“Please...go. You hurt me and I'm done with this. I've put up with it for months now and I'm done,” Kurt said. Cooper put his hands gently around Kurt's face. Kurt shuddered at the touch and looked at him warily. Cooper leaned in and kissed him gently. Kurt pushed him away as soon as Cooper let up.
“Cooper...”
“Why did you fall out of love with me? I love you Kurt...I want you in my life. That's all I ever wanted...you.”
“That's not enough Cooper.”
“What is he? What is he that I'm not?”
“I don't know Cooper...overall...he's been amazing to me. He's so compassionate and caring. He treats me like I'm his world.”
“I made you my everything...”
“I know...and it was good until he came along. You changed...”
“Because you cheated!”
Hearing the words stung but he knew they were true. He had never seen this side of Cooper until Blaine came around. The past guys must have really, really hurt him that much that he got insecure around Blaine.
“I couldn't trust you any more Kurt! I didn't know if I ever could...”
“I'm sorry...” Kurt said reaching out to hug him. Cooper grabbed his wrists and put them down.
“Sorry doesn't cut it...” Cooper said through clenched teeth.
“Please leave Cooper...”
“You'll regret this...” Cooper mutter angrily.
Cooper glared at him and walked away from him. Kurt followed him into the living room watching him slam the door shut and leaving. Kurt felt the tears slip down his cheeks and he struggled to breathe properly. The next thing he knew arms were wrapping around him carefully, holding him tightly.
“Are you okay? Did he touch you?” Blaine asked. Kurt shook his head and turned in Blaine's arms placing his head on his shoulder. Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine's neck and held him close.
“I don't know...I feel so awful for doing this to him. He kissed me but it was once and I told him to go...” Kurt said. Blaine held him tighter and led him to Kurt's bedroom. They laid together on the bed holding each other. Kurt wanted nothing more than to wrapped up in Blaine forever. A part of him feared though what would happen to them.
“I'm so scared...” Kurt whispered.
“Of Cooper? Don't be. I will always be here. I will protect you from him.”
“Not of Cooper...”
“Of what then?”
“Hurting you...more than I already have. I've proven I can cheat...what if it happens to us? I don't think I could live with myself if I did that to you.”
“Kurt...I'm here because I love you and you love me. I don't think you're going to cheat on me. Obviously you love me. I know you loved Cooper. He just wasn't the one though.”
“You are. You're the one I want. I'm so content with you and so happy. There's something in you that I've never seen in him.”
“You're the one I want. Always,” Blaine said holding Kurt impossibly closer. Kurt smiled lightly and curled up into Blaine. He was content. This peaceful feeling was everything he had wanted. He never had it with Cooper. When they had started dating...Cooper and him were close. They were happy and everything was perfect. Kurt loved him. That day he met Blaine for the first time he loved Cooper. They were going to celebrate, once again, their anniversary.
Cooper never wanted a family though and that was probably what had killed Kurt the most. Cooper was willing to marry but he never wanted kids at the moment. They were young still but Cooper said he didn't think he'd change his mind. Kurt had pushed it away hoping to one day convince Cooper to have kids.
Kurt really had though they would always be together. If Blaine hadn't showed up him and Cooper would still be happy...in love. Kurt sat up and looked down at Blaine who had fallen asleep. He suddenly felt anger at Blaine...not strong anger but it was there. If he hadn't showed up Cooper and him would still be together. Would they have been happy though? He wouldn't know because Blaine came around. He got up and walked across the room biting back more tears. He was at fault for cheating but honestly? He was confused. Was it his fault or Blaine's fault? Was it anybody's fault? He felt more guilt than ever rain down on him and he crumpled to the floor breaking down.

Flawless like always!!! :D
Thanks so much!! Is there anything you would like to see in a sequel? :)
i would love for something to happen in a sequel. this is really good :)
I would absolutely love to see something happen! This is an amazing story!
Thanks so much! Anything in mind. I'm taking ideas and trying to correlate my own in... :)
I don't think you should do a sequel, you let them be happy and that's it. I can't take Kurt cheating on Blaine, that would rip my heart out. And Kurt why is he getting ma at Blaine he better stop. He told Cooper and he has Blaine. What else does he want.
I had an idea for a sequel and I saw how successful this story was and I couldn't touch it...I had to let it go. :)
