Kurt lay in Adam's arms as they watched a movie together in Adam's room, as they did every Saturday night. Kurt had almost drifted off to sleep during this movie numerous times, he was so bored.
"We are not watching this movie again Adam," Kurt said as the credits rolled onto the screen. They had watched it so many times as it was Adam's favourite.
"Fine," Adam mumbled into Kurt's brown hair. Kurt didn't find himself believing Adam, the last time they watched this movie Adam said they wouldn't be watching it again.
Kurt could never remember getting this bored when Blaine made him watchallthe Harry Potter films nearly every weekend. 'Stop it' Kurt scolded himself, he tried hard not to remember Blaine. They hadn't talked in over a year and Kurt was nearly positive that Blaine hated him but he couldn't stop the little bit of hope that sometimes wandered into his mind.
Of course he would never leave Adam for Blaine, but he hoped that Blaine could be apart of his life in some way. Kurt missed him so much it hurt just thinking about him.
"What do you want to do?" Adam asked interrupting Kurt's thoughts.
"I don't mind as long as we are not watching thathorriblemovie,"
"Come on love, it's notthatbad,"
"It really is Adam, it really is,"
Adam laughed and rolled his eyes playfully as Kurt looked up at him. Then he leaned in for a nice slow kiss. Kurt loved the way Adam's mouth moved slowly over his. The way their tongues thrusted slowly together. Kurt felt his dick getting steadily harder as he lay on top of Adam kissing him slowly.
Suddenly Adam thrust up and moaned, he moved his hands up and started unbuttoning Kurt's white shirt. Kurt pulled away from Adam immediately and looked into his eyes.
"I don't want to do this," Kurt said as Adam's hand rubbed over the curve of Kurt's ass.
"Kurt we have been dating for six months and we haven't had sex," Adam said skipping straight to the point.
"I-I'm not ready," Kurt mumbled quietly.
"Are you still a virgin Kurt?" Adam asked quietly looking into his eyes. No, god no he was definitely not a virgin, he couldn't count the number of times him and Blaine had sex. The truth was, he wasn't ready for it with anyone who wasn't Blaine.
"Yes," Kurt lied then he started buttoning up his shirt. "I don't want to doituntil I'm ready, I trust you respect that."
"Of course I do Kurt, I just didn't know, I just assumed you-"
"Had already had sex?" Kurt snapped starting to feel a little defensive.
"Um yeah..." Adam said awkwardly.
"Sorry," Kurt said quietly, he didn't mean to snap at Adam he was just starting to get anxious.
"It's okay," Adam said smiling at Kurt, when suddenly Kurt's phone went off from his bag.
"Probably dad, do you want me to go home or am I staying the night?" Kurt said getting off Adam's bed and grabbing his bag.
"Well do you want to stay the night?" Adam asked smiling at him, Kurt smiled and nodded back, then reached into his bag and grabbed his phone.
He looked to see who was calling him even though he pretty much knew it was his dad, but it wasn't. It was Blaine. Blaine Anderson. Blaine Anderson was calling him. Kurt stared at his phone to make sure he wasn't dreaming. He double checked the number that was flashing on the screen to see if it really was Blaine's. It definitely was.
"Kurt, are you alright?" Adam asked as Kurt just stared at his phone.
"It's Blaine," Kurt said in response.
"Blaine, who's he? The name rings a bell,"
"My ex boyfriend Blaine Anderson,"
"Oh, but you haven't talked in-"
"A year I know," Kurt said sharply.
He looked down at his phone, took a deep breath and pressed the accept button.
"Hello?" Kurt said tentatively.
"K-Kurt," Blaine's voice shook and cracked and he was sobbing violently.
"Blaine," Kurt said back, he couldn't believe he was actually talking to Blaine. "Are you okay?"
"N-no, I just came out to my father," Blaine sobbed. Oh no, Kurt thought, Blaine's father was definitely not a tolerant or accepting man. Blaine's mother would have been alright with it but she lived all the way in Nevada.
"What happened?"
"He yelled at m-me and I g-got mad with him, so he threw m-me out. He told me he is n-never t-talking to me again,"
"Oh Blaine," Kurt said sympathetically.
"I have n-nothing, but my m-money, and I don't have m-much of that,"
"Do you want me to come get you? Where are you?" Kurt asked, it was quite a long drive to where Blaine's father lived but Blaine really needed him.
"K-Kurt it's a long d-drive,"
"I know, where are you?"
"J-just up the r-road from my f-fathers house, are y-you sure?" Blaine mumbled, it sounded to Kurt like he didn't want to cause trouble for Kurt, but then why else would he have called him?
"I'm sure, you are not spending the night on the streets Blaine, stay there," Kurt said assertively.
"Okay, I'll be here," Blaine sniffed, Kurt felt terrible for Blaine he sounded very upset and freezing cold.
"Bye Blaine," Kurt said.
"Thankyou K-Kurt, I love you," Blaine mumbled and Kurt couldn't believe it, Blaine loved him? He heard Blaine hang up the phone and he suddenly felt a wave of anger wash over him. Blainelovedhim!? Even though Blaine had led Kurt on to think he absolutely hated him he was now saying helovedhim? Even though he had ignored Kurt for a year? Even though he could never seem to forgive Kurt for breaking them up?
Kurt had split up with Blaine because he was sick of having to hide their love for each other. In fact hehatedthat Blaine was still in the closet, it made Kurt feel like he was walking straight back into it and locking the door. Kurt told Blaine he would happily wait for Blaine to come out at the right time and then get back together with him, but Kurt had expected him and Blaine to stay friends. Surely Blaine didn't expect Kurt to get back together with him after a year of no contact.
"What happened?" Adam asked sounding concerned.
"Blaine just came out and his father kicked him out," Kurt told him.
"Ouch, are you going to get him?"
"Yes, sorry Adam," Kurt apologized because he felt bad that he was leaving Adam.
"It's okay, I don't mind just...." Adam trailed off.
"What?" Kurt asked curiously, Adam had started to blush.
"Is this Blaine guy going to be staying with you?" Adam asked.
"Oh, probably yes, but don't worry he will sleep in the lounge, you can trust me,"
"I know, but can I trust him?"
"Blaine in a great person and a great friend, he won't do anything to hurt me or you, trust me," Kurt said confidently.
"Okay, love you Kurt," Adam said leaning in to kiss him.
"Love you too," Kurt mumbled returning the kiss.
Kurt got his bag, said his thanks to Adam's parents and got straight into his car. He called his dad to let him know what had happened, then he started the car and drove off in the direction of Westerville.
