

Blaine was standing on the side of of the courtyard invisible, seeing Kurt sitting on the bottom of the steps supposedly waiting for him. Kurt pulled out his phone in his pocket and listens to a song in speakerphone. He plays "If we Hold on Together," sung by Diana Ross.

As the song was playing in the background, Blaine was all smiles, seeing Kurt scrolling through photos of the two of them, ranging from when the two were at Dalton, wearing their school uniforms to hanging out at the Lima Bean.

As the song finished playing, Blaine suddenly heard footsteps and noticed a suspicious person, wearing black attire at the top of the courtyard steps, about to approach Kurt. The suspect had a black mask covering his face and Blaine wonders who could that person be. Just then, the suspect grabbed Kurt from behind and gagged his mouth with a cloth, containing chloroform. Kurt then passes out, dropping his phone in the process. Blane gasped with his hands covering his mouth as the suspect carried Kurt into his car and dropped a piece of paper next to his phone before speeding off. That explained why Kurts phone and the piece of paper was left behind.

Blaine quickly made his way over to Lima Park before the suspect got there with Kurt, passed out in tow. He goes to the bridge containing love locks and sits on one of the benches nearby. He looks on as the suspect carried Kurt to the scene in the park where it actually happened. Few minutes later, Kurt wakes up, wondering of his surroundings. Kurt stands up and sees the suspect face to face. 

"Who are you and what am I doing here?" Kurt asked him. The suspect answered, "We meet again Kurt Hummel. You probably dont remember me. It was I that sent that love note in your locker earlier." Kurt says to him, "You did this? I was tricked and I dont remember if I have seen you before."

The suspect tells him, "If you recall back then, while you were in elementary, about 8 years ago, my mom was seriously sick and she needed a heart transplant to survive. A donor heart was made available, but the heart went to your mother since your family had enough income to pay for the surgery. Nearly 2 months later, my family found out that your mom passed away since her body rejected the donor heart, which made me furious. I was planning on a plot to kidnap and kill you out of revenge of my moms death, but I was caught red handed by your dad and the police and was forced to transfer schools."

"You were planning on kidnapping and killing me after my mom passed? I cannot believe you would do something like that on me." Kurt said.

The suspect continued, "I see that you have a relationship with that guy from Dalton. Well, guess what? We attended the same high school and I had a crush on him on that day of the Sadie Hawkins dance and was one of the guys that beaten him up before he transferred to that prestigious private school months later."

Kurt and invisible Blaine gasped in shock, which made them hurt to their stomachs.

The suspect says to Kurt, "Now its your turn to suffer and then, Ill take his life too!" The suspect grabbed and knocked Kurt to the ground and he tries to fight back. Kurt exclaims to him, "Im not afraid of you, whoever you are! Theres no way youre going to hurt me or even my boyfriend!" "We shall see about that." the suspect smirked. Blaine, whos invisible, begs for Kurt not to fight against the suspect. "No, Kurt! Please dont do this!" he says.

He grabs a pocket knife from his pocket and the two fight once more until the suspect stabs Kurt in the stomach twice. Blaine went into OMG mode, seeing that his boyfriend got stabbed. He felt helpless, knowing he couldnt protect Kurt.

The suspect says to Kurt, "Thats what you get for my moms death! Ill leave you to die here and let your boyfriend cry in pain." 

The suspect then takes off his mask and reveals himself. His face, almost resembling that of Dave Karofsky, the guy that bullied Kurt since he entered McKinley and the Glee Club. "The names James Karofsky. Hope you dont remember once your gone ha ha ha!" And with that, James leaves the park, leaving Kurt for dead.

Blaine cannot believe what had just happened and he started to cry when Kurt was lying on the ground, left for dead. "Kurt, no! Dont go! I love you!"

In a hospital bed, Blaine was tossing and turning suddenly, with his eyes closed, he cries out, "Kurt, no! Dont go! I love you!" Finn, who was sitting nearby, went to his bedside and woke him, "Blaine? Blaine? Are you okay? Wake up dude." 

Blaine opened his eyes and realizes hes lying in a different room. Blaine asked Finn, "What just happened? And how did I end up here?" Finn replied, "You were having a nightmare. My mom transferred you to a regular room to recover hours after your blood transfusion was done. She gave you some medication to make you feel more relaxed. Its past 12 noon now, so you slept for over 12 hours." 

Blaine reacted, "Over 12 hours?" He then begins to panic. "How is Kurt doing? I need to see him!" "Hes out of surgery and is settling in the ICU in stable condition. Hes also in a coma." Finn says. Blaine, whos still in panic mode, says to him, "No! I need to go! I need to see him right away! Please Finn, take me to him!" "Alright then," Finn said.
