Kurt knew he wanted children. He’d always sort of suspected that he’d wanted them, but the sight in front of him made the wish solid. They were volunteering at the homeless shelter for Christmas, because they came home for the holidays and the New Directions had made it somewhat of a tradition. Blaine was talking to this little girl, she couldn’t be older than six. It looked like they were talking about something serious, but for all Kurt knew, he could get closer and hear them talking about unicorns that could fly and poop Play Doh. The girl looked absolutely thrilled, and she kept giggling. When he finished handing out presents, he had one teddy bear left. He noticed that the girl had yet to receive anything, so he made his way over to the two.

Turns out they were talking about princes and princesses. Kurt put his acting skills to the test and grabbed they bears arms. He lowered his voice and introduced the bear as her prince, and then handed it off to her. The girl said her thanks and hugged the bear close.

Kurt would’ve sat, but there were no chairs to be seen. Blaine scooted over so that he was taking up half the chair and pulled Kurt down. They squished together on the chair with a giggle, and Blaine kept an arm around Kurt for support.

“Brenna, this is Kurt, my prince charming.”
