Author's Notes:

I thought I would update once more today. Im a quick writer so :) I hope you like it. Tomorrow more I think.

Kurt was woken up abruptly. He cracked open an eye to see someone hanging over him. Blaine stood over his bed with sleepy eyes, glasses on and unruly curly hear. He looked adorable thought Kurt. He was holding a paper but Kurt couldn't read it. He rubbed his eyes and tried again. I didn't know how you would be able to wake up so I woke you. I hope you don't mind. You can have the bathroom first if you like. And … good morning? :) Kurt smiled and gave Blaine a thumbs up before taking his uniform and disappearing into the bathroom. He took a quick shower and brushed his teeth before pulling on the uniform. He styles his hair with some hairspray until it looked perfect. Kurt walked out of the room to see Blaine placing all his books into his bag. Kurt made a gesture that he was done in the bathroom and it was Blaine's turn. Blaine just smiled, took his uniform and disappeared. Kurt loved how easy it was with Blaine. It was a nice change. Kurt decided to make his bag and wait until Blaine was ready. Maybe they could get breakfast together. That would be nice.

Blaine was standing in the shower. He started to hum some melodies. After a while he decided it was time to brush his teeth, shave and gel his hair down. He pulled on his uniform and walked out of the bathroom. Kurt was standing at the window, looking outside. Blaine was glad Kurt had waited for him. He took his bag and took Kurt's hand. Kurt looked up with a smile. They headed to the cafeteria. Once inside they let go of each other their hands and took a plate. Blaine decided to have some coffee with the pancakes they served today. He saw how Kurt took two pieces of fruit and a mug of coffee. Blaine gestured to Kurt to ask if he wanted a pancake but he just shook his head. Blaine let Kurt towards the warbler table. He started to talk to the warbler in front of him once they sat down. Kurt looked down at his apple and just started to eat from it. He looked up when he felt a hand on his. A boy with blond hair looked at him and shoved a notebook towards him. Hello Kurt. My name is Jeff. I thought it would be nice if I introduced myself. Kurt looked up and held out his hand to shake. Jeff grinned and shook his hand. Kurt started to write something on the paper. Nice to meet you Jeff. Jeff grinned and wrote under it Same counts for you. Blaine was looking at the little conversation and smiled. Jeff would be a good friend for Kurt. He took a sip of his coffee and discussed the next warbler practise further with Wes.

Kurt was done with breakfast. He had messaged a little longer with Jeff and he seemed really nice. He was the first person who took a paper and introduced himself spontaneous, except for Blaine but they were roomies. Kurt stood up and picked up his bag. He brought his tray back and started to head to his locker. He hated those things like hell. He looked at his paper but he just couldn't find his number. It was frustrating. He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked around to see Blaine standing there smiling. He took his phone out of his pocket and started typing a message. When he was done, he held it up for Kurt to read. Help needed? Kurt just laughed and gave him the paper. Blaine looked at the paper for a while before taking Kurt's hand and leading him towards the end of the hallway. He stood still before a locker and placed his finger under the number with a smile. Kurt nodded his thanks and placed a few books inside it. When he closed his locker, Blaine was holding his phone up again. Do you have a phone? I realised I never asked. Kurt took out his iPhone and gave it to Blaine. Blaine typed in his picture. When he was done typing, he turned the phone and took a silly picture of himself to get with his number. He saved it with his contact and gave the phone back to Kurt who just grinned at the picture. Kurt typed something on his phone and pressed send. Blaine felt his phone trilling and looked down to see he had a new message from an unknown number. He opened it and started to read. Now you have my number too. Just don't forget I can only text. Oh, and thanks for the picture :). Blaine grinned and saved the number. He held out his hand and let Kurt to his first class, which was with Blaine.

Kurt had survived the whole morning. He had two classes with Blaine and two with Jeff. When he had entered the class, he had taken a paper and wrote a message for the teachers so they knew. He had given Blaine and Jeff also a note as he couldn't hear what the teachers would say when they were standing with his back towards him. He would need someone's note and they were glad they could help. He still felt a little cautious when he walked into the hallway but there were still no shoves into lockers are books slapped out of his hands. It was a nice change. Kurt walked towards his locker and placed his books from the morning inside it. When he closed his locker, he was met with two hazel eyes and a huge smile. Blaine took his hand and walked him towards the lunch. Every time he held his hand in his, he felt his heart do a little flip flop. They let go of each other into the cafeteria to get their food. Kurt choose for a salad and an apple with some water. He watched how Blaine filled his plate with pizza. They walked to their usual table where everyone waved at them. Kurt started to pick on his salad. He was slowly eating when he felt his phone buzzing in his pocket. Blaine's picture appeared on the screen. He looked up at Blaine to see him smile. Kurt opened it and started to read. You want a little piece of my pizza? I don't believe you have enough with just a small salad. Kurt grimaced. It reminded him of his other high school. Other boys could eat like monsters but he couldn't if he wanted to stay like he was. He remembered how one of the jocks one time stood behind him and held his head. He had tried to push fries into his mouth but Kurt hadn't want to eat them. He hated it. He was snapped out of his flashback when his phone buzzed again. Another message from Blaine. You ok? I didn't mean to be offensive. It was just an offer. Kurt looked up and smiled slightly before replying. I'm ok. You didn't offend me. I'm fine with my salad though. Kurt just ate further in silent.

Blaine was looking at Kurt every once in a while. He hadn't meant to offend Kurt when he had asked him if he wanted a little pizza. It was just that Kurt was so skinny and the thought of just surviving on a salad and his two pieces of fruit in the morning seemed surreal to him. He had noticed how quiet Kurt became once he was in a large crowd. Every once in a while he would look around and it was like he needed to look out for something. Like anyone would creep up behind him if he didn't. It worried him. He had no idea about Kurt's past but he knew it must be unpleasant by the way he acted. Blaine wended himself to Wes. “Wes, I'm concerned.” Wes looked up to see Blaine looking at Kurt again. “What about?” “Don't you notice how quiet he is? I don't know what happened in the past but it must be unpleasant. He is sometimes so lost in thought that he only half snaps out. He only talked with Jeff this morning.” Wes looked at Kurt again. “We could do a sleep over this weekend with all the warblers, It would do some bonding and that way we all could get to know him a little better.” Blaine thought about the idea and liked it a lot. “That's a good idea. Let me ask him tonight before you tell it around ok?” Wes just nodded. The bell rang and it was time to go. Blaine groaned because he didn't had any classes with Kurt this afternoon. He walked Kurt to his locker before he gave him a last wave and went to his classes.

Kurt let himself fall on the bed. He was exhausted. At one point he knew he would need to get up to do some catching up and tasks he missed but for now he could rest a little. After a while of laying down, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked up to see Blaine waving at him. He held a note in his hand. We are doing a sleepover this weekend. We would all like you to come. It's the perfect way to get to know each other better. Kurt looked up to see Blaine hopeful smiling. Kurt took his notebook and wrote a reply. My dad wanted me to be home this weekend but I can ask or maybe you can call him? It might be easier for me that to explain by text. He held up the note for Blaine to read. Blaine started to sit down on the bed and just shrugged. He wrote something beneath his other note. If that means you'll come I'll gladly call your dad. Kurt gave him his phone.

Blaine stood up and walked towards the window. He was looking for Kurt's dad phone number. When he found it, he started dialling. He was nervous. It was strange to call someone you never met. He had no time to change his mind though as he heard someone pick up the phone.

Hello Burt Hummel speaking?

Hello mister Hummel. You're talking with Blaine Anderson. I'm Kurt's roommate.

Oh, nice to meet you. Is everything ok with my kiddo?

Yeah sir, he is doing great.

Than why are you calling?

Well, we are holding a sleepover this weekend and we wondered if Kurt could come. It would be a nice way for us to get to know him a little better.

Blaine thought he heard Kurt's dad sigh on the other side. He didn't know if it was a good or a bad sign. It was quiet for a while and Blaine had almost lost hope until Kurt's dad started to talk again.

Ok, He can stay but he has to text me every once in a while so I know he is ok.

Ok Sir, I'm sure Kurt will do that.

How is he doing at Dalton? Is everything going ok?

Yes sir, his first classes went fine. I share a few of my classes with him and Jeff, a friend of mine, shares the others with him. We give him our notes so he doesn't miss a thing.

I'm glad to hear that. You sound like a good kid. Take care of my boy though. And feel free to safe my number so you can contact me if anything is wrong.

Ok sir. And thank you for letting him stay this weekend.

No problem bud. It was nice to talk to you. Bye!

Bye sir!

Blaine smiled and looked at Kurt who was watching him. He went to sit down next to Kurt but before he gave him his phone back, he copied the number to his phone. Kurt was looking confused at this. Blaine just texted him before he gave him the phone back. Your dad said it was ok to stay this weekend :D And he said that I should copy his number so I would be able to call or text him if something was wrong. Kurt looked up with a smile. He looked really excited for the party. Blaine couldn't wait for the party.
