Everyday seemed like it dragged on for hours on end. It felt like getting ready in the morning took an hour longer. It seemed like his days at Vogue were double the time they had been. And it seemed like the nights, especially the ones when he wasn't sleeping anyway, were twenty-four hours long.
Everything he saw reminded him of home. Everything in the apartment reminded him that it wasn't home. Everytime Rachel talked to her dads, he remembered his was ten hours away.
He felt sick all the time. Like he'd been hit by a truck. Everything hurt. Especially his head. Probably from crying so much.
Simply put, he missed Blaine.
He missed him more than anything in the world. And he didn't understand why. He didn't understand how he could miss someone who hurt him so badly. Wasn't he supposed to hate him? Wasn't that the way it was supposed to be? Every dramatic movie he'd ever seen showed him that he was supposed to hate Blaine. But clearly, the pople in those movies hadn't been in love like he had.
They'd never told the person they loved all of their secrets. They never given everything to that person. Hell, they were never in love in the first place. It was only a movie. A simple script they had to act out.
They'd also never gotten hurt they way he was hurting.
He didn't know anyone who had been hurt like this. He wished he did. Maybe they could teach him how to hate Blaine. Because right now all he could think about was how much he missed that gorgeous boy, who he still loved with all of his heart.
