Author's Notes: First of all, thanks for reading me!It all started with a funny conversation with a friend about the first episode of The Following and Jacob/Paul. As Klainers, we made the connection.xx, floney.

It wasn't every night such a gorgeous prey was walking among the dark Manhattan streets.

Really, it had been rare lately. Blaine was panting with desire, he felt his stomach twisting and clenching, his heart racing in his chest, his ears on alert, hoping that no one would trouble his hunt. It was the first time he ventured in this street, and with that luck, he thought about repeating his actions.

It wasn't every night the young curly-haired-boy was walking among the dark Manhattan streets for his own pleasure.

No. He had to enjoy this thirst which was eating him day after day since he was a teenager. Since this dreadful day when everything had change dramatically around him.

He knows his actions are abnormal, he needed to seek a treatment, but he couldn't. What would he say if he ended up at that point? Moreover, he would become terribly lonely, and he couldn't allow that. Not again.

It was past eleven. Kurt had just left his internship at Vogue.com. He hated those kind of narrow streets which always looked haunted. He walked faster, trying to reach his apartment as soon as he could.

The coolness of this winter night was caressing his cheeks, slightly reddening them. He pulled up his scarf above his chin and looked briefly behind him. Then, he thought he saw a silhouette far away, but told himself it was just his imagination. A trash can, maybe, or even a broken street lamp.

It was weird, to keep forgetting something in the most crucial moments.

Kurt suddenly realized he didn't have his folder filled with his last sketches that he needed to finish. He muttered a few incomprehensible words before stating out loud how scatterbrained he could be.

Suddenly, the young man turned around, face to face with a complete stranger, looking as confused as himself in that moment. The blue-eyed-boy made a chocked noise.
