Defying Porcelain

Prologue:

Arriving At Dalton

Porcelain was never meant to have friends, since the upbringing of his childhood he knew that. He carried his light travel bag into the big extraordinary decorative building called 'Dalton Academy'. He sighed heavily as he dropped his bag in the huge boarding school. Most teens his age would be impressed by the massive rooms, exquisite furniture and the preppy jackets that consisted with ties, on the well mannered school boys that walked the hallways, but not Porcelain.

No, nothing could make him smile for he was forever destined to be hated. His skin colour was green and for that matter he learnt at a young age that he was to be forever alone except for his father who was the only one that constantly tried to make him happy.

After he cried for far too long as a kid, he couldn't take it anymore, he couldn't take his father constantly getting threats because his son was not someone they could be around, he couldn't cope not having someone be there for him and console him, even his father when he tried to, because his father knew that Porcelain was the only thing left of his mother, and he could not understand how his father would still cherish him even after what he become, his father still wanted him to be happy, but it could not be done.

Porcelain was to forever remain wicked.

The students in the entrance hall were looking his way. He knew they were staring; he wasn't insulted by it, he knew the drill when he walked in some place that contained other human beings as himself but the only difference was that he stood out from the crowd, even worse than his fashion which was the only thing besides singing that he took pride in.

"What are you looking at!" Porcelain screeched. The boy's that were staring eyes widened and they all hurried of in different directions muttering quietly to themselves about the new student with an obvious attitude problem.

Porcelain grinned. Terrifying people was the second best thing to hurting them, with the fate he had of being green, his personality may as well go with his colour, and so he chose to be mean. Porcelain refused to let anyone bully him, it was bad enough that he had suffered hopeless years trying to find a friend, when he should have realised from the beginning that it was never going to happen.

That was all before one big mistake when he was introduced to Blaine Anderson.

Porcelain's cold icy blue eyes glared daggers at the intruder who had put a hand on his shoulder. The touch was simple and gentle but just the feeling of someone else on him sent him flying over the edge. He flinched away from the hand immediately as though he'd been burned by the contact.

He was not prepared to see a gorgeous boy standing in front of him throwing his arm away hurriedly at Porcelain's frantic gesture.

His black hair was not an inch out of place, the current smile that had once been on his face worried into a frown, but the boy with the hazel golden eyes did not move.

"HOW DARE YOU TOUCH ME!" Porcelain screamed, hoping to scare him of. It was making him uneasy. The boy wasn't fazed like most kids would be, and it annoyed Porcelain to no end that he could not frighten him.

"Hey... its okay, I'm sorry, I get that you're new here, and I was just going to sh..." The boy tried to reason. Porcelain was having none of it.

"Who do you think you are?" Porcelain interrupted not wanting to start a conversation. That wasn't even one of his good comebacks. He was so shocked that someone had even given him a second glance and even attempted to start a chat.

The intruder bit his lip and shook his head as though wondering how to deal with this situation.

Porcelain tapped his feet in annoyance, as his frustrations deepened when he noticed the boy was still there.

"Hey!" Another boy yelled in defence of the intruder as he came up to them with someone by his side.

"Leave him alone!" The other kid with blonde hair added pointedly towards Porcelain.

Porcelain rolled his eyes and overly exaggerated backed off in alarm from the intruder.

"Nick, Jeff, I can handle this, go back to class," The other boy demanded. The duo glared heatedly at Porcelain before warning the intruder who they called 'Blaine' to be careful.

So Blaine was his name, interesting.

Porcelain just smiled at the two boys with an evil grin he delicately and sarcastically bowed to them goodbye with a Kate Middleton hand wave. This got Blaine intrigued and he regretted being so careless. Simple movements of that revealed parts of himself that he did not wish for others to see, but he had never had someone look deeply into him before, and Blaine's stare was starting to make him certain he would have to hide deeper, his true self.

Kate Middleton was an icon to him, but Blaine did not have to know why.
