Author's Notes: Thanks for reading!! :)
Blaine walked down the stairs and into the living room. He wore a dress shirt and jeans. His mom was sitting on the couch in another new dress watching TV.

“I got your father out of the house for a while so we can have Kurt here for a while before we go out,” she said. Blaine smiled at her and sat down by her.

“He'll be here soon. He left a while ago already,” he said. Alex walked into the living room from the kitchen and sat on one of the chairs.

“So...when do I get to meet Kurt?” he asked.

“Soon,” Blaine replied. A few minutes later the doorbell rang. Blaine got up to go get it and opened the door for Kurt. Kurt kissed him lightly and smiled.

“Hey. How's everything?” Kurt asked.

“Fine. I got home and had no run in with my dad,” Blaine said.

“That's good,” Kurt said. He took Kurt's hand and led him into the living room. His mom had gotten up and went over to Kurt.

“Hi honey! I haven't seen you in so long!” his mom said. Kurt returned her hug eagerly. They had hit it off from day one and loved seeing each other. Blaine was thankful about that. Blaine looked over at Alex who was standing with his hands in his pockets and looking over at them. His mom let Kurt go and he took Kurt's hand back in his.

“Kurt...this is my older brother Alexander. Alex, this is Kurt, my boyfriend,” Blaine said. Letting Blaine's hand go, Kurt made his way over to Alex.

“Pleasure to meet you Kurt. I've heard quite a bit about you from Blaine already,” Alex said.

“It's nice to finally meet you,” Kurt said. Alex smiled and looked over at Blaine.

“He's even better looking in person,” Alex said winking. Blaine looked at Kurt who was now smiling.

“I like him Blaine...and you're right...you two do look awfully alike,” Kurt said.

“We do not,” Alex said.

“You do though.”

“Why don't we head out? Kurt you can ride with me and Blaine you can go with mom,” Alex said.

“No! Kurt is going with me in my car and you can go with mom,” Blaine said.

“Ugh it's like when you two were kids,” their mom said walking to the front door. Blaine took Kurt's hand back in his and they made their way out to the cars. Blaine opened the door of his car for Kurt and closed it.

“Very nice Blaine,” Alex said winking. Blaine rolled his eyes and made his way over to the drivers side. Blaine got in and pulled out of the driveway.

“I like him Blaine...he seems really nice. What does he do for a living?” Kurt asked.

“He's a business and law major. Doubled surprisingly and managed to do amazing. I could never do it but he did and dad has not let it go since with me,” Blaine said.

“Where does he live?”

“Florida. That's why he's back. Our dad wants him to open a law firm in Florida and run it. It's a huge promotion for him and he took it. He'll be leaving the end of this week to start. My parents are going for a week to find an office space. My dad won't let him do it,” Blaine said.

“Wow...he's pretty successful isn't he?” Kurt asked.

“Very...and he's still pretty young. He's 26 and managed to do a lot. He's always been steps ahead of his class. Graduated from Dalton top of his class. Graduated top of his class in college and was on the Dean's List every semester,” Blaine said. Kurt was now gaping at him surprised.

“Wow...He's really smart isn't he?”

“Yeah. He's always applied himself. He used to always say he was doing it so that our dad would leave me alone and focus on him but once he was gone...our dad focused on me. When I was...attacked...he came back for the few days his college allowed with a family emergency and he stayed with me the whole time. He kept fighting with our dad to leave me alone and lay off but he wouldn't have any of it. The day I went home was the last day he was around. He went back to school and my dad started to go off on me again,” Blaine said. Kurt took his free hand, a thumb rubbing across his knuckles.

“He told me to stop corrupting my brother into my ways. I was so pissed and I stopped talking to Alex for a while. When I tried to contact him afterwards he never answered. It's been three years since and this is the first time I've seen him since then...” Blaine said.

“Well...either way he seems like a really great guy,” Kurt said. They pulled into the restaurants parking lot and he pulled into a spot by the front. They got out and went in. Blaine got them a seat and they waited for his mom and brother. They ordered drinks as they came in.

“You two got here fast,” his mom said as she sat down.

“You two were slow,” Blaine said. They ordered food and sat in silence for a little bit.

“So Kurt...what do you go to school for?” Alex asked.

“Fashion and Retail Studies,” Kurt replied.

“Good luck. Where do you go?” he said.

“Thanks. I go to Ohio State University,” Kurt replied.

“Why there?”

“It was close to home and I'm still able to help out at my fathers garage...and I'm close to Blaine,” he said.

“I see. I would never have taken you for one to know cars. I'm surprised but good because Blaine knows nothing,” Alex said laughing. Blaine looked down and sighed. Kurt took his hand from under the table and smiled.

“Did I say something wrong...” Alex asked.

“Dad bought stupid car and had me restore it with him hoping to make me straight. It didn't work obviously and I wasn't just going to change because he had me help him with a car,” Blaine said.

“Wow...I didn't mean to say something to bring that back. You're better with cars then aren't you?”

“A lot,” Blaine said smiling. Dinner continued on uneventfully and then they went home. Kurt came around to him when they parked and kissed him goodbye.

“I really like him Blaine,” Kurt said.

“So do I...maybe we can meet once more before he goes back to Florida,” Blaine said.

“I'd love to,” Kurt said. Blaine kissed him again.

“Let me know when you get home,” Blaine said. Kurt nodded and left. Blaine went into his house and up to his room waiting for Kurt's phone call.
