Mercedes looked over at her friend, who was currently smiling at his phone like he someone just informed him it was gold.

"Boy, put your phone away. Do you know how much shopping we still have to do?" She said in a hurried voice.

"Sorry, 'Cedes, I was texting Blaine." Kurt shot his friend an apologetic smile.

"So how are you two doing? It's been what, a couple months now?" Mercedes smiled.

"About four months now. I kind of lost count somewhere in between all the amazing in my life." Kurt smiled widely at Mercedes.

When they were done shopping, they planned a sleepover at Kurt's house. Burt was gone for the weekend visiting his sister and mother, Finn was staying with Sam at the small apartment his family managed to get, helping him babysit while Mr and Mrs Evans worked. The only one staying home was Carole, and Mercedes and Kurt didn't mind too much.

They entered the house and put their bags downstairs. When they went back upstairs, they found Carole with three mugs of hot chocolate.

"I made some hot chocolate, help yourselves." She said with a smile.

"Thanks, Carole." Kurt said as his phone buzzed.

I'm so bored. Wes is fighting with David over which Legend of Zelda game is better. Help me. - Blaine.

Kurt's phone buzzed again, but not with a text.

33% Battery please charge. It wouldn't have been a problem if he hadn't left his charger back at Dalton.

Shit, I would, but my battery is dying..... Wait. I have an idea. Hold tight. - Kurt

Noticing a brief silence as the two ladies sipped their hot chocolate, he proposed an idea.

"Would you guys be opposed to one more person joining our little party?" Kurt asked hopefully.

"Who?" Carole asked, not really minding another person here as long as it wasn't somebody hyper.

"Blaine. Wes and David are torturing him."

"Blaine's always welcome here, honey. Of course he can." Carole said sweetly, Mercedes nodding in agreement.

"Thanks, guys."

Kurt? What are you talking about? - Blaine

Come stay the weekend over at my house, Dad isn't home and neither is Finn. It's just me, Mercedes, and Carole :) - Kurt

About an hour later there was a knock on the door, and Kurt jumped up. He opened it to find Blaine, standing with a bag slung over his shoulder, and a huge smiled on his face.

"Hey," Blaine said.

"Hey."

Kurt pecked him on the lips and took his hand, leading him to the living room. It was a short walk, and you could see the front door from the living room, so naturally, Mercedes and Carole saw everything, and were currently wearing twin smiles.

"So what were you guys talking about before I intruded?" Blaine asked curiously.
"Vogue, naturally." Kurt replied. They both plopped down on the couch, Kurt in the middle, Blaine and Mercedes on the ends. Blaine put his arm around Kurt, and Kurt cuddled into him.

The rest of the weekend was spent painting nails (including Kurt and Blaine's), watching movies, and sleeping in the living room. That was the one rule about weekends like this. No bedroom sleeping. It was fun for the most part, except for when you wake up with a sore neck and back. Although, it's not so bad when you wake up to your boyfriend cuddling against you, Kurt realized.
