A couple is sleeping in bed. It was May 7, 2016, and Blaine and Kurt had just wrapped up another school year a few weeks ago from NYADA and NYU respectively. They returned to their apartment in Lima, still happily married for over a year.

After waking up from bed, Blaine made pancakes for breakfast. He woke Kurt up before settling at the kitchen table.

Blaine asked Kurt, "Did you sleep well?" Kurt replied, "Yeah. I dreamt of us going to Paris and seeing fireworks from the Eiffel Tower." Blaine says, "Awww....this calls for a make out moment with my sweet prince."

Blaine took Kurt away from the kitchen table and embraced him a kiss in the nearest sofa.

Kurt asked Blaine after they kissed, "That felt good. My fairy prince, what should we do today?" Blaine looks at the calendar hanging on the fridge, "Hummmmm.....I know, lets go to Lima Park." Kurt agrees with Blaine, but wonders why Lima Park. "Wait, isnt it..." he says. Blaine answered, "Yes Kurt. Its that day we nearly lost each other."

"Oh yeah, how did that went again?" asked Kurt. Blaine says, "Basically, we were supposed to go on a date at Breadstix that day when the unthinkable happened."
