Kurt's POV

First day of school.

How I wish summer would last a little bit longer. I hate going back to school and being forced to be around those who hate me.

Only good thing about school is Glee Club. Getting to Glee ment I had survived the day and what other way could I make myself feel better after a rough day then singing?

I opened my locker for the first time this year & started putting my stuff in it when I felt a small tap on my shoulder. I turned and saw A small girl with beautiful green eyes & long black wavy hair. She was wearing a black shirt with long sleeves which struck me as weird since the summer season technically hadn't ended yet.

"May I help you?" I asked.

The girl looked down at her feet shyly. "Uhm... I was wondering if you would mind helping me please? I don't know how to work these lock things." She said quitely while pointing to the lock on the locker.

"Sure!" I said smiling."My names Kurt." I held out my hand.

She took it and shook it gently. "I'm Amdis."

that's a weird name I thought, but didn't dare say outloud. "Which locker is yours?" She pointed to the locker on my left. "Cool, so I guess we are locker buddies then." She nodded silently.

I started to teach her how to open the lock when I saw red out of the comer of my eye. Before I could do anything I felt the icy sensation of a slushy hitting my face. I heard a startled, high pitch gasp come from next to me. I wiped my eyes to see that Amdis & been hit by a slushy too.

"Welcome back Fag" Azimio said laughing.

Amdis froze.

"Looks like the homo found himself a beard over the summer," Dave said pointing in Amdis's direction.

"And an ugly one at that" someone else stated. The pack continued down the hall laughing to themselves.

We stood their for a few moments. I was waiting for Amdis to say something. She didn't. She just stood there silent and unmoving.

"Are you okay?" I asked. Silence. Well I wasn't going to stay here until the slushy dried. I grabbed the girls hand and pulled her to the bathroom with me.
