The rest of Kurt's day flew by because for the first time in a long time he had something to look forward to. It was about 7:30 when Kurt started to get things ready for Blaine, something about tonight made it different, almost special; Kurt although knew he didn't deserve special so it couldn't be that, but to Blaine it was going to be the best night. He would be holding in his arms his best friend and crush since the first day he laid his eyes on this beautiful boy. Why didn't he think he was beautiful? He might even be able to figure out why Kurt has been upset; it broke his heart so much he wanted to hold him forever and cry with him. For Kurt when he was almost out of agony it was because of Blaine.  It was always Blaine... What was it with Blaine, the slight sway of his hips when he walked? To his dark, beautiful eyebrows and beautiful ivory skin, or was it Blaine's laugh? His laugh was beautiful, especially when it as a soft chuckle. Every time Blaine would sing Kurt was memorized; it even brought a tear to his eye when he had sung "I'm still standing" from Elton John in Mr. Shue's class today for "Self-worth" week.

(Blaine's outfit he wears to Kurt's house)( Made be me)

Blaine's heart was racing when he pulled up in his black Lexus that his dad bought him last year, he texted Kurt to tell him that he was in his driveway. Kurt's dad and his wife Carol had been out of town the last week on a trip to New York until the first week of December. Finn was at Rachel's house for an unscheduled make-out session. Blaine's reply he got from Kurt was asking him just to walk in and to come up stairs. So he did.

Kurt looked beautiful. He was only wearing sweats and a washed out light blue sweater with his hair beautifully sculpted but had a few cute hairs that wouldn't stay down.  Kurt got over from the computer when he heard Blaine knock on his already opened door and walked over to Blaine and hugged him. No, Kurt held Blaine. So tight that Blaine could hardly breathe, it felt amazing. To have Kurt's fragile little (but toned) body in Blaine's strong arms was like something that had been built up and then released all at once.  Blaine immediately returned the force of the embrace but felt Kurt tense up under him and a painful moan escape from Kurt's lips.

"I'm sorry. I didn't kn-"

"Shh. It's not that, I'm just a little sore from dance rehearsals for sectionals. Which was a total lie and it were really his broken ribs from Paul.

"Oh, ok." Blaine loosened his grip and they stayed there for what felt like hours, or minutes, Blaine couldn't tell. Kurt dropped his arms and looked Blaine in the eye when he heard the beeping from the kitchen's microwave and the smell of popcorn

"Want to hit play and get comfy while I go get the popcorn?"

"Sure. Of course." Blaine walked over in his purple un-matching socks, feeling the fuzzy carpet that he loved so much and found the play button. Of all the times he's been to Kurt's house they'd never watched a movie together before.

"Where's Burt and Carol?" Blaine asked as Kurt walked into his room with the delicious smelling popcorn.

"They are in New York until next week."

"Lucky! We should have snuck in their luggage!"

Blaine's bad jokes always made Kurt roll his eyes but he had a smile on his face.

"Shut up and come eat the popcorn and settle down before the movie starts.

"Fine, Hummel." Blaine ran and jumped face first into the bed spilling popcorn on the velvet sheets.

" Blaine! You Butt wipe! You're eating that!" Kurt's name calling was almost as bad as Blaine's jokes. Blaine was laughing at the word "butt wipe" and moving over to Kurt's bed to do as he was told. As the movie started Blaine was picking up popcorn and noticed darker patches of red in the sheets that he hadn't noticed before but didn't think much of it because he thought it was just grease stains in the ill lit room. The movie drug on, both boys started to get bored because they had seen the movie so many times and knew it by heart. Blaine decided to put his arm around Kurt and he gladly accepted the invitation to put his head on Blaine's chest right in the middle of his ribcage. Blaine's fingers were running through Kurt's hair very slowly and Blaine felt Kurt's breathing slow and knew he had fallen asleep. He looked so peaceful, beautiful in fact, like nothing was bothering him and nothing could. Blaine grabbed the throw blanket above his head on the headboard and put it over both of them so they wouldn't get cold. Kurt moved his left hand near his face which put more of his body on Blaine's but it also gave him a clear view of the six cuts clearly intentionally on it. With the one in the middle the biggest and the most recent and littler less deep ones on either side, created a sick design of some sort. He started to cry because he knew what Kurt was doing to himself but he didn't want Kurt to think he would freak out and tell everybody to try to "help" him so he just grabbed that hand and kissed it over and over again and crying harder and harder trying to take away the pain he knew Kurt must have been feeling to do this to himself. Why would Kurt do this? They were moving to New York together after graduation and Kurt was hurting so much that he needed to release the pain somehow. Why was he hurting? Why would he not think he couldn't talk to him about any kind of pain? So many questions were rushing through his head that it made it hurt which made him cry even more. Why was he crying? That was an easy question... He loved Kurt and he was his best friend so he felt the pain for Kurt. Maybe even more then Kurt; the pain Blaine felt for Kurt was agony.  He realized then that the grease on the bed wasn't grease, it was Kurt's blood. Blaine's body was boiling now that he knew but he didn't want to get up and get some air because that would mean leaving Kurt alone, which wasn't an option right now. Kurt suddenly looked like he hadn't slept in weeks and he was finally getting to, so he decided to let him sleep since it was Friday night and Blaine told his parents he was going to Kurt's house and he might stay there. Blaine was able to get some sleep at about 3:30, but not much. Blaine knew he looked like he got hit by a train by the time Kurt was awake but still on his chest curled up in a ball like a little kitten. He surely felt like it though.

This was really good. It is great to see Blaine caring about Kurt so much. I hope that Blaine tries to get Kurt to open up to him.
