It’s the night before his NYADA audition, and all he wants to do is drown his nerves in cheesecake. He starts to raise his hand as their waitress walks by, but then he sees Blaine’s face. He giggles at himself and folds his hands in his lap.

Blaine giggles too, and it’s almost as if they’re on their first date again. Everything in their relationship has been renewed, basically. Even though Kurt doesn’t delete Chandler’s number, he talks it over with Blaine, and they were to go out as a group after Kurt’s audition. They were going about this maturely.

“Give me your hands, Kurt.” Blaine places both of his hands on top of the table, palm up.

Kurt blushes and bites his lip before placing his hands on Blaine’s, palm down. Blaine takes a better hold of his hands and runs his thumbs across his knuckles. When the cheesecake finally comes ten minutes later, they take turns feeding each other.
