Author's Notes: Ok Don't hate me to much....

It had been a week since Blaine lost the love of his life. They had been safely evacuated away from the Oak Ally Plantation the night of the raid. After much debate and a strong force on Lady Cohen-Chang’s part, Blaine left Kurt in the care of the Medical Staff, while he and the others took shelter in the vaults. He awoke that evening only to discover that his attempts to change Kurt had failed and that Kurt’s body had been Cremated along with the other victims in the attack. It was the tradition of their culture, Incinerate all remains to ensure no evidence was ever left to be found.

For the last couple of days, Blaine had locked himself away from everyone, refusing to speak, accept guest, and even feed. Sam tried to coax his friend out of his depression, but nothing was successful. When Blaine did leave his solitary exclusion, he was ruthless and temperamental as ever. He just couldn’t bear to bring himself with the terms of Kurt’s Death. Every fiber of his being knew that he was responsible for that had happened. He should have never brought Kurt anywhere near his world. He kept himself busy every night, trying to fill the gaping hole in his so called soul that Once was filled with Kurt. He ever took it upon himself to interrogate any prisoners that they came across in their search for whomever was behind these attacks. This was his routine every night, and when morning came he found himself crying himself to sleep in the vaults. Never in his entire existence had he felt as lost as he was right now. He even entertained the thought of stopping it all, and taking a step into the sunlight. Sam wouldn’t let this happen though, he had made sure that there was always someone there to keep an eye on him.

Santana came in to his office one night with news that there had been another attack on a Coven in West Texas.

“As far as we know, all members were lost. But we did catch a break with this. We were able to backtrack their route and discovered the base they originated. I have a strike team mobilizing now, we’ll be ready to leave within the hour. You have my personal assurance that we’ll find who did this to you….to Kurt, and make them pay.” Santana choked out that last part, she didn’t realize she had become so sentimental that she actually wanted revenge for Kurt’s Death.

Blaine turned around from his window to face Santana and she was shocked to see that his eyes were once again as black as coal. It was a side of him that was rarely seen….

“ No Santana, this is mine and mine alone.” Santana blinked and Blaine was gone, as were the reports of the location. Vampires were extremely face when they wanted to be, but it was rumored that the Ancient ones possessed great powers that far exceeded others. Santana was a very adept telepath herself, but no matter what she could do, nothing even compared to Blaine. She left the office for the helipad to meet up with the rest of her team, but she knew it was no use. Blaine’s speed would have him there before the team. She only hoped to god that he didn’t get in over his head. She knew that he had a habit of letting his anger and rage consume him. Hopefully this wasn’t the case. The human strike team had taken off, while Brittney, Santana, and another Vampire, Wes, chose to Run behind Blaine.

They arrived about an hour behind Blaine, and were surprised to see him just standing on a hill top in front of them gazing down at the base. Santana saw that whomever these humans were, they had been well supplied. She could see a couple tanks, 4 Helicopters, and at least 5 or 6 dozen groups of solders.

“ These bastards don’t even realize were her yet. They’ll know soon enough though, that I promise you. Wes, Take care of heavy artillery, Brittney, Make sure those birds stay grounded, Santana, see what Intel you can gather inside.”

“Yes Sir,” They all proclaimed at once.

“One more thing my friends.” As he turned his head to look back at them, they all saw his black eyes and his fangs protruding. “ No quarter will be given tonight. I want nothing left standing when were done. They took Kurt away from me, and now they will know what pain and loss really is. My Comrades, Dinner is served.” With that said all Vampires snarled and showed there fangs, and were gone in a blink…what came next was nothing more than an outright blood bath…

………………………..

Sam had chosen to stay behind instead of going with the strike force in the helicopter. Ever since Kurt’s death, and Blaine’s descent into darkness, Sam had tried to find out as much as he could about Kurt’s life. He wanted to hold a memorial service so that Blaine could hopefully find closure. It was a ridiculous human ritual but, one that he felt was necessary. He located Kurt’s Family and had made arrangements to fly out and personally let them know of Kurt’s Fate. He felt it was the only right thing to do after all. He paid a visit to Dr. Summers, in hopes of securing Kurt’s ash’s. He let himself into the Doctors personal office, he had the right to. He was in fact in charge of everything while Blaine was indisposed.

After sifting through the piles of records, trying to get more background Information on the whereabouts of Kurt’s ash’s, he came across a peculiar bit of information that frankly, he couldn’t believe. He left the office in a rush and was on his way back to the office he pulled out his cell and dialed Blaine. Blaine had told everyone he was not to be disturbed but he was sure this information he would want to know.
……………………………..

Blaine gazed around the airfield he stood in, blood dripping from every one of his appendages. Bodies covered the ground everywhere, or rather what was left of the bodies. True to his word he had taken no prisoners. He pulled each of his finger to his mouth and began to lick each one clean. He thought about the men fighting back, how it was pointless, then how they tried to run only to be cut down by his bare hands. Sure, he had been a bit overdramatic, making them beg for their lives and such, but he didn’t care. As far as he saw, each of them were responsible for Killing Kurt.

Kurt…. How he would look down on this activity if he had been here. He was a kind soul, and could never bring himself to commit the atrocities that Blaine had done. Blaine knew that Kurt was the one soul that would be able to keep the darkness at bay. He was ready to give up his entire lifestyle, his world even to make Kurt smile, even if only for a moment. Kurt was his future, and now with him gone, he felt as if his world was coming to an end.

His cell phone went off and he pulled it from his pocket to see who he would have to kill later for interrupting his search for revenge. After smearing the blood off the screen he saw that it was Sam. Blaine just rolled his eyes, as much as he cared about Sam, it annoyed him to no end at how he never seemed to listen. He answered the phone, but only after making Sam wait.

“Sam, this better be important or you and I are going to have an issue.”

“ Blaine, listen to me, this is important. I was going through the records, trying to return Kurt’s Ash’s to his family and…”

“KURT BELONGS TO ME! How dare you try to steal them from me, You have no right.”

“Blaine that’s not important right now. Look, I find the Clinic records for the day after attack. There were total of 17 deaths at the plantation.”

“I know the count Sam, I’ve spent every waking moment thinking of that night. Why is this important right now?”

“Blaine, dude, shut the hell up and listen, There were 17 deaths, but only 16 cremations. Kurt’s time of death was at 10:03 am.. the last cremation was done 9:46.”

Blaine just stood there not understanding what he was hearing. Was this just a clerical mistake or…….

“Blaine, Kurt’s body was never Cremated! There’s no record of it at all. Not to sound optimistic, but what if, I mean seriously, what if he’s still alive?”

Blaine fell to the ground on his knees. He couldn’t hold back the tears any longer, letting them run down his face. There was a chance, a small chance, that Kurt could still be alive.

………………………………………………….
A few days earlier.

Kurt’s eyes flew open and he found himself laying on a small cot in a white marble room. He felt really weak and his memories were fuzzy. Last thing he remembered was standing with Mercedes at the Party while Blaine and the others were in their secrete little meeting. He felt different though, like his mind was racing a hundred miles an hour. There was a small window that allowed a little bit of light to filter into the corner. He got up and cross the room towards, maybe he could figure out where he was by looking out. His hand and arm crossed into the light first and immediately he was hit with a blinding burning pain. He looked down and his arm was engulfed in fire. He threw himself back against the bed , the fire had gone out. He began breathing heavily and sporadic..

“What the FUCK was that?” he was now shouting to himself. The door he hadn’t noticed before opened and in stepped a women he had never seen before.

“Hello there Porcelain, how about you settled down a bit and I’ll have your dinner brought up. She stepped to the side and in rolled a young man in a wheelchair. What he looked like didn’t matter to Kurt, the only thing he could Focus on was the Beating of the Boys heart, and thumping of blood running through the Artery in his neck. His mouth began to water and he felt two sharp pains in his mouth. He crouched down in the floor like an animal ready to make its move…

“That a boy! Figured you’d catch on fast, no wonder Anderson fancied you.”

“Who the hell are you? What have you done to me?”

“ You can thank Prince Charming for little transformation cupcake. As for me, well, were practically family now… you can call me Sue. Now, Bon Appetite!” Sue left the room giving order to the guard to not allow anyone but her in to see their guest. As she walked away she could only smile as she heard the screams coming out of the room she just left.

“Yes, one big happy fucking family.”

End Notes: Ok I know this Chapter was Shorter than the others and I felt that its a bit Rushed, but I promise it'll get better from here on out. I wanna thank everyone for sticking with the story so far, like I said its my first attempt. As always, Feedback is welcomed!

Thank you, I was having doubts as to whether or not I should just stick to reading instead of writing.

Bad grammar? What bad grammar? The story's so awesome that it would tell itself even if you wrote it in emoticons! Great job, I can't wait to see where it goes!
