Author's Notes: YAY a new chapter! Sorry it's so short! I ended up doing a sort of Blaine Anderson/ Darren Criss crossover in this chapter. I actually kind of like it so I might even continue it in later chapters:D Seriously just the thought that some people actually read my writing means so much to me, so thank you all!

With a slight gasp, we finally pulled ourselves apart. For a fleeting moment Blaine's eyes locked on mine, and then I watched, mesmerized, as a smile erupted slowly over his face.

"What!?" I demanded.

"We're trapped in an elevator," Blaine explained with a grin, "the worst possible thing that could have happened to us today happened, and here we are, making out!"

Once again he cracked up, and this time I joined him. Our laughs filled the empty space around us and suddenly I realized that our predicament might not be so bad, after all! Blaine placed his hand on the back of my shoulder, patting it gently.

"Seriously, Kurt, if we ever get out of here, I'm taking you out."

"I would hope so; it's the least you can do after aggressively tonguing me!" I said with a laugh.

"You were perfectly willing!" Blaine retorted.

I gave him a look that told him was indeed correct, and burst out laughing once again. How was it that I felt so at ease in the presence of this boy I barely knew?

"Anyways," I said, motioning to his guitar case, "got anything cool in there? We could use some entertainment."

"Yeah!" Blaine grabbed the case eagerly and a second later pulled out an old-looking, acoustic guitar. "I've been working on a couple songs, I was actually gonna play this one today."

Blaine adjusted the guitar on his lap, and began to strum.

Well here we are, two strangers, in a very different place.

Who knows what will happen to us next?

Here we are with nothing but this little spark.

It's too cold outside to lay this fire to rest.

Don't you want the way I feel?

Don't you want the way I feel?

Don't you want the way I feel for you?

His lyrics were captivating. His voice filled me with a happiness that refused to subside even as he stopped singing and placed his guitar flat on his lap. I was absolutely awestruck at his talent, yet I couldn't muster up the words to tell him so. I'm not sure how long I stared at him with my jaw hanging open before he finally asked me what I thought.

"Incredible," I said, snapping out of my trance, "fantastic."

"You really think so!?" His looked almost child-like as his grin widened in excitement.

"Yes! Seriously, Blaine, I'm so sorry you didn't get the chance to play it today for that guy, you would have gotten a deal for sure."

"I'm not," Blaine said slowly. He looked away, flushing slightly, "I never would have met you."

Hesitantly, he glanced up, meeting my eyes once again. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This boy hardly knew me, and yet was willing to give up the opportunity of a lifetime to spend a day trapped in a small, uncomfortable elevator with me. And funny enough, I didn't even have to think about it to realize that I would do the same. True, the time we'd spent together was not much, so why did I feel like I'd known Blaine for my entire life?

As though it were second nature, I reached out and took his hand.

"Screw Vogue," I said. "I'm not sorry, either."
