Author's Notes: Really, really short chapter! Sorry! Thanks for reading though!
Blaine pulled into the driveway and got out of his car. He walked over to other side and pulled out the two large pizzas they had ordered. It had been a week since Annabelle had been attacked and had been staying with them since. They were trying to help her find a new place to move to so that she didn't have to go back.
He made his way up to the porch and put his key in the door. He opened it to hear music playing in the next room and two voices blending together. He recognized the song from his library on his iTunes on his computer.
“This boy here wants to move too fast, he sees my future as having a past. Well, I don't think so. I don't think so,” the one voice sang. He thought it was Kurt but it sounded to low for him.
“That boy there, well he's playing a fool. He thinks he's funny and he thinks he's cool, Well I don't think so. I don't think so,” the next voice sang.
“Cheap date, bad taste, another night gone to waste, talking about nothing in so many words
It's not like I'm not trying, cause I'll give anyone a shot once,” the voices blended perfectly. Blaine walked into the living room to see Annabelle and Kurt dancing around the room laughing.
“And I, I close my eyes, and, I kiss that frog each time finding. The more boys I meet the more I love my dog,” they sang into the chorus and Blaine joined in with them. Both of them turned around stunned to see he had walked in on them. He put the pizzas on the coffee table and smiled at them. He laughed as Kurt came up to him and put his arms around his neck.
“Here's this guy, thinks he's bad to the bone. He wants to pick me up and take me home. Well, I don't think so. I don't think so,” Kurt sang. Blaine kissed Kurt and laughed at him.
“Cage fights, PlayStation, X-Games, Raider Nation. Oversize pants with an ego to match. It's not like I'm not trying, cause I'll give anyone a shot once,” Annabelle sang now. Blaine was surprised with her voice. Her voice was like Kurt's, higher pitched, definitely a soprano, but was able to harmonize perfectly with his lower voice.
“And, I , I close my eyes, and, I kiss that frog. Each time finding, the more boys I meet the more I love my dog,” they all sang. When they finished out the song Blaine sat on the couch. Kurt came and sat next to him smiling.
“Sorry. We wanted your music. You have more recent songs than I do,” Kurt said. Annabelle sat on a chair opposite and laughed.
“I love your iTunes Blaine! It has a lot of my favorites,” she said. Blaine was happy she was smiling. She hadn't been to happy since the incident but the restraining order was against him and she was doing better. Blaine had also gotten her to see a counselor to talk to. She was happier everyday and Blaine wouldn't complain.
“At least somebody likes it,” Blaine said sticking his tongue out at Kurt. They all dug into the pizza. They sat up until at least two in the morning just talking and singing. Blaine was happy with this and didn't mind her staying with them but he wanted to see her with somebody better than Ryan.
“I really would like to move into another relationship but I know I need to wait,” she said looking at Kurt. Blaine had been spacing out and didn't realize what they were speaking about at first.
“Just get over this lump for now. Give it some time and you'll find somebody who is ten times better than he ever was,” Kurt said.
“I know...I just miss being in someone's arms. It's the safest feeling in the world,” she said. Kurt smiled at her and nodded.
“Well...why don't we head to bed? I'm beat,” Kurt said getting up. Annabelle said goodnight and went into her bedroom down the side hall and they made their way upstairs. They laid down together and Blaine had his arm around Kurt's waist and placed a gentle kiss on his temple.
“Good night. I love you,” he said.
“Night...love you too,” Kurt said kissing his cheek.
End Notes: Sorry it's so short! The next chapter should be a bit longer! I just need to see where the next chapter heads. ;)
