Kurt was just hitting 12 weeks when he boarded the plane that would take him to Lima, Ohio. His stomach had a more pronounced bump to it now and he was sure Finn would notice when he picked him up, or maybe Finn would be his normal oblivious self and not notice a thing. 4 hours later the plane landed once Kurt was off the plane he went to baggage claim and then to meet Finn. “Hey little brother, flight okay?” Finn asked when Kurt got to him. “A bit bumpy but other than that it was fine.” Kurt replied. “You sure? You look a bit pale.” Finn said as they walked to the car. “Ya I’m perfectly fine.” Kurt said before a wave of nausea came over him and he ran to a nearby garbage can and threw up. “Whoa you okay?” Finn asked as he rubbed his step-brother’s back. “Ya, guess the airplane food didn’t agree with me.” Kurt replied as he wiped his mouth with his pocket hanky. He and Finn then got in the car and drove to their parents place.

That night Kurt received a text from Rachel.

R_Berry: So have you seen Blaine yet?

Kurt: No, and I’m too scared. I’m just thankful that Finn didn’t realize anything but I think Carole is starting to suspect.

R_Berry: Well whenever you see your boy you are going to have to tell him. He has to know.

Kurt: You don’t think I know that. I’m the one carrying them and it’s pretty noticeable now.

R_Berry: Well you get some sleep and let me know how things go with Blaine.

Kurt: Will do sweetie.

As soon as they were done, Kurt plugged his phone into the charger and then promptly fell asleep.

The next morning was a Monday so Kurt decided to go to the school. Before he left he made sure his coat covered up his baby bump and then hopped in his car and drove towards the school. The first stop he made when he got there was the choir room. What he didn’t expect was to find Blaine sitting on a stool playing a few chords on his guitar. “Hey stranger.” Kurt said leaning against the doorway, taking Blaine by surprise. “K-Kurt? What are you doing here?” Blaine asked taking the guitar off from around his neck. “Finn invited me the opening night of the school musical.” Kurt replied. “Oh, well I have a small role in it. I get to sing Beauty School Dropout.” Blaine said giving Kurt a small smile. Suddenly the warning bell went off and Kurt could tell Blaine didn’t want to leave. “I’ll see you at Glee club.” Kurt said before Blaine flashed him a smile and took off for first period.

When it came time for Glee Blaine knew he was going to sing the song he wrote for Kurt. 5 minutes into Glee club Mr. Shue asked if anyone had anything they wanted to sing. Immediately Blaine got up and grabbed his guitar. “I wrote this song for the man I love with all my heart.” He said before he started strumming the chords:

By the end of the song Kurt’s hormones were making him sob uncontrollably. “Kurt, you okay? You seem more emotional since the last time I saw you?” Mr. Shue asked. “Yeah I just need some air.” He replied running out of the room not realizing Blaine was following. “Kurt, sweetie are you sure you’re okay you’ve never broken down like that before.” Blaine said. “Ya well a lot has changed.” Kurt said wiping his eyes. “What do you mean Kurt? What’s changed?” Blaine asked. Kurt looked at Blaine before unbuttoning his jacket. “I was going to tell you when you came to visit last, but we both know that didn’t turn out so well, but something else has happened and I know you deserve to know everything.” Kurt said. “What’s going on, you’re starting to scare me.” Blaine said. “I’m pregnant Blaine.” Kurt said opening his coat and lifting his sweater over his baby bump. “How far along?” Blaine asked as a few tears fell from his face. “12 weeks.” Kurt said. “Are you sure? I mean you look farther along than that.” Blaine said. “Well that’s the other part, Blaine we’re having twins.”
