Author's Notes: I'm so sorry for the lateness...I was going to update and then Hurricane Sandy hit and my power went out :(Anway, here's the next chapter. Song is Wonderful by Everclear!
Blaine kept to his promise and the next day he was prepared to tell the Glee Club the truth. Cooper drove him to school that day, picking up Kurt along the way. All day he worried about what would happen when he came clean.

Walking into Glee Club that day he felt the stares of his friends and the scowl from Rachel. He took his seat and waited quietly with Kurt for Mr. Schue to come in. He stood up, the sheet music in his hand, and walked up to Mr. Schue. After discussing it with him Mr. Schue gave him permission. He gave the band the music and turned to the group. The music started up behind him and he looked at Kurt.

“I close my eyes when I get too sad, I think thoughts that I know are bad, close my eyes and I count to ten, hope it's over when I open them. I want the things that I had before, like a Star Wars poster on my bedroom door. I wish I could count to ten, make everything be wonderful again,” Blaine started. Honestly, things had never been wonderful. Maybe before he was born they were but as he got older it wasn't.

“Hope my mom and I hope my dad will figure out why they get so mad. Hear them scream, I hear them fight. They say bad words that make me wanna cry.”

He looked around at the group and his eyes landed on Kurt. The only one who knew his story. How do you tell people who worship your mother that she's a horrible woman? Blaine felt the sob in his throat and he started the next part but he was cracking and he heard a light voice pick up where he was struggling.

“Close my eyes when I go to bed and I dream of angels who make me smile. I feel better when I hear them say everything will be wonderful someday. Promises mean everything when you're little and the world's so big. I just don't understand how you can smile with all those tears in your eyes. Tell me everything is wonderful now. Please don't tell me everything is wonderful now,” Kurt's melodic, soothing voice resonated around him.

“I go to school and I run and play. I tell the kids that it's all okay. I laugh aloud so my friends won't know when the bell rings I just don't wanna go home. Go to my room and I close my eyes. I make believe that I have a new life. I don't believe you when you say everything will be wonderful someday,” Blaine sang with more confidence. Kurt now stood next to him and was holding his hand.

“Promises mean everything when you're little and the world is so big. I just don't understand how you can smile with all those tears in your eyes when you tell me everything is wonderful now,” they sang together. The people before him looked confused and some upset. Rachel's indignant face was still staring back at him like it had the past two days.

“No, no, I don't wanna hear you tell me everything is wonderful now. No, no, I don't wanna hear you tell me everything is wonderful now,” Blaine finished as the band stopped playing behind him.

“It's Paloma Gallo week not...whoever that was!” Rachel said.

“Why would I sing her song? Because of her my life has been nothing but misery!” Blaine retaliated.

“You have rich parents and great parents! Why would your life be misery? You have it so good!” Rachel bit back.

“It may look good on paper but in reality it's horrible...Paloma Gallo says she's my mom but I will never accept her as my mom.”

“And why is that? You didn't get the new car you wanted?” Rachel replied as she crossed her arms.

“They had my older brother Cooper a year after they married. She adored him and so did my Dad. He was in the spotlight from birth and walked in both of their shoes. Ten years after him, I came along. From the get go my mom didn't care. She kept the pregnancy hidden. I'm sure none of you knew that, even you Rachel,” Blaine said.

“She hid you so you wouldn't have to live that life, it's a tough life,” she replied.

“It's a tough life growing up without your parents. She moved the family back here to my Dad's parents' house. She gave birth to me and handed me off to my father. He even named me and that was only the start of it. She didn't want me back out in California with them. After a long talk they gave me to my grandparents to raise. They have custody of me but I just live with his parents.”

“You should be thankful! You got a normal childhood...” Finn said.

“Yeah, being harassed, bullied, and beaten near death is definitely a normal childhood. When...when I was attacked my Mom never bothered coming out to see me. My Dad and Cooper spent as much time with me as they could. Cooper was her protege...I was nothing. When I came out to them...she...” Blaine turned to Kurt. His arms wrapped around Blaine's body in a tight embrace.

“She yelled at Blaine. Told him he'd never come to California and he'd never amount to anything. Yesterday, she said he could join their family when he dropped the act and pointed at me,” Kurt said.

“No! You're just jealous! Paloma said in an interview she supports gay marriage!”

“She's lying, Rachel! She's no role model. She's no saint. The only thing she can do is sing and that even sucks.”

“No...Paloma Gallo is not like that!”

“She is...” Blaine said and closed his eyes. He took his seat back with Kurt and ignored the music of the bitch as the group sang. Blaine and Kurt weren't singing until the end of the week and he was thankful for that.

“Alright guys, you were amazing today. Paloma, Garret, and a special guest offered to join us the next two days so be your best!” Mr. Schue said and dismissed the class. Blaine smiled at the special guest part. He knew just who it was.

End Notes: Thoughts? Hopefully, I can get a new chapter up this week :)

that was heart breaking. poor blainers.I love that song (:!

It may only get worse! >:D Lol...I love it too. It's such a good song! :)

I really enjoyed this although I had the urge to punch Rachel but that isn't really unusual. I am glad that Blaine went up there and said the truth and that Kurt was there to comfort him. I can't wait to see what happens next and to see if Cooper is the special guest.

Hmm...there's two possibilities for the special guest but I think I've decided on who it is! :D
