Chapter 19
Before they knew it Blaine was already back at school. kurt hated when Blaine went to school. He had a new partner in crime, Tigger, but he wasn't much of a talker. Hours felt like years. He sat in the apartment doing nothing but staring at the tv screen watching a rerun of an old spongebob. He thought he would even turn into a couch at one point.
Oh! He knew what he could do! He quickly ran into the supply's closet and grabbed his several bottles of glitter and markers. Paper, paper, he needed paper! Kurt grabbed a near by random sheet and began his master piece.
He drew a butterfly since they saw one In Central Park the other day. Oh gosh Blaine would love it! He even did it in Blaine's favorite color which was saying something since Kurt refused to draw in anything but, purple. When he was done he sat it by the window for it to dry. Oh, Blaine would be so proud of him!

Kurt heard the door unlatch signaling Blaine was home. He quickly removed Tigger from his lap and headed over to the door to remove Blaine's coat like he normally did.
"Hi sweetheart. How was school?" He smiled so happy to see that his fiancé was home. "I missed you like crazy."
"Horrible." Blaine huffed. "Remember that essay I worked so hard on about dancing?" Kurt nodded confused. "Yeah well forgot it today and Mrs Torrez said I would get fifty points taken off. So the highest grade I can get know is a fifty percent." Blaine slumped on the couch. "My grade will for sure be knocked down."
"Is a fifty good?" Kurt asked.
"No. It's an F." Blaine sighed pinching his nose.
Kurt massaged Blaine's stiff shoulders as he worried a bottom lip. Oh yeah the picture! That should make him feel better. "I drew you a picture today." Kurt said running into the kitchen.
He held it out so proudly. "Look Blaine! it's a butterfly! I drew one cuz remember when we saw one in Central Park? I even drew it in Green. You know how much I love purple-"
Blaine's face fell as he looked at the paper. "Kurt, what the hell is this?!" Blaine shouted as he looked at his sparkly green essay. He work on it all week and now it was ruined. Glue dripped from the paper as he lifted it.
"What?" Kurt said confused. "Why are you so upset?"
"This is my essay!" He shouted. "It's ruined."
"It's the only paper I could find. I'm sorry...it just...I was bored and I didn't know. But now it's pretty? Maybe she'll give you more points?"
"No Kurt, she won't." Blaine snapped. "I'm in collage, not pre-K!"
Kurt flinched as the tears began to well in his eyes. "Do you expect me to sit around all day just waiting for you come home? Huh?! I got bored so I thought I would make something nice for my fiancé."
"Well did you look before you even started?!" kurt didn't say anything. "I have things to do Kurt! I don't have time to rewrite another essay. I don't get to stay home all day like you."
Kurt' blood boiled. "You think i want to stay home all day? I would kill to go to school. YOU get to leave, YOU get to have a fucking life BLAINE!" Kurt let out a sob as he balled his fists. "Do you know how frustrating it is to see all your friends grow up and do things that you dreamed of?" He suddenly stormed out of the room slamming the door behind him.

Blaine waited and waited and waited for Kurt to come out but, he didn't. He felt horrible. He always took out his stress on Kurt and wasn't fair to him. He just wanted to give him a picture. A 3000 worded picture on the fine art of dancing but, a picture...
"Kurt?" He slowly opened the door and peeked in, sighing when he saw Kurt sitting in their bed with his back to the doorway. "Honey?"
Kurt started at the sound of Blaine voice and he sniffed, making it obvious that he had been crying. "Just leave me alone." He muttered under his breath.
"Look Kurt I've just been really stressed lately ok? I was being a complete asshole. Honey, I love you and I shouldn't of yelled at you. To make it any better I framed the picture you drew?"
Kurt chuckled before facing him. "I'm sorry too. I should have been more careful. I don't like it when we fight, Blaine."
Blaine smiled. "I don't like it either." Blaine held him close to his chest kissing his hair. "Hey how about we go get some ice cream huh? No more fighting?"
"No more fighting." Kurt grinned.
