Kurt sighed as he falls into his bed wincing as soon as he did it. He started going to his self defense/fighting classes more often this summer seeing as he doesnt really do anything since school was out and he is incredibly sore. It was either take more classes(which he admits he actually quite enjoy the stress relief) or sit around In his depression all summer and who wants to be in the house all summer.

Granted he dosent like going anywhere anyway its not like he has many friends to hang with. Plus last time he went out alone he was going for a walk and had his head down when he heard Blaine call out "Sup Hummel the Homo" then he saw a group of his bullies hanging around with him chuckling and he actually made the mistake by getting too confident with all the progress he has made in that class and tried to fight back. Then Blaines friends decided to jump in and lets just say thats not something he wants to remember.

He knows physically he isnt the same whimpy kid he used to be. He knows he can fight them off with all the time he has been spending in those classes since he started two years ago. Mentally though? He freezes when the time comes. Its like he is frozen with fear and he cant get his brain to work. He cant help but think his mom must be so disappointed in the way he turned out.

He shakes his head to get the thought out of his head. But unfortunately it doesnt help.

After his mom died when he was 12 the worst of the bullying died down for a while but after he stopped walking around with tears in his eyes it had picked back up but this time it was much worst than ever. Nobody tried to help him it was like nobody gave a damn. Not even Rachel or his other "friends" tried to help anymore.

His number one bully was his ex bestfriend. He still doesnt understand whats his problem but after a while he said fuck it and banished Blaine out of his mind and life. He dosent acknowledge the bullies anymore he just walks around like an emotionless zombie.

This summer bas been uneventful for his. All he did was work at the shop with his dad, go to his classes(which he is progressing if he says so himself) And go to the Lima bean when he knows none of the bullies will be out around that time.

He did meet a peculiar guy named Sebastian and he didnt know how to feel about him. He basically insulted Kurt then invited himself at his table by saying "Hey gay face! Im Sebastian and Im going to sit here" then walked away and got line. After he got his coffe he came back and sat right in front of Kurt and a weird flirty snarky and amazingly comforting friendship began between them two.

They talked everyday and about everything. After Kurt told him about the bullying and his mom and all the BS he has to deal with Sebastian became protective of him and weirdly possessive and Kurt wouldnt admit it but he likes the attention. They even talk about how they feel about the soulmate marks they are going to get.

While Kurt gushes on and on about how he cant wait because he knows his soumate will be perfect for him and he just wants to have somebody who isnt family and a bestfriend like Sebastian to accept and love him for him. Somebody who is just right for him Sebastian just shrugs and replies "Honestly there isnt a 100% well be like your parents and meet young. Im not going to sit around and be miserable waiting for anybody with any luck I can convice you to give this a try" he gestures to his body. Kurt blushes and replies "Keep dreaming man whore" then changes the subject.

Sebastian has helped him out of his shell a little bit now that he will be starting McKinley High tomorrow and his summer break is coming to an end he cant help but feel himself starts to draw back into his emotionless shell. He just knows tomorrow is going to be interesting and not in a good way. He has no friends at this school and he just knows Blaine and his idiotic goons are going to making sure he is miserable. With another sigh he takes his phone out and texts "Snarky Son Of A Bitch #1" aka Sebastian to see where he is and what he is doing.

An hour later finding him and Sebastian at the park down the street wrestling because Sebastian thought it was such a great idea to bring a super soaker and squirt Kurt with it.

After Seb got him the first time Kurt took off running after him unaware of the eyes on them. Kurt catches up to him and throws himself on Sebastian efficiently knocking him down with an "oof" and snatching the super soaker away and squirting back in revenge. When Kurt tried to pull away Sebastian wrestled him down and they fought over the water gun laughing. Sebastian tickles Kurt and he screams with laughter and Sebastian takes off running in another direction.

After Kurt catches his breath he looks up to see Blaine and a few of his bullies staring at him. He looks up to see Sebastian has hid unaware of whats going on. He starts shaking as they walked closer to him.

"Why look boys our little homo a little boyfriend" Blaine speaks up out of the group.

"Didnt we say we didnt want see that faggy Shit homo?" Karofsky says while advancing on him while Kurt struggled to get away. He tried getting up before they got closer but it seems like his brain wasnt functioning fully and by the time he got up to run Karofsky had already pushed him down.

Karofsky grabs him by the legs and start to drag him through the grass and mud him and Sebastian just made with the super soaker while the group of bullies starts to laugh. Kurt doesnt even try fight back or argue anymore knowing itll just get worse. Blaine starts to advance on him now grabbing his arms and pulling him up before punching him in the stomach.

"Seems like he just doesnt learn his lesson does he boys. What should we do to this poser" Blaine says. Kurt just hangs his head losing himself in thoughts of his mother, his future but morestly wishing he was old enough for his soulmate mark already and that he gets to meet him instantly. Knowing life will be much more bearable with someone to kiss away his tears and help his depression to atleast lessen a little.

"Are you listening lady boy". He hears Karofsky say as he is shoved face first in the mud.

He didnt manage to hold his breath in time before being pushed in the mud and he cant breath so it feels like he is drowning. Oh god they are going to kill me where the hell is Sebastian he thinks as his lungs began to cry for oxygen.

Blaine just hold his head in mud with his foot. Snickering with his buddies. When he see a tall Brown boy running up on them with a large stick.

"Get the fuck off of him hobbit and hammock! Cant you see he cant breathe are you seriously that incompetent and insecure to attempt to kill him."

"Go away princess this doesnt concern you" Blaine sneers at him. He moves away Kurts struggling body to glare at Sebastian and Karofsky quickly grabs Kurts hair and raising his head up. Kurt sucks in a huge breath before his head is pushed back in the mud and rolled from side to side.

Sebastian swings the stick at Blaine and it hits the side of his knee then kicks him in the balls and while he is doubled over he pushes him in the mud then turns and pushes Karofsky away hard grabbing Kurt and checking him out telling him to get up and run to his car but Kurt is frozen with fear.

Sebastian looks back at the other guys he see they are mostly gaping at him before some advances on him while a few goes after Kurt s frozen body. The ones that come after him he manages to fight them off and send them running.

Blaine finally gets upand make to grab at Sebastian but he moves out the and grab him in a full nelson move.

"I wasnt going to kill your freak of A boyfriend. Now get your nasty hands off me I dont want you giving me diseases he has already given you!"

"Youre one ignorant little fuck" Sebastian leans into his ear and whispers "Youre too hot for that killer" Then leaves him gaping at his words as a blush comes on his face. Blaine stalks away angrily while Sebastian goes over to Kurt. After fighting off the rest of those Assholes Kurt began to get responsive again and sat down with his arms wrapped himself.

"Come on babe let big daddy get you home and cleaned up before papa Burt sees you and think I tried to get your goods" He winks and sees a small smile grace and blush Kurts face as he helps him up.

"Welcome to High school queer!" Kurt freezes as he hears Azimios voice. He turns around and wishes he didnt. As soon as he does he is hit in the face with a cup of something cold and sticky. It feels like a million tiny needles made of ice. He then hears laughter and feels more of the mystery substance over his head. He stands there with his eyes clenched shut and fists ball up.

"You can unfurl your fists sissy you arent going to hit anybody" Blaine snarls at him then pushes him down. "See we was going to just ignore you because now you are getting boring to bother but you can thank your weasel looking boyfriend because now your life will be hell. You thought he was going to save you" Blaine laughs humourlessly "Think again who would want you around them" He put grabs Kurt by collar and he hisses "Watch your back freak" then tosses him into the locker and walks away laughing with his friends.

Kurt finally opens his eyes and hisses at the stinging in his eyes. He makes his way to the front doors of the school and sprint to his car to go home. He slams his hands against the steering wheel then start the car and zoom out the parking lot and head home.

His dad looked at him with anger in his eyes when he see his son has been turned into a walking rainbow.

"Blaine?" his dad asks and he nods his head and runs up the stairs crying.

"Why cant I catch a fucking break!" He sobs and peels his clothes off. He gets cleaned up and grab an extra outfit for back just in case and heads downstairs.

"You ok bud" Burt asks

Kurt shrugs and heads for the door with his head down. While Burt sighs and watches his broken down son head out the door.
