"Are you nervous?" Blaine's lips curved up into a smile as his right hand traveled from the wheel of his car to the console to grab Kurt's tapping hand.
"A little.." Kurt blushed.
That's adorale. Blaine mentally noted. "But you've already met them! And they love you!"
"They had to act like they loved me, your mom was sitting right there, they didn't have the option to attack me if she was right there." Kurt mentally went over all of the horror stories Blaine had told him about how they'd picked on his older sibling's dates when they came over.
"Kurt, they loved you. I swear." Blaine put the car in park and took the key from the ignition. He leaned across the console to press a sweet kiss to his boyfriend of one month's lips. "It'll be fine."
"Promise?"
"I promise." They both climbed out of the car, Blaine walking over to Kurt's side and interlocking their fingers before they walked in the front door.
"Blaine? Is that you?" Everette peaked around the hallway. "You're finally here! I gotta go, I told Amber I'd meet her at six. Thanks for taking over. I know it was supposed to be my night to watch them but-"
"It's fine! Go on your date!" Blaine chuckled, pulling himself out of his Dalton Blazer and loostening his striped tie.
"Bye Blaine! Bye Kurt! Thanks again guys!" He left the door without another word.
"Now we find them." Blaine chuckled walking back toward's his bedroom, he slightly opened the door, not wanting his boyfriend to see how cluttered it may have been, he threw his blazer on to his bed and closed the door. Kurt followed him down the hall to find the door to the family room cracked open.
Noah was sitting over in the corner of the room playing on his phone. Brenden and Kaylee were sitting infront of the bookcase full of DVD's arguing over which one to watch. Samantha was sitting on the floor infront of the couch braiding the tiny bit of hair that little Liam had on the top of his head.
"What are you guys up to?" Blaine asked from the side of the door, every head in the room was turned to see their brother in the doorway. He heard a collective 'Blaine!' squeal from four of the five kids in the room and felt three sets of arms wrapped around his middle.
"Kurt!" Samantha broke from the group, noting the other Warbler next to their brother. The three kids were suddenly disinterested in Blaine and were on to hugging Kurt and attacking him with questions and declarations of how much fun they were going to have.
"Baine!" Liam giggled from his place on the floor.
"Hello little monster!" Blaine walked over and picked up his littlest brother and kissed his forehead. Liam giggled and latched to Blaine's side. "Baine!" He screamed again. Blaine placed Liam down on the floor leaving him to toddle over to Kurt so that he could pick him up if he chose to. The Warbler made his way over to Noah who was still sitting over in the corner.
"You're not gonna act like you're excited to see me?" He joked. Noah looked away from his phone enough to smile up at his brother.
"Hi Blaine." He looked back down.
"Why are you so grumpy?" He ruffled the younger boy's hair with a chuckle. Noah mumbled something under his breath. "What's that?" Blaine asked.
"I don't need a baby sitter." He said a little louder this time.
"Hey, Kurt and I aren't here to baby sit you, we're here for the others. We aren't even here to see you." He joked. Noah giggled. "And just so you know, when I was your age, mom had Coop watching me and the others too." Noah nodded. "Now come on." Blaine said. "Let's figure out what we're gonna do for dinner."
After an hour and a half, and a ridiculously complicated decision on what kind of Pizza to get, ('Bacon!' 'Ew no! Pineapple!' 'Cheeese Baine!') seven Anderson's and one Hummel were sitting at the dining room table eating.
"Blaine when are you gonna come back home?" Samantha piped up from across the table from Blaine. She'd insisted on sitting next to Kurt. The first time they'd met she'd dubbed him her best friend. Him labeling her as the little sister he never got.
"What do you mean Sami? I'm here now?"
"I mean like forever? Like from that big nice school?"
Blaine nearly choked on his pizza. He couldn't think about how he was going to answer her. He was going to graduate from Dalton and then there was college from there. He wasn't ever coming back home. For good at least. And how do you tell a nine year old that?
"Sweetie he comes back ever weekend to see you." Kurt spoke up. "That's when he can."
"Oh." Sam nodded and returned her attention to her piece of pizza she was eating.
Kurt looked down at Liam who was sitting on his lap, happily picking up the small bits of pizza that he'd cut up for him.
A few hours later, the youngest of the Anderson children were clean, teeth-brushed, and into bed. Kurt tiptoed down the hallway back down to the family room where he knew Blaine would be waiting. He'd taken longer because Liam had decided that he wasn't going to sleep until Kurt sang him one more song. After four entire songs the toddler was asleep and Kurt was just now getting back to Blaine who had gotten the other four to bed in the time it had taken Kurt to just get Liam asleep.
Kurt nuzzled himself back into the couch, pressed against Blaine's chest. Blaine kissed the top of Kurt's head with a smile on his face.
"So Liam seemed to like you a little.." Blaine joked.
"You think so?" Kurt giggled.
"I told you they'd love you.." Blaine smiled and pulled his boyfriend closer to him.
