Author's Notes:

From the warm summer day that she was born Kurt and Blaine had prided themselves on having the smartest daughter there ever was. And they started teaching her everything from numbers to colors as early as they  could.

They sat on the plush carpet of Karlie's room that was currently decorated in pink and purple with Tangled accents all over the walls. Her new obsession since the night Daddy and Papa had turned it on after she'd eaten her dinner and it was their turn to eat.

Blaine held up a card to the two year old. "What is this?"

"Doggy!" She sqealed happily.

"Good girl!" Blaine said "And what does he say?"

"Woof! Woof!"  She clapped her hands.

The pattern continued with the two of them switching out who was asking her the questions for the next hour.

"What's this?"

"A duckie!"

"And what does a duckie say?"

"Quack! Quack!"

"Good job pretty girl!" Kurt grinned at her, picking up a card from the deck. He looked down at the picture before holding it up to his daughter. The card had a small yellow bird on it, the back of the card said, of course, bird.

"What's this Kay?"

"A rarw-bler!" She smiled at her parents, proud of herself.

Kurt and Blaine both looked at each other in shock. What did she just say?

"It's Rawr-bler!" She said again, this time with more force behind it considering she was getting no response from either of her dads.

"How do you know tht Kay?" Kurt finally spoke up to ask.

"Yike Pav'Roey!"

"Like Pavarotti.." Both men repeated at the same time.

"Kurt." Blaine looked at his husband in amazement.

"Yeah?"

"Our kid's a genius."
