"What are you doing over the weekend?" Kurt asks Blaine on Thursday afternoon.
"Well, since we don't have school tomorrow and Dalton does, I'm gonna drive up and pop in on the warblers. You should join me if you you don't have anything else planned." Blaine invites.
"Uh, yeah sure. I'd love to meet the warblers; especially considering we could very well compete against them." Kurt smiles, grabbing Blaine's hand as they walk into the Lima Bean.
~Friday, 7:30AM~
"Do you want me to drive?" Kurt offers and after a skeptical look from Blaine, adds "I know how to get to Westerville, I've been to a few sales there. And honestly, you don't look up for it. How you manage being all peppy on school days is beyond me..." Blaine just chuckles and allows Kurt the driver's seat.
"Lots of coffee." He mutters once they're both comfortably situated.
"Well then let's hit the Starbucks drive through, shall we?"
After twenty minutes of sipping their coffee and staring at the road ahead of them, Blaine turns down the radio.
"Okay, I'm alive now." he assures Kurt, who smiles.
"Good. Although you are kind of adorable when you're tired."
"Thanks," Blaine mumbles and Kurt revels in the cute pink blush staining his cheeks.

Pulling into the parking lot and glancing around, Kurt notices Dalton's attire.
"Hmm," He hums, rubbing the steering wheel with his thumb.
"What?" Blaine asks nervously.
"I'm trying to picture you in the uniform."
"Oh," Blaine chuckles "Here, I have a picture on my phone." after a few moments of scrolling through pictures, he pulls one up.
"Apparently, leaving my phone with a friend while we performed wasn't such a bad thing."
"Oh, my god." Kurt chuckles "look at your hair!"
"What?" Blaine's tone is panicky "Is something wrong with it?"
"No, no. It's cute! You shouldn't gel it so much, the little curls escaping here are nice."
"ugh, no. My hair turns into a giant frizz-ball when I leave it alone. And we're going to miss our opportunity to catch the warblers' practice if we don't get going." He adds, trying desperately to change the subject.
"Have it your way then."
Once they're out of the car and walking side by side, Kurt leans closer to Blaine and whispers "By the way, the uniform is hot on you."

Uptown girl She's been living in her uptown world I bet she's never had a backstreet guy I bet her momma never told her why
I'm gonna try for an uptown girl She's been living in her white bread world As long as anyone with hot blood can And now she's looking for a downtown man That's what I am
And when she knows what She wants from her type And when she wakes up And makes up her mind
She'll see I'm not so tough Just because I'm in love with an uptown girl You know I've seen her in her uptown world She's getting tired of her high class toys And all her presents from her uptown boys She's got a choice
Uptown girl You know I can't afford to buy her pearls But maybe someday when my ship comes in She'll understand what kind of guy I've been And then I'll win
And when she's walking She's looking so fine And when she's talking She'll say that she's mine
She'll say I'm not so tough Just because I'm in love With an uptown girl She's been living in her white bread world As long as anyone with hot blood can And now she's looking for a downtown man That's what I am
Uptown girl She's my uptown girl You know I'm in love With an uptown girl My uptown girl You know I'm in love With an uptown Girl
Kurt and Blaine watched the performance happily. After the first couple of lines, the warblers noticed them and their smiles got bigger when Blaine waved.
After being practically tackled by the whole group, they step back and begin chattering.
"So, what brings you here?" A boy in the back asks.
"Back to beg at our feet for your lead soloist position back?" A different boy (A blond near the front) jokes.
"It's great to see you again!"
"Is this Kurt?!"
"How's McKinley?" And so on.
Blaine just chuckles. "Hey guys."
"NO! There were a couple good questions there and all we get is hey?" A brunet boy asks.
"Okay. McKinley is fine. Yes, this is Kurt, and no, I'm not here to 'beg for my position back'. Happy?"
"Well then what brings you here?"
"technically my car." Blaine jokes, but when no one laughs he sighs. "McKinley didn't have school today and I just figured I'd stop by and say hi. And introduce Kurt." at the mention of his name, Kurt perks up and waves shyly from his spot beside Blaine.
"So THIS is Blaine, huh?" A boy near the front asks.
"Yeah, are you a freshman, or...?" Blaine wonders.
"Do I look like a freshman?" the boy chuckles. "I'm Sebastian. Great to finally meet the guy who's sex-on-a-stick and sings like a dream." Sebastian's smile is smug as he shakes Blaine's hand. The room is suddenly filled with tension. Blaine can practically feel the waves of anger rolling off of Kurt.
"Um, okay sure. Anyway, this is my boyfriend Kurt." He addresses the whole group and everyone but Sebastian lets out a whoop or whistle.

About forty-five minutes later, four warblers, Kurt, and Blaine find themselves in a coffee shop, laughing their asses off at story after funny story.
"Okay, so does Blaine still jump on furniture?" on warbler -Wes, Kurt remembers- asks.
"Yes!" Kurt laughs.
"Guys, it's really not that funny." Blaine crosses his arms over his chest, shrinking back into his chair.
"No, it's cute. You're like a puppy." Kurt reassures, kissing his forehead.
"Aw, Blainers, calm down. Just be grateful we haven't told him about the Gap Attack." David says.
"What's a 'Gap Attack'??"
"David? You suck!" Blaine argues.
"Nope, pretty sure that's your job."
"Oh my God." Blaine buries his face in his hands.
"Guys. What's a Gap Attack?!" Kurt asks again, this time partially trying to distract them from torturing Blaine.
"Okay," The blond -Jeff, Kurt reminds himself- begins.
"So it was on valentines day during Blaine's sophomore year. He convinced us that we should do an off-campus performance, insisting that it would help us prepare for regionals or something. Anyway, he gets us to go to the Gap and perform 'When I Get You Alone'.
"Later, we found out that there was a specific guy -Jeremiah- that he was trying to impress. Not only did Jeremiah turn Blaine down, but he also got fired!" The boys laugh again, remembering it.
"In my defense, he turned me down because he was over 18 and I wasn't." Blaine says defensively.
"I don't know why anyone in their right mind would turn you down otherwise." Kurt replies seriously. All four Warblers make gagging noises behind them.
"Oh, shut up guys!" Blaine laughs, shoving nick's shoulder, a smile threatening the corners of his lips.
