Kurt didn´t know when he started feeling this way. At first it was only a normal assignment. Simple rules: ‘Spot the target. Kill it. Make sure you won´t get caught.’ Sounded simple enough and Kurt was a pro in this business. There was always one rule Kurt thought was ridiculous:

“Never let yourself be attached to the target subject.”

You couldn´t be a perfect assassin if you let your feelings get in your way. It was simply impossible and Kurt was perfect in shutting his feelings and emotions down. He didn´t need them anyway – or so he thought until his next assignment came in.

Kurt never asked what people he had to kill. He made sure to get every job done as fast as possible. And he always avoided knowing the reason why he was ordered to kill them.  Kurt never thought that his whole lifestyle would change when Blaine Anderson entered his twisted life.

(11:36 pm) ~Incoming Call~
Foxy
“Well, so you think you got everything?”
Black Bird
“Of course, silly. I´m not some amateur.”
Foxy
“Just wanted to make sure. And you really don´t want to know the reason for the assignment?”
Black Bird
“No and you know that. I don´t get why you always feel the need to ask again.”           
Foxy
“You´re the strangest assassin on this whole planet, Ku..”
Black Bird
“Stop calling me that. It´s Black Bird and nothing else.”
Foxy
“Of course Black Bird…”
Black Bird
“I´ll get back to you when I´m done with this. Bye.”

Kurt ended the call with pushing the red button on his phone. It was always like that. Foxy was the “woman in charge” at the organization Kurt was working for. She always sent him all the information about the target subjects he needed. Originally Foxy was called Sara Jenkins. But they all had code names and Kurt liked to go by them. He forbid everyone he worked with to call him by his real name – because of serious reasons Kurt never mentioned.
Anyway now he had everything he needed and he shouldered his messenger bag to leave his apartment so he could start with this new assignment. He had different ways to eliminate his targets and from the information Kurt already got he knew that this wouldn´t go the easy way. Blaine Anderson was a popular music major who got lots of attention, so he had to take one step at a time to make it look like some accident. Or otherwise he would bring a lot of trouble to his organization.
