Bryan looked down at his phone to see that he'd missed two calls and had one unread text message. He looked at the message.
From Blaine:
I broke up with him.
His eyebrows furrowed and he dialed his son's number. He heard a dial tone a few times before hearing the sounds of Blaine trying to catch his breath.
"Sweetheart, what on earth have you done?"
"Dad." Blaine practically sobbed into the phone. "I ruined everything. And you should have seen him, he looked so heartbroken. And I made him cry. And I don't know what I was thinking- I don't even know what to do I-"
"Blaine." Bryan said calmly as he looked over at David sitting down on the couch next to him, a questioning look appearing on his face.
"Y-Yeah?" Blaine hicupped.
"Take a deep breath. Can you do that for me?"
"Dad, I j-just want e-everything to be like it was last year. I just want him to be back in Ohio with me. And we could buh-be like we were, I hate the way things are now. I wish-"
"Blaine." Bryan interrupted. "Breath for a second sweetie."
"Right." Bryan could tell that Blaine was nodding on the other line.
"Okay. Can you talk now?"
"Y-Yeah."

The next morning after some confusion and strings pulled by David to get Blaine an earlier flight home, Blaine walked in the front door.
Both Bryan and David were asleep on the couch, waiting for their son to come home. Bryan opened his eyes and untangled David's arm from around him gently and walked over towards Blaine.
Blaine practically jumped into his dad's arms.
"Dad..I messed up, I messed up so bad."
"You'll fix it.. I promise you'll fix it." Bryan whispered, letting his son cry into his shoulder.
