Blaine was having a horrible day. First off, he was damn sure he failed his pop quiz,  he got slushied and called a fag, then someone stole his clothes in the boy's locker room so he had to wear gym clothes all day...Oh, and did I mention someone kept calling him so the teacher took his phone away? Yeah, to say the least he was in a horrible mood. 

He arrived at the Hummel/Hudson's  and sat his bag on the ground. No one was home besides Kurt who was laying on the couch in pajamas. A blanket was wrapped around him like a cocoon. 

"Kurt what's wrong?" Blaine asked sitting next to him noticing his odd behavior. Usually he was so happy and upbeat. This was not normal behavior. 

"You didn't answer my calls." He said flipping over so his back would be towards Blaine. 

 Blaine had been holding his anger in throughout the entire morning, not able to take it anymore he threw all of his building feelings at him. "God dammit Kurt! I wanted to answer but, you interrupted the class. The teacher took my phone away so You honestly can't be mad at me!" Blaine snapped. 

"I KNOW I PULL YOU DOWN, SO JUST LEAVE ME!" Kurt had shouted out of nowhere as he got in Blaine's face.

"Stop this shit, Kurt! I LOVE YOU! And yeah, your damage does affect me because sometimes you freakin' act like a five year old! I can't leave you alone for one second! I NEED FREEDOM, TOO, KURT!"

Kurt had stopped and his face fell, mouth gape, eyes clouded over with tears. "Do you honestly think I want to be this way? DO YOU! NO. And maybe I want to be around you every freakin' second because IT MAY JUST BE MY LAST ONE WITH YOU!" Kurt stormed to his room as loud sobs escaped his mouth. 

"Kurt, honey, I didn't mean it. I'm sorry!" He yelled after him but, all he got was a slammed door.

At Kurt's last appointment the doctor told them that the swelling in Kurt's brain may be harmful and might eventually kill him. 

Blaine sat on the couch sobbing into his hands. He felt horrible but, he just exploded.

 Blaine went home early that night since Kurt wouldn't come out of his room.  He was exhausted but, couldn't sleep.  Blaine remembered when Kurt came home from his therapy one day and showed Blaine the little page of a worksheet they had done. They would do things on different topics each time, and that week's had been Love.

"Look, Blaine," said Blaine happily, showing Blaine the paper. Blaine read it.

-Why is this LOVE?: Because it's Blaine

-What does this mean to you?: My everything

Blaine frowned remembering the sweet memory. He grabbed his pillow and  cried to sleep that night.
