Kurt stared silently out of the window of the cab, tears streaming down his face to match the pouring rain that had started to fall shortly after he had left his and Carson's building. He wasn't sure how long he had stayed outside in the hallway after Carson kicked him out, slumped against the apartment door as his shoulders shook with sobs that reduced his entire body to a quivering mess. It had felt like hours, and for all he knew, it had been. He'd never felt sorrow quite like this before. He couldn't get Carson's face out of his mind; couldn't stop thinking about the resolute coldness in his twin's eyes as he demanded the apartment key back, or the way he'd started throwing Kurt's things at him in anger.

Mostly, however, he couldn't stop thinking about how much he'd probably deserved a lot of the wrath his brother had directed at him.

"Don't act like it was a coincidence that you just happened to run straight to Sebastian the second you saw a chance."

Carson's accusing words rattled around in Kurt's head, echoing like they were coming from a deep, dark cavern made from his guilt. He couldn't deny that it was an accusation that he deserved, because every time he so much as tried to defend himself in his own head, the memory of Sebastian's lips on his own as the other boy pressed him gently into the couch suddenly flashed like a giant neon sign, reminding him that, despite how thick and stubborn Carson could be, he did have a point.

Why is it that whenever I have a reason to be mad at him, he has even more to be mad at me?

How do I stop the world and rewind it? I don't want to continue with this reality anymore.

He felt sick to his stomach, and he concentrated all his efforts on not throwing up in the cab. It gave him something to focus on to distract him from the whirlpool of overwhelming anger and sadness that was threatening to turn him into nothing but a puddle of tears. He felt his phone buzz in his pocket, but he ignored it. He didn't think he even had the strength to read a text right then. Miraculously, he managed to keep himself relatively together for the rest of the ride, and the cab soon pulled into the front of Sebastian's building. Kurt stared up at it, swallowing nervously as it suddenly occurred to him that he hadn't yet escaped any more discomfort for the day, because he and Sebastian had not actually discussed what happened the previous evening. And he didn't think he had it in him to have that conversation.

"You getting out or what?" barked the cab driver, shaking Kurt into action. He paid the man and gripped his bag tightly as he made his way out of the car and began taking his time walking into the building, not even caring that the sky was pouring sheets of water over him and soaking him through to the skin. He paid no mind to the wet squelching noise his shoes made as he walked inside and headed for the lift, robotically pressing the button of the correct floor as an older gentleman already in the elevator car looked at him curiously.

"Got caught in the rain, did you?"

"No, I decided to take an evening swim in my clothes," muttered Kurt grumpily, the sheer Carson level of sarcasm in his answer only serving to depress him further. When the lift door finally opened onto his floor, he heaved a huge, shaky sigh as he adjusted the strap of his bag on his shoulder and shuffled toward Sebastian's door, fishing around in his pocket for the spare key the other boy had given him days ago. He needn't have bothered, because the door flew open before he could even put the key in the lock, and Sebastian was standing on the other side of it, worry clouding his handsome face as he let out a relieved sigh at the sight of him.

"Kurt, thank god, I was getting worried about you in this weather," Sebastian exclaimed, ushering him inside and closing the door behind him. "You left in such a hurry this morning, I didn't know what your plan was. I tried texting you and you weren't answering your phone, so I didn't know if maybe you needed a ride, or… Jesus, you're soaked," he observed, placing his hands on Kurt's shoulders from behind and rubbing them soothingly. "You must be freezing….. Kurt?" he said gently, as he finally seemed to register that Kurt wasn't exactly in the best mental state. "Kurt, ba… are you ok?"

Kurt felt fresh tears start welling up in his eyes at the sound of Sebastian's voice, the warm and concerned tone such a stark contrast from Carson's earlier cold one that it only served to drive home just how far he and his twin had fallen.

"M'fine," he gurgled out with a sniff, and Sebastian instantly rushed to face him, his green eyes searching Kurt's carefully and clouding over with despair as he finally got a good look at his face.

"What happened?" he asked worriedly, reaching up to brush a clump of wet, matted hair out of Kurt's eyes. "Did… did something happen with Carson?"

Kurt felt his face crumple in preparation for a sob, and Sebastian instantly folded him into his arms, holding him close and stroking his back as Kurt fell apart, letting out every bit of his horrible day in the form of tears against Sebastian's shoulder.

"It's ok," Sebastian soothed him, rubbing circles into his back as he rocked them gently back and forth. "You'll be ok, just let it all out." Kurt sobbed harder, wrapping his arms around Sebastian's neck and holding on for dear life as he almost lost control of himself completely. His whole body had been reduced to a series of sobs and hiccups, and the only thing keeping him feeling even remotely like a human being was Sebastian's arms around him, holding him steady and supporting him both physically and figuratively.

"Better?" Sebastian asked after a while, once Kurt's sobs had been reduced significantly and he was breathing steadily again, even if every breath rattled him from his head to his toes. Kurt lifted his head from Sebastian's shoulder and nodded, wiping his eyes on the back of his sleeve, since his clothes were already wet anyway.

"Oh, I got you all wet," he despaired as he caught sight of a giant wet spot spread over the front of Sebastian's T-shirt and brushed it with his fingers.

"Never mind that," Sebastian assured him, gently leading him to take a seat at the kitchen table. "I don't care about a little water." Kurt sat, sniffing loudly as the other boy knelt in front of him and began working on unlacing his sopping wet boots. "Let's get you out of these shoes and socks at least, before you get colder, ok?" said Sebastian.

Kurt nodded and watched as Sebastian carefully undid his shoelaces and removed each boot one at a time, setting them gingerly on a spot on the floor against the wall to dry. "There," he said, once he'd removed the boots and had started peeling off Kurt's socks. "We'll just throw these in the laundry and send those clothes to the dry cleaners tomorrow, and they'll be as good as new."

"Ok," Kurt whispered with a shaky breath, grateful for the normal topic of conversation to keep him somewhat sane.

Sebastian glanced up at him carefully. "I, um… I won't push you and ask what happened, but…"

"Carson kicked me out," Kurt said dully, trying to distance himself from the words, as though he were describing something that had happened to a TV character instead of himself.

"Oh," Sebastian said, his face apologetic as he gently rubbed one of Kurt's feet between his hands to warm it up. "I.."

"I walked in on… on him and some guy, and I threw the guy out because he was hurting Carson. He was hurting him, and Carson was screaming in pain, and I just had to protect him," Kurt let out in a rush, eager to get the entire story over with now that he had begun it. "Anyway, Carson got pissed, and we… we had a fight, and he took my flat key," he continued, fighting back more tears as he struggled with the words. "I can't…. he doesn't even want me there anymore, and I…"

Sebastian stood up and leaned down to gather him into his arms again as Kurt began crying once more. Neither of them said anything for a long time. Kurt supposed they didn't need to, and for that he was truly grateful. He thought it should have felt a bit more awkward, considering everything that had happened the previous night between them, but if that was on Sebastian's mind at all, he wasn't letting it show. He seemed to be entirely focused on trying to comfort Kurt as he held him tight and rubbed his back.

"I'm sorry," Kurt finally croaked out after a long while of crying, breaking slightly away from Sebastian's embrace and meeting his eyes. "You shouldn't have to deal with this, I just…."

"Hey," Sebastian protested as he brushed a tear away from Kurt's cheek with his thumb. "Don't say that. Don't be sorry. I…. I care about… I mean, you aren't…" He looked like he wanted to say more, but stopped himself and gave Kurt a small, comforting smile instead. "Hey, how about if you go get yourself out of those wet clothes, hmm? You'll catch pneumonia if you stay in them any longer. I'll go draw you a hot bath, ok? Things will look a little better after you've had a nice, long soak. I'll even add the bubble bath you like."

Kurt's heart swelled with love and gratitude as he bit his lip and nodded, unable to find the strength to protest the offer. "Ok," he agreed. "That'd be great. I guess I could use a bath."

"Good," Sebastian said with a smile as he took Kurt's hand and helped him out of the chair and gently prodded him in the direction of his bedroom. "And… Kurt?"

"Hmm?" said Kurt, turning to glance back at him.

"You, um… you know you always have a home with me, right?" the other boy asked, a note of caution in his voice.

Kurt gave him a watery smile in return. "I know."

He sure did know. At the moment, Sebastian was the only home he did have. And he didn't know how he felt about that, exactly, but he did know one thing for certain, which only became more clear later that night, after he'd had his bath and Sebastian had let him crawl into bed with him, holding him wordlessly and protectively as Kurt cuddled close and tried not to shed any more tears.

He knew that he was so grateful that Sebastian existed, he thought he could burst.

"Kurt Phillips was tagged in Sebastian Smythe's photo."

Carson stretched out on the sofa and sighed heavily, his thumb hovering over the screen of his phone as he stared at the words he always dreaded seeing when he scrolled through his newsfeed on Facebook. It was right up there with "Kurt Phillips added a new photo," but at least that usually had about a fifty percent chance of being a cute selfie of Kurt instead of some bullshit photo of him and Sebastian looking cozy and sickening together. When it was Sebastian who posted the photo, it was always guaranteed to be the latter. He thought he should have been used to it by now. Kurt had been gone for weeks, and it wasn't like those types of photos were anything new.

Still, though. The endless days and nights of crushing emptiness without Kurt were taking their toll on him, and the constant stream of Facebook photos were only making it worse. Kurt was off having a grand old time with Sebastian, in Sebastian's stupid fucking apartment, forgetting all about Carson, and Carson himself couldn't even manage to sleep in his own bed anymore. Not only was it too big and empty without the familiar comfort of Kurt's warm body in it beside him, but now it also had the added burden of reminding Carson what his last sexual encounter in it had been like. He knew it was stupid, but every time he tried to lay in it, all he could feel was the phantom weight of his client on top of him and the memory of the sharp, splitting pain that had gone with it.

And it's all my fucking fault, he reminded himself every night as he curled up inside a blanket burrito on the living room sofa and tried to lull himself into something vaguely resembling sleep. I brought the guy to the house, I was a dick when Kurt saved me, I yelled at him, I threw him out.

He's done with me, and that's probably the way it fucking should be.

But does he have to rub it in my face on Facebook all day long? Would it kill him to adjust his privacy settings every now and again so I can have, like, one peaceful afternoon without being confronted with a picture of him and Sebastian sitting uncomfortably close or whatever? Do they have to use the goddamn heart emoji so much? Isn't there a point at which its overuse becomes tacky?

At least, if they were dating, which he wasn't entirely sure they really were yet, it wasn't Facebook official. He was pretty sure he'd have to resist the urge to swallow his own face if that day ever came.

He had a quick debate with himself over whether he really wanted to see what the latest picture was, since he couldn't see it yet. It's not too late. I could stop scrolling now and hide the story from my feed. It'd be healthier for me. It will only piss me off to see it. Do I really want to be pissed off right now? I mean, more than I already am? Just hide it, you'll live longer.

Of course, he didn't hide it. He never could. It was like a force stronger than him was compelling him to look, even though he knew he would hate every goddamn second of it. He let his thumb keep scrolling down his feed, filling his phone screen with a photo of Sebastian, his arm around Kurt as Kurt himself leaned his head on his shoulder, both of them making goofy faces into the camera. The only caption was, of course, the ever-present heart emoji. Carson rolled his eyes and hid the picture from his feed, trying to ignore the annoyance mixed with sadness and jealousy that was already starting to engulf him from the pit of his stomach. You fucking had to look.

He tossed the phone on the coffee table and lit a cigarette, blowing puffs of smoke up at the ceiling as he let his mind wander. He tried to think about anything except Kurt.

He failed.

Fuck it, he thought as he reached for his journal and a pen.

"Ok, how about this one?" asked Kurt, stepping out of the department store dressing room and twirling around to model the fifth sweater he'd tried on so far that afternoon. Sebastian looked up from his perch on one of the fitting area's hard, plastic seats, where he had been tapping away at his phone. His face broke out into a smile at the sight of Kurt in the sweater, exactly the same way it had for the four others Kurt had already modeled.

"It's gorgeous on you, but didn't you already try that one on?" he asked in confusion.

"No," replied Kurt.

"But it's the same color as one of the other ones."

"The other one was teal, this one is aquamarine," Kurt insisted. "They're completely different. Can't you tell?"

"I…. they both just kind of look blueish-green to me," Sebastian admitted as Kurt rolled his eyes. "But they both also look great on you, and bring out your eyes," he added quickly, giving him a cute little smile that made Kurt's heart skip a beat in spite of himself. It had been doing that a lot lately, actually, which both thrilled and scared him. It gave him something to think about besides how much he missed Carson, but at the same time, he felt odd when he caught himself not thinking about him. Which, in turn, made it more painful when he did remember what was going on with him and Carson, like he was betraying him somehow. He knew that was dumb as hell, but then, emotions were complicated.

And, through it all, there was Sebastian. He'd never brought up their spontaneous makeout session since it happened, almost like he was trying to not give Kurt anything more to stress over, which just went to prove how great of a guy he was. He was just always there for him, never failing to offer him any support he could, whether it be a shoulder to cry on, a cuddle, or… well… a reluctant participant in some serious retail therapy. And even though Kurt didn't really want to admit it to himself, he was pretty sure he was beginning to fall for him.

Maybe this is what moving on was supposed to feel like. He wasn't sure he liked it, exactly, but it wasn't like there was anything he could do about it but let it happen.

"You know so little about clothes, but you're cute, so I'll let it slide," Kurt teased him, giving him a tiny pinch on the cheek as Sebastian turned pink. "You know, you don't have to wait out here for me the whole time," he added as he went back into his dressing room and closed the door, pulling the sweater over his head and adding it to the "maybe" pile. "If you're bored, I won't be offended if you go off to look at stuff for yourself or anything."

"I'm not bored," Sebastian's voice insisted. "I don't shop for clothes much. I'm pretty happy with my T-shirt and polo collection and jeans."

"Ok, seriously, one of these days you have to let me help you shop," said Kurt. "Everyone needs a little variety in their wardrobe."

"If you insist," replied Sebastian cheerfully. "Just not today. Besides, someone has to be here to tell you how great you look in everything."

"Are you trying to charm me?" asked Kurt as he reached for yet another sweater and began pulling it down over his head.

"Is it working?"

"Possibly." Kurt adjusted the sweater, a tight fitting maroon one that clung perfectly to his chest and waist, and did a few turns in the mirror before he opened the dressing room door and stepped back out. "Ok, last sweater, I promise. What do you think of this one?"

"Wow," Sebastian breathed, his already pink cheeks becoming pinker. "I think I like this one the best. It's so…. Um… "

"Tight?" Kurt offered, peering critically at himself in the full length mirror beside Sebastian's chair.

"I… I was gonna say red, but yeah, tight works too," said Sebastian, clearing his throat awkwardly.

"It does look damn good," agreed Kurt, whipping out his phone and opening up the camera. "Let's selfie this shit."

"Ooh, I want in!" exclaimed Sebastian eagerly, getting up and putting one arm around him while Kurt held his phone aloft to get them both in the shot. He felt himself grow hot with Sebastian that close to him, hoping the redness rushing to his cheeks wouldn't be too visible in the photo.

"Smile," he said as he snapped the picture.

"Ok, we're so cute," Sebastian said as Kurt reviewed the photo.

"We are, aren't we," Kurt agreed with a smile. "I will totally Facebook this later, but for now, it's time to try on pants." He thoroughly enjoyed the way Sebastian audibly swallowed as he watched Kurt walk back into the dressing room. He knew the other boy's eyes were on his ass without even having to look.

And, more importantly, he was having too much fun focusing on teasing Sebastian that he didn't have the time to mope over Carson.

It felt great.

Sebastian yawned and stretched out under his covers, adjusting the position of his laptop on his knees as he glanced over at the clock next to his bed. Almost 1am. He'd been in bed for several hours already, researching various universities in and around London that he could possibly attend the following year. As fun as it was bashing around the city with Kurt and no real responsibilities to speak of, he'd be lying if he said it didn't make him feel a bit useless and lazy. He did want to make something of himself, after all. Preferably something that would make it so that he didn't have to rely on his father to support him anymore. Maybe a doctor or a lawyer.

Dad would probably be more impressed with law, he mused as he aimlessly clicked on the page for the law program of the university he was currently researching. He knew he'd probably have to close the computer and go to sleep soon, but he was too much on a roll. Plus, he wasn't all that tired, anyway. Which was odd, considering that he and Kurt had both had several glasses of wine each with dinner earlier.

He was so lost in thought that he almost didn't notice that his door was opening slowly until Kurt peeked his head into the room, the dim overhead light casting an ethereal glow over his delicate features that made him somehow even more beautiful than usual. Sebastian's heart sped up, as usually happened whenever he saw Kurt entering his bedroom in the middle of the night, especially ever since their little impromptu makeout session all those weeks ago. He hadn't brought it up again since, and neither had Kurt, so Sebastian assumed that the other boy just wanted to forget it had happened. He was willing to go along with that, if it made Kurt more comfortable, but sometimes he really wished he knew what the hell it had meant.

"Baaaaastian?" whispered Kurt, his voice slurring over the name. "Bas, can I sleep in here? It.. too quiet in my room. Too dark." He sounded bombed, and Sebastian wondered if he'd had another go at the wine before he'd gone to bed.

"Come on in," he encouraged him, closing his laptop and placing it on the bedside table as he threw the covers aside and patted the spot beside him. "Plenty of room." Kurt stepped all the way inside, stumbling slightly on his way to the bed. He climbed in with a hard thump, immediately cuddling close as Sebastian pulled the covers back over the two of them and put his arm around him.

"S'warm in here," Kurt murmured as he pressed himself close to Sebastian's body, his soft skin causing Sebastian's blood to start heating up and his face to redden. "You're so warm." His breath reeked of alcohol, and Sebastian knew his theory of Kurt drinking more wine after dinner had been correct.

"How much did you drink, Kurt?" he asked, amused as Kurt started drawing circles on his chest with one long finger.

"I didn… it… just a tiiiny bit, just a teeny tiny to help me sleep," Kurt slurred.

"Doesn't seem like it helped," Sebastian pointed out.

"No, no, I'm sleepy, I just can't in my room, you know, because the quiet is so loud," insisted Kurt. "M'not used to it being that quiet, cause Carson snores like a freight train and it scares robbers away."

Sebastian didn't know whether to laugh at the adorableness that was a drunken Kurt, or feel a twinge of sadness at the mention of Carson's name. It was actually the first time Kurt had mentioned him at all since the night he had come home crying that his twin had kicked him out of the flat. He must have been struggling so very hard to move on, but perhaps the wine just brought everything to the surface that was always there, waiting to rear its ugly head. Poor Kurt.

"But in here's better," Kurt continued as he snuggled up, his head resting on Sebastian's chest as he let out soft little puffs of air. "You're warm and soft and like a big teddy bear, I love it." He craned his neck and looked up at him, his blue eyes wide and searching. "You don't mind, right?"

Sebastian smiled. "Of course not. You're welcome to sleep with me any time." He winced to himself as he realized how that probably sounded, but Kurt didn't seem to care. He placed his lips on Sebastian's collarbone and gave the skin a tiny, soft kiss that instantly shot his temperature through the roof.

"Soooo soft," Kurt murmured, kissing his skin again, and Sebastian fought to keep control of his brain, reminding himself that it might feel incredibly good to have Kurt kissing him there, but that Kurt was also drunk as hell and probably didn't even realize what he was doing.

"Ok, loose lips, let's get some sleep, yeah?" Sebastian said, reaching over Kurt to turn the lamp off. Or at least, he tried to turn it off. It proved just a bit difficult when Kurt seized the opportunity to press his lips directly on the side of Sebastian's neck, sucking a kiss into the delicate skin and causing Sebastian to let out an involuntary moan.

"K…Kurt, ok, seriously, come on," he protested, even as he felt himself melting at the sight of Kurt biting his own lip and giving him a wounded puppy face.

"Come ooon, kiss me," he whined, pressing his lips against Sebastian's before a reply could be given, and Sebastian felt the last of his resolve melting completely away as he allowed himself to get swept up in the moment. He found himself kissing Kurt back, sucking the other boy's bottom lip between both of his own as his brain shut down and his entire body surrendered to the sheer joy and bliss that was flooding through it. Kurt shifted onto his back, pulling Sebastian on top of him with surprising strength, considering how drunk he was, and Sebastian didn't fight it. He settled his weight, moaning when Kurt wrapped his legs around his waist and bit down on his lip, a jolt of pain mixing with the pleasure that was flowing through him like electricity.

"Unh," Kurt moaned when he brushed up against the front of his pajama pants, and Sebastian realized he was beginning to swell with arousal in his own pants as their kissing grew more and more heated. Ugh, this isn't good, we can't let this go further.

Kurt seemed to have other ideas, though, because just as Sebastian was thinking this, he felt what was unmistakably a soft hand snaking its way down the front of his pants and settling itself on his growing erection as Kurt moaned into the kiss. As much as Sebastian really fucking wanted to let him do whatever he pleased, though, his stupid conscience wouldn't allow him to. Not when Kurt was this drunk and would probably regret what he was doing in the morning.

"Mmm…. Fuck… mmph, Kurt… Kurt, stop," he protested, struggling to free himself from the tangle of arms and legs that was their bodies. He managed to sit up, his breath labored and hard as he took in the sight of Kurt, who was flushed and panting himself, his hair disheveled and his lips swollen and cherry red.

"Bastiaaan," he whined, trying to reach back out to him. "Come on, can't stop now."

"Kurt," Sebastian protested, placing a hand on Kurt's chest to keep him gently at a respectable distance. "Kurt, we can't."

"Why not?" Kurt asked with a pout. "I'm horny, you're hard, I know you like me, let's just do it." He leaned forward and tried to kiss him again, but Sebastian held firm. He placed his hands on Kurt's shoulders and gently pushed him back against the pillows as he locked his eyes on Kurt's bloodshot ones.

"Kurt, you're drunk," he explained patiently.

"So what?" whined Kurt, crossing his arms in frustration. "We've had sex drunk before, what's the difference?"

Sebastian sighed. "I just… things are… I don't want us to do something in the heat of the moment that you're going to regret tomorrow when you're sober."

"I'm sure I won't," protested Kurt. "I won't, I really won't, I just really need you right now, please…" He tried kissing Sebastian again, and Sebastian moved so that he couldn't reach him, causing Kurt to let out a frustrated sigh and flop down on his back, glaring up at the ceiling. "So, you don't want me either."

'What? No!" Sebastian exclaimed in surprise. "That's not true, Kurt. I… I do want… I mean, I would love to… to continue this, I really… you have no idea, I just…" He edged cautiously closer to Kurt and hesitated briefly before placing a hand gently on his shoulder. "I don't want to continue if this is just going to be a one night thing that we never bring up again. You know?" The words coming out of his mouth were mostly for Kurt's benefit, but he meant them for himself just as much, when he really stopped and thought about it. It wasn't only Kurt's heart he was trying to protect. He was equally worried about his own, and what would happen to it if he gave in. If he and Kurt slept together tonight and then Kurt regretted it later, he thought the heartbreak would kill him.

Goddamn me and my logic.

Kurt's bottom lip began to quiver, and Sebastian immediately folded him into a hug, rubbing his back soothingly as the other boy hiccupped against him.

"I just care about you, Kurt, ok?" he said softly into the other boy's ear. "I'm not trying to be a dick."

"You're not" Kurt sighed. "I'm sorry." He wrapped his arms around Sebastian and hugged him back, so tightly that Sebastian could feel his heart beating against his chest.

"Can I still sleep in here?" Kurt asked.

"Of course," agreed Sebastian. He gently pressed Kurt down onto the mattress and lay down beside him, scooping him up in his arms and kissing the top of his hair as he settled them into a comfortable position. He leaned over to turn the lamp off, and this time Kurt let him, settling back against him as he let out a tired sigh.

"Goodnight, Kurt," Sebastian whispered, giving him a little squeeze.

"Night, Bastian."

Kurt staggered into the kitchen late the next morning, still feeling like he'd been run over by a truck despite the fact that he wasn't that hung over and had already showered and dressed. At least he looked like a human being, even though he didn't quite feel like one. Sebastian was seated at the table, a bowl of oatmeal in front of him, which he was slowly spooning into his mouth as he scrolled his phone screen with his thumb.

"Morning!" he exclaimed suddenly around a mouthful of food when he noticed Kurt enter the room. "How are you feeling?"

"Like death warmed over," Kurt admitted truthfully as he plopped down into a vacant seat and rested his head on his arms.

"You don't look it," Sebastian observed.

"Thanks."

"You hungry?" the other boy asked. "I can make you some oatmeal. Or toast. Or whatever. Whatever you want." He sounded exceedingly chipper, almost as if he were trying to force himself to be unusually bright and happy. Like what happened the previous night hadn't happened, Kurt assumed.

Except, it had happened. Kurt still wasn't sure what the hell he'd been thinking, but clearly, whatever it was needed to be addressed before it became any more awkward. He didn't really want to pretend anymore that nothing was going on, even if it made him uncomfortable to think about it. It was making him way too tired, on top of everything else he was going through about Carson.

"Or maybe we have some bacon, I could-"

"Sebastian," Kurt interrupted him, looking down at his hands and trying to steel up his courage for what was about to go down. Sebastian stopped talking and looked over at him. Kurt could feel his eyes fixed on him, the fear from the other boy obvious even though Kurt wasn't looking at his face.

"Are we just not going to talk about last night?" asked Kurt after a moment of awkward silence. He finally looked over at the other boy, whose face was frozen in the world's most uncomfortable expression as he looked down at his oatmeal.

"I, um… I didn't think you would want to talk about it" said Sebastian quietly, avoiding eye contact as Kurt sighed heavily.

"Well, I…. I do want to, so could we… please?" asked Kurt. Sebastian nodded and faced him, his eyes fearful and searching as they locked on Kurt's.

"Ok."

Kurt took a deep breath and said a silent prayer to the universe before he began speaking. "Look, Sebastian, I know that…. that last night was awkward as fuck, and that's my fault. I'm sorry."

"Don't be," Sebastian assured him. "You were drunk, it happens. I get it."

"No," Kurt shook his head vigorously. "No, it's not just that. I mean, it was because I was drunk, but I mean…it wouldn't have happened if there wasn't…. you know… something between us." He heard Sebastian audibly suck in a breath, but the other boy didn't otherwise offer up a response, so he continued. "And I don't know what that something is, exactly, I just know that it's there. And it's confusing. Because, well… I mean you know that I'm trying to get over Carson. I know I haven't been talking about it much, and that's because I really am trying so hard to move on from it. It's not easy, but it helps if I just don't think about it much, you know?"

Sebastian nodded. "I know."

Kurt gave him a small smile. "But even despite all that, when I'm with you… I don't know. I'm just sort of really happy all the time. You make it easier to move on because you're just this giant ray of sunshine in my life, and I can't tell you enough how much you mean to me."

"You… you mean a lot to me too," replied Sebastian, his voice sounding slightly choked up as his eyes became watery.

"Bas, what I'm trying to tell you here is that I like you," Kurt continued, reaching across the table to take the other boy's hand in his own. "I like you a lot. Actually, it's probably a bit more than just like, but I just… I'm very confused right now. I don't know what to call us at the moment, but I can't deny that there's something there. We're a thing, I just don't know what kind of thing. Does that make sense?"

Sebastian nodded, staring down at where their hands were intertwined as his throat quivered. "Kurt, can I tell you something?"

"Sure."

Sebastian looked at him for a moment, his face equal parts thoughtful and fearful, as though he wasn't quite sure how to go about saying what he wanted to say. "Kurt," he began at last, "I… I want to say… I… I mean, I want you to know that…."

"What is it?" Kurt asked gently as he watched the other boy struggling to keep his composure.

"I love you," Sebastian blurted out, looking horrified almost as soon as the words had left his mouth. "I… I do, I… I don't just love you, I'm, like, legitimately head over fucking heels in love with you," he continued, rushing the words out as though he had to say them right then and there or he never would. "And I've felt that way since… god, since forever, I guess, ever since we were kids, even if I didn't know what the hell it meant until just recently. I just never told you, because how the hell do you tell someone you're in love with them when you aren't sure how they'll take it?"

He paused to take a heaving breath, and Kurt could see that the shininess in his eyes had turned into full-fledged tears that were beginning to fall down his face and land where their hands met on the table.

"Oh… oh honey, don't… don't cry," Kurt pleaded with him, getting up from his chair and rushing forward to embrace Sebastian, who melted into the touch and hugged him back tightly, so tightly that it almost felt like he was trying to climb into his skin.

"I'm sorry," Sebastian apologized with a sniff as Kurt stroked his hair and kissed his ear. "I'm sorry, I'm hysterical, I just…. I've wanted to say this to you for so long, and now that I have the chance I made myself sound like a complete idiot."

"Nooo," Kurt assured him. "Bas, no, I don't… I don't think you sound like an idiot."

"You're too nice."

"No, I mean it," Kurt insisted. "I'm not going to lie, I'm not really shocked by it. I mean, I guess I always kind of suspected that you felt something for me, I just pretended not to notice because I didn't want to own up to the fact that I was probably hurting you really deeply with some of my… behaviors."

Sebastian shook his head. "Kurt, my only concern has ever been that you're happy. Seeing you with other men hurt, yes, but not as much as seeing you feeling hurt over… over whatever."

"Really?"

"Well, yeah," said Sebastian. "I love you, I don't like seeing you hurting."

Kurt pulled away from the hug slightly, locking eyes with Sebastian, who looked absolutely drained. He couldn't begin to imagine how the other boy must be feeling, having finally let go of such an enormous weight that he'd been dragging around with him for so long. He found himself staring at his lips, so full and beautiful, just waiting for the opportunity to be shown love, along with every other part of Sebastian. Without thinking about it, he leaned his face forward and caught Sebastian's lips against his own, kissing him with everything he had to give.

He expected to feel some hesitation from the other boy, but there was none. Sebastian readily allowed himself to be kissed, returning it with just as much, if not more passion. Kurt lost himself in it, letting himself be swept away by the joy of the love he was giving out being returned in full for once in his life. He didn't let his mind be clouded with anxiety, or dwell on what this meant for him and Carson, even if some part of him knew that this latest development would probably cause even more irreparable damage to his relationship with his twin. All he could do was just enjoy the moment.

He was beginning to realize, after a lifetime, that sometimes the moment was all he'd be given, so he might as well soak it up while he could.

Carson leaned casually against the wall of the dimly lit bathroom, the beat of the music being blasted in the club making a dull, steady thud that echoed in his ears as he puffed away at a cigarette. He had his phone in his other hand, pretending to himself that he was just checking his Facebook messages when it was painfully obvious that what he was really doing was checking to see if Kurt had posted anything that day. There had been an odd radio silence lately from both Kurt and Sebastian on all social media platforms, and Carson wasn't sure whether or not to take that as a good sign, or a sign that he should be more anxious than ever. As much as he hated knowing what the two of them were up to, he hated not knowing even more.

They could be doing anything right now. They could be making out. Or fucking. Or worse, cuddling up on Sebastian's stupid couch and watching Disney movies.

They could be doing literally anything, and you don't know about it, because don't forget, you drove Kurt out of your life. You wanted this. You got it.

God, I need a fucking drink.

He shoved his phone back into his pocket, finished his cigarette, and made his way back out into the club, the pounding beat of the music and flashing strobe lights attacking his senses as he walked toward the bar. He'd been in this club the previous week as well, a change from his usual hangouts so he could experience a little change of scenery for the weekend. It had been eventful last time, at least. He'd only gone because a porn star named Caleb Northey had been making a paid appearance. Carson had ended up going home with the numbers of several hot guys plus Caleb Northey himself, who had certainly lived up to his career, as far as Carson was concerned. In any case, he'd been a good distraction from how torn up he was over Kurt, especially since they'd gone back to his place, which was a swanky hotel suite on the ritzy side of town.

He still couldn't stand the bullshit music they played in this particular club, though, but it was something he was willing to put up with as long as he got sufficiently trashed.

"What are you having?" asked the bartender.

"Know what? I really couldn't give have a shit. Surprise me," replied Carson with a raise of his eyebrow. He legitimately didn't care what he drank, as long as it took his mind off of what Kurt was or wasn't doing with Sebastian at the moment.

"So, you're a man who lives life on the wild side," said a voice from behind him, and Carson turned to see a guy standing there, leaning casually up against the bar with an intrigued expression spread across his face. "I like it."

"Do I know you?" asked Carson dryly, cocking his head to the side as he considered the guy curiously. He looked slightly familiar, and Carson couldn't quite place where he'd seen him before. That cute face, that blonde hair…. He knew he'd definitely seen him somewhere.

"Not yet," replied the guy in an amused tone. "But we're gonna fix that, yeah?" His face broke out into a grin that was both mischievous and adorable, and it suddenly hit Carson where he'd seen this guy before. He flashed back to the previous week, when he'd seen several guys checking him out while he was dancing with Caleb Northey. One in particular had caught his eye, and Carson remembered keeping a close watch on him throughout the evening to make sure he was still checking him out, because he was the hottest. The guy in front of him now was that guy. He couldn't believe it had taken him so long to recognize him, because now that Mystery Guy was flashing that cute grin at him, Carson suddenly remembered how intrigued he'd been by that grin last time, even from afar. It was adorable and yet slightly creepy at the same time, like the guy was hiding dark secrets he wasn't going to share.

"You seem awfully sure of yourself for someone who has yet to introduce himself," said Carson, trying to be subtle as he took a good look at the guy standing in front of him. He was cute, obviously. Tall. Just muscular enough under his long-sleeved T-shirt to be fit and defined without being overly bulging. Although his smile was adorable, there was also a hint of something underneath it, an aura of cunning mischief that told Carson that he probably was not quite as innocent as that angel face would have it appear. He looked like well-put together trouble.

Which was great, as trouble was Carson's forte.

"Maybe you should introduce yourself to me first," the guy replied, the grin not wavering in the slightest as he looked Carson subtly up and down.

"And maybe you're being a bit presumptuous that I want to know you at all," Carson retorted, swallowing as the guy stepped closer to him, his elbow brushing up against Carson's hand from where they were both perched on the bar.

"I saw you here last week," the guy said, as casually as if he were discussing the weather, or the price of stock. "Either it was a complete coincidence that you couldn't keep your eyes off me while you were dancing your perfect ass off with that pathetic porn star, or you were hoping I'd take notice. Well, guess what?" he asked, leaning forward so that his face was inches from Carson's. "I noticed," he said in a low voice meant for only Carson to be able to hear. Carson shivered in spite of himself, but he kept his composure. The guy's overstated cockiness was both alluring and annoying, and he suddenly didn't want to make himself seem too easily won over.

"I believe that was you checking out me," Carson corrected him, standing his ground even as the guy's sparkling eyes stared right into his. "Not that I blame you, mind. I'm aware that I have the best ass this side of the club district."

"Now who's sure of himself?" asked the guy, amused, as he pulled a cigarette and a lighter out of his pocket and lit up."

"Oh, trust me, honey, I've earned my cockiness," Carson replied, taking a seductive sip of his drink as he continued the eye contact between himself and his mysterious stranger. "More than you know."

"Have you, now?" asked the guy, blowing a puff of smoke in Carson's face.

"Oh, yeah."

"Well, now things have gotten much more interesting," the guy said, raising one eyebrow as he closed the distance between them even more. "You strike me as a man I'd love to get to know better."

"Really? Because I strike myself as the kind of man you should probably stay far away from," replied Carson saucily as he took a step back, creating more distance between them, even though having the guy that close to him was making him feel deliciously hot all over.

"If you're trying to intrigue me more, it's working."

"Pity, I was pretty sure I was trying to push you away."

The guy looked at him for a second before he suddenly held out a hand in greeting. "Let's start over, then. I'm Luke."

Luke. The name suited him, Carson thought. He looked down at Luke's hand, briefly toying with the idea of not taking it, but quickly changed his mind when the thought occurred to him that he really wanted to know what this guy's skin felt like.

"I'm…. Harry Potter," he replied, accepting the handshake with a firm grip. Luke's hand was soft, but it also had just a tinge of roughness mixed in. Like he worked a lot with his hands, but tried to take care of them in between. It felt nice, but not so nice that Carson was willing to roll over quite yet.

"Smoking hot and a cheeky bastard. Lovely," said Luke, his grin growing slightly bigger at the challenge. "Come on, what's your real name?"

"How do you know Harry Potter isn't my real name?" retorted Carson. "Rowling doesn't own that name or anything. Well, I mean, yeah, she kind of does, but…" He realized he was starting to make a complete idiot out of himself and cleared his throat. "It's the only name you're going to get."

Luke let go of his hand and took a puff from his cigarette thoughtfully. "Well, pleasure to meet you, Harry Potter. You and your ass."

"I know."

"Now that those pleasantries are out of the way, do you fancy fucking off somewhere?" asked Luke, moving in closer once more. Carson let him this time, but straightened his back out and stood as resolutely as possible as he locked eyes with him.

"Not sure that's the best idea," he said, even as his eyes wandered briefly down to Luke's well-defined chest and back up again.

"Scared of me?"

Carson chuckled. "Should be the other way around. I don't think you could handle me."

"That a challenge?"

"It's just facts," Carson insisted with a sip of his drink.

"So a challenge, then," said Luke. "How about I at least buy you a drink?"

"I have one," Carson reminded him, holding his glass up. "Looks like you're out of ideas."

Luke gave him a long, careful look. "Ok, Potter," he said at last, grabbing a cocktail napkin off the counter. He reached over and yanked a pen straight out of the bartender's pocket, scribbling something onto the napkin before returning the pen to its rightful place. "Since you won't give me your name, I'm going to give you my number."

"Why, so I have something to wipe my ass with later?" asked Carson, even as he took the napkin when it was offered.

"If you choose," replied Luke in an amused voice as he smiled at him. "But I have the feeling you won't do that."

"Goes to show how much you know about me."

"Keep it up, keep it up," Luke encouraged him, the grin growing wider. "I'll be hearing from you." He leaned in and placed his mouth as close to Carson's ear as it could go without actually touching it. "I'm sure of it," he added in a whisper, his hot breath against Carson's skin causing him to barely be able to contain a shiver as he crumpled the napkin up in his fist.

"Anyone ever tell you too much confidence isn't exactly a good thing?" asked Carson, trying to keep his face as stony as possible. Luke just grinned at him and blew a puff of smoke in his face before turning around and losing himself in the crowd of club-goers until Carson couldn't see where he'd gone anymore. He stared down at the crumpled napkin in his hand, briefly considering just throwing it away, but something stopped him. He found himself carefully unwrinkling it, folding it carefully and placing it in the back pocket of his jeans as he downed the rest of his drink and slammed the glass down on the bar.

"Another," he ordered, his mind full of complicated thoughts as he wondered whether he'd just met the best distraction of all time.

"I don't know about this," Kurt said hesitantly, clinging to Sebastian's arm as he peered cautiously into the interior of the cable car. "Are you sure this is safe?" he asked the attendant, who was waiting patiently for them to board.

"Quite," the attendant replied with a nod. "These cars are sturdy as anything. You'll be as safe as a baby in a cradle."

"Cradles can fall," Kurt mumbled under his breath as Sebastian let out an amused giggle.

"It's not funny," Kurt whined.

"You'll have to excuse my date," Sebastian said cheekily to the attendant. "He's a brave man, but he does have the tendency to become a big old chicken about the oddest things."

"It's not odd, Sebastian, it's a floating metal box suspended god only knows how high in the air with nothing but a cable," retorted Kurt. "Which can break."

"I'm just teasing you, babe," Sebastian said with a smile and a tiny boop of Kurt's nose with the tip of his index finger. "Really, if you're that scared, we don't have to go on it. We can go take another stroll down the river, if you want, or we can-"

"No, no, I'll be fine," Kurt insisted, swallowing bravely as he noted that the expression on the attendant's face was growing increasingly more agitated by the moment. "But you have to hold my hand the entire time, ok?"

"I promise."

"I mean it, you can't let go," Kurt reiterated as Sebastian climbed into the cabin first.

"Kurt, if I even think of letting go of your lovely hand, I will personally cut my own balls off with a meat cleaver," Sebastian said as he eased Kurt into the seat beside him. He waited until Kurt was settled, and then took one of his hands while using the other to wrap around his shoulders, pulling him close. "There, I've got you, and I won't let go until we're safely back on the ground. Ok?"

"Ok," said Kurt, letting out a nervous breath as the cabin door was shut and the cable car began its journey, lifting them high enough over the city that people standing on the ground below them began to look like little more than ants. Kurt tried to forget how very fall they had to fall, should the cable car at any point dislocate under their asses, and took a cautious glance out of the window on his side.

"Look," Sebastian said gently into his ear, using the hand that was holding Kurt's to point out the window without letting go. Look at the river. Isn't it just beautiful from up here?"

"It is," Kurt agreed, sucking in a breath as he took in the admittedly gorgeous view of London from their vantage point so high in the sky.

"Still scared?" asked Sebastian.

Kurt shook his head. "No, I'm ok," he said. "Just…. Don't let go of me."

"I won't," Sebastian promised, pulling him in closer and kissing the top of his hair as Kurt rested his head on his chest. He couldn't remember what number date this was for them. Four, maybe? Five? He'd stopped counting a while back, but no matter what number it was, it was just as perfect as their previous ones had been. They'd both agreed to take their new relationship slowly, such as it was. Sebastian had completely understood that Kurt was in a very confusing place, and ever since their kiss the day they'd admitted their feelings for each other, he'd tried nothing unless Kurt initiated it first. Their first few dates had been relatively platonic-looking, to anyone observing from the outside, but they were important baby steps for Kurt. They proved to him that he could feasibly handle entering into a new relationship, even if things with Carson were still horrible. Sebastian never made him feel anything less than complete happiness when they were together, and Kurt couldn't even begin to describe how much that meant to him. Though he had the feeling that the kiss they'd shared at the end of their last date in Hyde Park had probably done a reasonable job of communicating that.

"Almost feels like we're birds, doesn't it?" said Sebastian, rubbing his arm tenderly, and Kurt smiled up at him.

"To use a quote from one of my favorite movies, I'm flying," he quipped, and Sebastian grinned.

"You're so cute."

"I try my best."

They didn't say much else during the rest of the cable car ride, but Kurt's mind was extremely busy as they watched the sun begin to set and the evening trickle into being. He thought about how loved and safe he felt with Sebastian's arms around him, knowing that the other boy would never let anything happen to him if he could help it. And, even more, he thought about how he would have done the same without hesitation. If this is what being loved was supposed to feel like, he was beginning to become drunk on it.

"Sebastian?"

"Hmm?"

"I…." Kurt hesitated, unable to form more words no matter how hard he tried. He settled for leaning in and kissing Sebastian softly, their lips dancing delicately with each other as their cable car began its descent back to the ground.

"Let's… let's go back to the flat after we land, ok?" he said pointedly, and Sebastian swallowed and nodded, using his thumb to absentmindedly rub at Kurt's shoulder.

"Ok.," he agreed.

The time from when their car landed to when they arrived back at the apartment passed by in a blur for Kurt, to be honest. He was too lost in thought to pay much attention to where they were or what they were doing until he and Sebastian had pushed through the door of the flat and made their way, kissing the whole time, toward the bedroom. There was little fanfare about it at all, really. Kurt simply kicked his shoes off and climbed up on the bed, pulling Sebastian on top of him as they continued kissing, tiny pecks on the lips that grew gradually more intense as they just let the moments come as they may.

"Mmm… Sebastian," Kurt murmured into the kiss as he curled his fingers into the fabric of his boyfriend's shirt.

"Hmm?"

"I'm ready, ok?"

Sebastian stopped kissing him for a second and looked down at him, his eyes searching as he took in Kurt's words.

"Are you sure?" he asked, almost in a whisper. Kurt craned his neck up and kissed him in reply, effectively confirming that yes, he was sure. He wanted nothing more at the moment than for Sebastian to make love to him. And he was sober this time, so he knew exactly what he wanted.

Sebastian moaned, both of his hands moving to cradle themselves under Kurt's head as he kissed him with even more fervor than before, almost as if he were physically unable to stop. When he finally did pull away from the kiss to gaze down at him, Kurt could see just how blown his eyes were, the green almost completely taken over by black. Kurt's chest rose and fell rapidly, his heart pounding in his ears as Sebastian bit his lip nervously.

"I love you, Kurt," he whispered, his thumb gently tracing a line down Kurt's jaw as he leaned down to place tiny kisses on his nose and cheeks before pressing their lips together. Kurt placed his hands on Sebastian's biceps, squeezing them gently as he kissed him back.

"I love you, too," he whispered. He felt Sebastian shiver against him before the other boy started roaming his lips everywhere on Kurt he could reach, pausing to lave his tongue over a sensitive spot below Kurt's ear that made him moan and thrust his hips up involuntarily. Kurt pressed his hands into Sebastian's lower back, trying to push his hips down to meet his own, and Sebastian gasped, his hands gently toying with the bottom of Kurt's maroon sweater. Kurt took the hint and raised his body up just enough for Sebastian to be able to gently take the sweater off of him and place it carefully on the ground beside the bed.

"You, too," Kurt breathed as he hooked his fingers into the bottom of Sebastian's shirt and pulled it up and off, throwing it to join his sweater on the ground. Sebastian immediately began working Kurt's neck over with his lips and teeth again, groaning as he placed one hand gently but firmly around Kurt's tiny waist. He used the other to tenderly trace the contours of his chest, as if he were examining a work of art.

"You're so beautiful," he whispered in awe. He kissed him on the lips and then maneuvered his body down so that he was laying between Kurt's legs. He gently pressed a hand to Kurt's ribcage and leaned down to swirl his tongue over one nipple as Kurt gasped and struggled to contain his breathing.

"Oh god…. Sebastian… mmm…" he groaned, the fingers of one hand threading through Sebastian's soft, brown hair while the other gripped desperately at the bedsheet underneath him. Sebastian continued his journey down his body, leaving kisses every few inches until he was sucking at the delicate skin of his hipbones. His fingers danced cautiously at the waistband of Kurt's jeans, and he glanced up at him, wordlessly asking for permission. Kurt bit his lip and nodded in agreement.

Sebastian smiled as he unzipped Kurt's jeans and began to slowly work them down his hips. He removed them completely and then got awkwardly onto his knees to allow Kurt to do the same to him until the only thing either of them were wearing was their underwear. Kurt bit back a giggle as he realized that he recognized the familiar logo adorning Sebastian's tight boxer briefs.

"Superman?" he snorted.

"Shut up," retorted Sebastian with a grin.

"This doesn't mean you're going to be faster than a speeding bullet, does it?" teased Kurt.

"Very funny," said Sebastian, pressing Kurt down against the mattress and tracing his hand along his body gently. Kurt had to gasp and bury his face in Sebastian's neck when the other boy's hand reached the bulge in his underwear, dancing his fingers along it teasingly. He touched him lightly at first, pressing his palm just enough against the front of Kurt's boxers to create a slight pressure that wasn't nearly enough. His hand was hot, even with the fabric between their skin, and Kurt felt even more blood rush to his cock at the sensation.

Sebastian locked eyes with him, one hand gripping Kurt's while the other gently removed his underwear, letting his aching cock spring free. Kurt reached down and helped the other boy remove his underwear as well, leaving both of them naked and panting, their skin flushed and sensitive to even the slightest touch.

"Love you," Sebastian murmured as he kissed him, letting his body cover Kurt's like a protective blanket. He pressed into him, his tongue gliding along Kurt's bottom lip as he silently asked for permission to enter. Kurt granted it immediately, letting out a whimper of pleasure as their lips danced together and their hips pressed wonderfully up against each other, finally giving him the friction he'd been craving.

"God, please touch me," Kurt begged, and Sebastian didn't have to be asked again. He slipped one hand in between their bodies, his hand making contact with Kurt's throbbing cock as they both gasped in unison. He began stroking him in earnest, Kurt's heart pounding loudly in his ears as his boyfriend alternated his touches, experimenting with different rhythms and brushing his thumb teasingly against his leaking slit every once in a while.

"Ungh…" Kurt moaned, his breathing becoming almost uncomfortably fast. "God… oh god, stop. Stop."

"Are you ok?" Sebastian asked, stopping immediately as he glanced down at Kurt with concern clouding his face.

Kurt nodded. "I'm fine, really, I just… I don't wanna come until you're inside me, ok?" He swore he could feel Sebastian's cock give a twitch against his thigh at those words, and the other boy nodded, kissing him passionately before he reached over to the nightstand and retrieved a bottle of lube and a condom.

"You just had those laying around, huh?" Kurt teased him.

Sebastian grinned sheepishly. "When we started dating, I um… I thought it would be a good idea to be prepared. You know, in case you ever decided that we…"

"Well clearly I did, so good call," quipped Kurt.

Sebastian smiled. "You're positive, right?" he asked as he placed a soft kiss to Kurt's forehead, his hands gliding soothingly up and down the sides of his body.

"Do I look unsure?"

"No," grinned Sebastian. He reached for the lube bottle and positioned himself comfortably between Kurt's legs, placing a kiss to his firm stomach as he coated his fingers. He circled them around Kurt's entrance for a while, almost as if he were scared to continue much further.

'Sebastian."

"What?"

"I'm not a blushing virgin, or anything," Kurt reminded him, and Sebastian snorted.

"Right," he said, pressing one finger carefully inside as Kurt moaned and spread his legs wider at the sensation. He began moving it inside of him, Kurt's breath coming out in gasps as he relished the feeling of having a part of his boyfriend inside of him, even if it wasn't a new feeling at all. The advantage of their relationship was that Sebastian already knew how to work him up, knew all the right points to hit, and knew exactly where to press his finger inside of him to make white hot pleasure jolt through Kurt's body like a bolt of lightning.

"Fuuuuck!" he gasped as Sebastian worked his prostate over expertly, fingering him open as much as he could before pulling his fingers out and wiping them carefully on the sheet.

"Inside me. Now," Kurt demanded, grabbing the condom and unwrapping it impatiently. He helped Sebastian place it over his length and lube it up, flopping back down as Sebastian placed a pillow beneath him and maneuvered himself between his legs.

"Ready?" he asked, letting the head of his cock tease against Kurt's entrance.

"Put it in," Kurt begged, digging his nails into Sebastian's arms as his boyfriend complied, guiding himself inside carefully. He gripped one of Kurt's hands in his as he finished pressing himself inside, burying himself to the hilt as Kurt breathed in and out, trying to adjust to the feeling of having someone inside of him after such a long while. He used the hand that wasn't holding Sebastian's to reach down and feel where they were joined, moaning loudly as Sebastian started gently rocking against him. He didn't pull out or thrust, just rocked teasingly until Kurt could barely stand the built up pressure inside of him. He thought he would die before Sebastian finally started thrusting in and out of him, adjusting his angle just enough to hit his prostate straight on.

"BAS!" Kurt screamed, throwing his head back as Sebastian started thrusting repeatedly at the same angle, circling his hips every so often to heighten the sensation even more. Kurt was already embarrassingly close to coming after only a few minutes. The slightest touch would be enough to send him over the edge. Sebastian chose the exact moment he was thinking that to give a particularly hard thrust that made Kurt's eyes shoot open and his mouth form a silent scream as he came, completely untouched. He gripped around Sebastian's back, his nails digging into the skin for dear life as he rode wave after wave of some of the most intense pleasure he'd ever known. He felt Sebastian throb inside of him and then still, his face becoming serenely calm as he powered through his own orgasm.

"Fuck," Sebastian whispered, his head falling down against Kurt's shoulder as Kurt lazily stroked his hair.

"You're shaking," he observed, feeling the other boy's body quake on top of him as if he were freezing.

"I'm sorry," Sebastian apologized. "I just… I…"

Kurt silenced him with a kiss, gripping his hand tightly as he kept him inside of him for just a bit longer. He didn't want to part their bodies until he absolutely had to.

"I love you, too," he whispered in between kisses as the noise of the traffic outside mixed with their panting breaths.

I love you.

I just wish I loved ONLY you.

How the hell did I end up here?

What am I doing?

Why am I enjoying it so fucking much?

These were the thoughts running through Carson's mind one afternoon as he found himself in one of the strangest situations he'd ever been in throughout the whole of his, admittedly, weird lifetime. It had started out as an innocent enough day, really. He'd gone to class in the morning, attended study group afterwards, and headed back in the direction of his flat, using a seldom traveled side street for a change of scenery. It was a somewhat seedier district lined with bars, restaurants, and billiard halls that were usually frequented either by old men or young thugs, so the fact that he happened to walk by what looked like one hell of a fistfight in progress between a group of guys didn't really surprise him all that much.

What did surprise him was how familiar one of those guys looked to him.

Luke?

He hadn't given the mysterious guy much thought since their conversation at the club the previous week. Well, ok, he had, but only briefly the day after, when he'd found the napkin with Luke's number on it in his jeans while gathering up laundry. He'd toyed with the idea of calling the guy, maybe asking him to meet for drink somewhere of Carson's choosing so he could fuck with him some more, but he'd quickly dismissed the idea. He didn't see why this particular guy was any more special over the hundreds of other guys whose attention he attracted on a regular basis. Even if he did have a killer smile.

And now, as fate would have it, there he was right in front of him. Granted, he was participating in one of the weirdest things Carson could have possibly been expecting him to be doing, but still.

Carson stopped in his tracks and watched, his eyes fixated on the familiar blonde man, who was participating whole heartedly violent fight right there in the middle of the street, his face streaked with blood that Carson couldn't tell if it was his own or someone else's. In fact, it was hard to tell who was fighting whom or why, but Carson assumed there had to be a damn good reason that the fight was going on in broad daylight, with such intensity and seemingly zero regard for whether anyone would see it or break it up.

What do I do? Do I… do I call the police? Do I just pretend I didn't see it and keep walking? As he stood contemplating these possibilities, Luke caught sight of him and gave him the same adorable grin from their exchange at the club the week before. And even though he had absolutely no idea what the hell was going on or what he was looking at, the sight of Luke grinning at him while covered with blood and dirt was strangely…. Intriguing, he supposed. Weird, but intriguing.

What the fuck is even going on? he wondered, his feet unable to move as he took in the sight before him. He had almost decided to just keep walking when one of the guys surrounding Luke took advantage of his momentary distraction and landed a punch right in the middle of his gut, causing Luke to double over in pain.

Something took over Carson then, something he had no idea how to explain, but suddenly he found himself crossing the street and jumping right into the fray, punching Luke's attacker so hard that the guy stumbled backwards and landed with a thud against the wall of a building. Undeterred, he lunged at Carson, who wasn't fast enough to dodge a moderate blow to his cheek. It stung, but not a hell of a lot. The next few moments were a blur of fists, yelling, and kicks to various body parts, and Carson didn't know why, but such huge amounts of aggression in such a small area felt oddly exhilarating.

How the hell did I end up here?

What am I doing?

Why am I enjoying it so fucking much?

He didn't know, but he knew it was weirdly therapeutic.

Gradually, the fight tapered off, and Carson felt strong hands place themselves on his shoulders, guiding him down the street toward a nearby parking garage.

"Wait, where are we going?" asked Carson, momentarily disoriented from the rush of the fight.

"Got to get you cleaned up, don't we?" said Luke, leading Carson to the passenger door of an expensive looking car and directing him inside. Everything in Carson told him he probably shouldn't be getting into the car, but on the other hand, for some odd reason, he sort of trusted Luke.

Not a lot, of course, considering what he'd just witnessed. But enough to figure he wasn't about to be murdered or anything.

"Fine," he agreed, settling in and buckling his seatbelt as Luke got behind the wheel and lit a cigarette before he started the engine.

They drove off in the complete opposite direction of Carson's flat, toward a section of town he hadn't been to very much. It was nice as far as London neighborhoods went, lined with quaint apartment buildings, restaurants, and small businesses. Nothing at all like the part of town where one might see a random fist fight taking place in full view of everyone on the street, certainly.

Since neither of them were saying anything, Carson took the opportunity to get a good, long look at Luke, who was puffing away at his cigarette with one hand while casually steering the wheel with the other. He looked straight ahead out the windshield, lost in thought, but aside from the blood that streaked his face, the casual observer would have probably never guessed he'd just been in a fight. He looked as cool as could be, as though he'd just spent the afternoon shopping at Camden Market instead of participating in god only knew whatever illegal shit had been going on back there.

I was right, he's trouble.

But hot trouble. And trouble that probably isn't going to kill me, so let's see where this goes.

They pulled up to a small apartment building and Luke stopped the car, getting out and crossing over to Carson's side to let him out. Being surprisingly gentle, he took him by the arm and led him into the building, toward a mid-sized flat on the third floor, and let them inside.

"Wait here," Luke directed him as he led him into what Carson assumed was the living room. "I'll go get you some ice for that," he added, indicating Carson's stinging cheek with his finger. He disappeared into an adjacent kitchen, and Carson took a look at his surroundings. The flat didn't look much different from any other flat, although he did catch a glimpse of what was, unmistakably, a bong sitting right out on the coffee table like some kind of artwork.

This guy is looking more and more interesting by the moment, I have to say.

"So, is this something that you do often?" asked Carson, leaning casually against one wall in the tiny living room and finally breaking the heavy silence that had enveloped them since they had driven off in Luke's car. "The fighting, I mean."

"Why do you ask?" Luke's voice called out from the kitchen.

"I just….. you looked like you were pretty into it," said Carson. "Like it was something you do a lot."

"Only when I've got a damn good reason to be pissed off," replied Luke, coming back from the kitchen with a cold compress wrapped in a towel, which he handed to Carson. "Or to prove a point. Send a message. Yeah, I do it a lot."

"Thought so," said Carson as he pressed the compress to his cheek and winced.

"Why, does that turn you on?" asked Luke, that adorably mischievous smile beginning to creep along his mouth as Carson swallowed and focused his attention on tending to his bruise.

"No," he said quickly. "I was just curious."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"You seemed pretty into kicking a few asses yourself," Luke pointed out. "So into it that I figure it's not something you do often."

"Natural talent. Does that turn you on?" Carson asked saucily, echoing Luke's words and raising an eyebrow suggestively at him without even realizing what he was doing until he'd done it.

"Immensely," replied Luke seriously, with zero hesitation, and Carson felt his face flush and his heart skip several beats as the older guy fixed his fiery eyes on him. "You know, you still haven't told me your real name, Harry."

Carson hesitated a minute, pondering whether he should tell him to fuck off, but something stopped him. After all, what the fuck was a name, really, between two people who'd just earned street cred together in the form of a couple of stinging shiners?

"Carson. My name is Carson."

"Carson." The smile was in full bloom on Luke's face now, which did nothing to calm the electricity Carson felt coursing through his veins as the space between them suddenly got a lot smaller. God, why the fuck is that smile so cute?

"Now, that turns me on. In fact," Luke continued as he closed the space between them even more, "It makes me want to do this." He surged forward, invading the last of Carson's personal space as he pressed their lips roughly together in a kiss so hungry and primal that Carson's heart seemed to plummet to his stomach. Blood was rushing in his ears, his knees suddenly weakened, and he let out a gasp of surprise that was quickly silenced by the lips consuming his own. He was so enthralled with the vortex of sensations he was experiencing that it took him several seconds to register it when Luke pulled away from the kiss and gave him a knowing look, his eyes dancing with amusement.

"You're not one to hold back, are you?" Carson said when he could finally summon up words again, his chest still slightly struggling to regain his breath.

Luke shrugged. "I just know when I see something I want, and I make it mine," he said, placing one hand firmly on Carson's hip as he looked him in the eye.

Carson didn't see why such a pompous answer should be turning him on so much, but god, there was no doubt that it was. "I'm not some prize for you to win, you know," he said in as surly a voice as he could muster, considering that all he was thinking about was how soon he could have Luke's lips back on him.

Luke grinned. "No, no, you've got a feisty spirit in you, don't you?" he said, phrasing it as question even though it wasn't one. "You take pride in being a challenge."

"You have no idea."

"But something tells me I wouldn't get much resistance if I did this again," Luke continued, pressing his lips back on Carson's, and Carson swore he could hear an angel chorus start to harmonize in his brain as he kissed Luke back eagerly, his body tingling from his hair to his toes. He gasped into the kiss as Luke pushed him up against the wall, pressing their bodies together in a way that caused a burning heat to spread over every inch of Carson's skin. The other man kept his lips on him as he trailed his hands down Carson's body, pausing to squeeze his hips briefly before grabbing his legs and roughly lifting them to wrap around his waist.

Carson sucked in a breath and wrapped his arms around Luke's neck as he allowed him to continue, his brain ceasing to form coherent thoughts as he felt the sting of teeth biting into his bottom lip and a tongue quickly following to lave over the assaulted skin. One arm wrapped around Carson's waist as Luke's other hand cupped his ass, squeezing roughly as his lips roamed from his mouth to the spot just below his ear. There wasn't even one second of hesitation before Luke was sucking his skin hungrily, nipping it with his teeth every so often in a way that made Carson's eyes roll back in his head and his cock start to swell with arousal. He wasn't sure if it was the residual high from joining in the fight earlier, or if he had just gone far too long without a good makeout session, but he felt oddly wild and liberated, grinding his hips into Luke's as the other man continued to work his way down his neck with his lips and teeth, leaving a trail of guaranteed angry marks in his wake. He couldn't even be bothered about the pain in his cheek anymore, because the pleasurable pain being inflicted on him at the moment was far too distracting for him to care.

"Taste so good," Luke murmured into his skin as he ran his tongue along the path of developing bruises and Carson threw his head back to give him better access. "Fucking criminal." Carson whined as his erection strained against the restriction of his jeans and the heated body pressed against him. He knew Luke had to be able to feel it there, throbbing with anticipation as a fresh hickey was sucked into his collarbone.

"Your cock isn't as up for a fight as you want it to be, though, is it," Luke murmured as he placed both hands under Carson's ass, squeezing it so hard that Carson let out a little scream of frustration as his cock grew even more painfully hard.

"Shut up," he gasped out, and Luke seemed to take that as a challenge. He secured his grip on Carson's ass and lifted him away from the wall, carrying him in the direction of what Carson assumed was his bedroom. His guess was proven correct when Luke kicked a door open and tossed him unceremoniously onto a bed, climbing on top of him and yanking Carson's T-shirt mercilessly over his head. For a moment, he didn't move as he straddled Carson and stared down at his body, his eyes wide with appreciation.

"Either fuck me or take a picture," Carson ordered, thrilled by his own boldness and the sensation of cool air on his overheated body as Luke snapped out of his trance and kissed him once more before beginning to work his way down Carson's body with his tongue. He paused at a nipple, sucking it into his mouth and causing Carson to arch his back with a moan, his hips thrusting into the air in a desperate attempt to get attention paid to his pulsating erection.

"You're mouthy," Luke quipped as he finished with Carson's nipple and started kissing down his stomach. "Let's see if we can't make you a bit more speechless," he added, using the palm of one hand to rub at the bulge in his jeans. Carson expected to be teased for a while before anything happened and was fully prepared to bitch loudly about it, but surprisingly, Luke wasted almost no time unbuckling his belt and yanking his pants down, finally freeing Carson's straining cock. He tossed them into the heap that was Carson's discarded T-shirt and settled himself on the floor between his legs, running one hand up either of his thighs and looking up at him with that ever present grin.

"You are so fucking horny for someone who likes to pretend to be so hard to please," he said teasingly, giving Carson a wink that both turned him on more and infuriated him at the same time.

"And you're a pompous ass," Carson retorted, even though he was having a hard time looking angry as he watched Luke inch his mouth closer and closer to his throbbing dick.

"Mmm, I can make you change that tune real quick," said Luke as he bypassed Carson's erection altogether in favor of placing his lips on the inside of his thigh. He sucked at the skin there for a while as Carson breathed heavily and stared up at the ceiling, trying to squash the urge to kill the other man for putting his mouth everywhere except where he really wanted it. His dick was practically crying with need, already leaking at the engorged, purple tip, and if he didn't get some stimulation on it soon, he swore he was going to-

"Oh!" he shouted suddenly, twitching on the bed as Luke's teeth bit down on the sensitive skin of his inner thigh. "Oh, fuck." He didn't think it was possible for his dick to get even harder, but apparently it was. He could feel his heartbeat through it at this point.

"Enjoy that, did you?" asked Luke cheekily, nipping at his skin again as he looked up at him.

"Y-yes," Carson stammered out, quickly losing the ability to form words as he watched Luke stick his tongue out and delicately begin to trace a wet stripe up the length of his erection, from the root to the tip, which got sucked into his mouth teasingly. Carson sighed in relief at finally having something happening to his cock, and Luke grinned around him, lowering his mouth further down onto him.

"Uuungh, fuck," Carson moaned, closing his eyes and allowing the intense sensations to wash over him as Luke began bobbing up and down on him slowly but steadily, taking a break every once in a while to give a kitten lick to the tip or gently suck at his balls. He was already so horny that he didn't think he would last very long, but he tried his best to keep his cool. There's no way in hell I can come that quickly, not with this guy, he seems like the kind of asshole who will never let me hear the end of it. Plus, I really fucking don't want this to end anytime soon, but it's going to be difficult when he's doing that thing with his tongue, oh my… Jesus Christ….

"Ah!" he suddenly exclaimed, his inner thoughts interrupted as he felt something blunt and very slick pressing against his entrance. His eyes flew open and he looked down to see Luke, still working his cock with his mouth, but now with one hand settled under his ass while he worked one finger inside of him carefully. A bottle of lube lay on the floor beside him, and Carson barely had time to wonder when the hell Luke had retrieved it before there were two fingers in him and he was too busy gasping and clutching at the sheets to care where the lube had come from. Apparently, Luke knew exactly where to look for his prostate, and he was wasting no time going right for it.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuuuuuuuuuuck," Carson moaned in spite of himself, his head swimming with pleasure as Luke brought him dangerously close, burying his cock down his throat right to the base.

"Mmm…. Don't you fucking come yet," Luke ordered him as he pulled his cock out of his mouth and gave him a slap on the thigh that made Carson gasp. "Not until I've fucked you good, you understand?"

"Do you order all your conquests around like this, or..." Carson began, but the sight of Luke standing up and stripping off every last inch of his own clothes stunned him into silence. His abs were to die for, yes, but so was his cock. It jutted out proudly from his stomach, red and veiny and only slightly smaller than Carson's own, he estimated. Jesus FUCK.

He couldn't wait to have it inside of him.

Fortunately, he didn't have much of a wait. "Get on your knees," Luke ordered him, and even though Carson's natural instinct was to argue, he found himself immediately scurrying to obey orders, positioning himself on his hands and knees so that his ass was put on full display like some kind of fucked up offering. He heard Luke unwrap a condom and then squirt some of the lube on himself, and he mentally prepared himself for what was about to come.

"For what it's worth," said Luke as he positioned himself behind him and began circling the head of his cock against Carson's entrance, "You really do have one of the best asses in the city."

"I'm aware," muttered Carson.

"Not that you should let it go to your head or anything," Luke added, grunting the last word out as he started pushing himself inside of Carson's tightness.

"Oh GOD!" Carson screamed out, his muscles straining to accommodate the huge intrusion that was pressing into him. He felt as full as he could possibly have been, every nerve inside of him on fire as he bit his lip and tried to adjust to the sensation. To his credit, Luke did give him several moments to collect himself, which was more than he'd expected to be given, but once he started moving inside of him, there was clearly going to be no slowing down from that point onward.

"Fucking…. Bloody…. Hell," Luke grunted out, his hands gripping Carson's waist tight enough to leave bruises as he pounded in and out of him, accentuating every word with a thrust. One hand left his waist and Carson felt it take up residence in his hair, yanking so hard on it that his head was forced backwards. He let out a strangled moan as the massive cock inside of him kept up its punishing pace and heavy balls slapped against his ass, the other man fucking him into oblivion with every thrust.

"Ungh… ungh…. Oh god," Carson moaned, sighing in frustration when Luke suddenly pulled out.

"What the f… oh," he interrupted himself as Luke flopped down on his back and grabbed him roughly around the waist, encouraging him to climb on top of him. Carson took the hint and lowered himself onto Luke's erection, biting his lip as he sank all the way down and braced his hands against the wide expanse of the other man's chest. He began lifting himself up and down in earnest, his head thrown back in pleasure. He suddenly felt a rough hand around his own cock, rhythmically jerking him off as he rode him fast and hard like he was in the most competitive horse race of his life. Without much warning at all, a warmth spread throughout his belly and his balls tensed up, his cock following with a throb and a forceful stream of silky, white ropes on Luke's chest as he came hard, screaming incoherently as he rode himself through it.

"Fuck," he whimpered as he came down from his high, his sensitive dick twitching in protest as Luke's firm hands on his waist kept bouncing him up and down.

"Don't fucking stop," Luke ordered, lifting him and dropping him at a steady pace, Carson's breathing growing ever more labored with the effort to keep up. It was too much, and yet, oddly, he never wanted it to stop. He wasn't sure he'd be ready to call it the best lay he'd had in a while, but it was sure as hell up there.

Without warning, he felt himself being grabbed around the waist and turned, pushed roughly against the mattress on his back as Luke pressed himself on top of him, guiding his cock back inside of him before he began to thrust with wild abandon, letting out animalistic grunts that made Carson's dick become rock solid once more, even though he'd just come not five minutes beforehand. He thrust his own hips up to meet Luke's rhythm, his whole body on fire as he felt a second orgasm begin to brew inside of him.

"Jesus fucking Christ," Luke grunted out as he increased his pace to an impossible speed, pounding him so roughly that Carson almost didn't feel like he was inside his own body anymore. He gripped onto Luke's muscular biceps as the other man gave one last thrust and screamed out his orgasm. The feeling of the massive length throbbing inside of him made Carson fall right over the edge, and the last thing he remembered before he passed out from the intensity of the pleasure coursing through his body was seeing stars as his eyes rolled back in his head.

Jesus FUCK, where has this guy been all my life?
