AN: This is super short but I didnt want to combine this with the last chapter. Thanks for reading!

Kurt approached the gates of Arendelle filled with both hope and complete and total dread. He nervously pounded on the gates, hoping someone would come to it. Blaine lay practically limp in his arms.

A woman who Kurt had assumed was an employee of the castle opened the gates. "Prince Blaine!" She gaped. "Youre back!" She gently took him by the shoulders and steered him towards the castle.

"Take care of-" He was cut off by the gates slamming shut again. "Him." He sighed and turned, walking next to Sven. He blinked rapidly to keep the tears he felt coming from falling from his eyes. He couldnt remember the last time he cried. He wouldnt let that change now. He turned, looking back at the gates one more time.

He wished hed have gone in with Blaine. But Blaine had Sebastian, Blaine would get his true loves kiss and would be fine. Kurt chuckled bitterly, isnt that exactly how it goes. Blaine and Sebastian would be just fine, and so would he. Hed just do all the things he was doing before he met Blaine, he was just fine. He did fine without his parents, he would be fine without Blaine. He trudged back in the snow, seeing what appeared to be an empty home, hed stay there tonight.

A few hours later he was laying comfortably on the floor over top of a pile of curtains of the house that hed taken off of the wall. Hed managed to start a small fire on the floor next to him, he held his hand over the fire, trying to warm them. Hed hoped to get some sleep, it seemed like he hadnt gotten any in the last few days. He closed his eyes in an attempt to rest, finally finding some peace.

"Good morning baby." He felt a hand on his cheek, he remembered it fondly.

"Good morning mommy." A four year old Kurt replied.

"Are you going off to work with daddy today?"

"Can I?!" He sat up with a start.

"Yes, todays the big day. You can!" She beamed as she helped him pull on his coat and get his small bit of rope and ice-pick. She carried him to the dining area to let him eat his breakfast, and passed him on to his father.

"Are you ready to go today buddy?"

"Yes daddy!" Kurt squealed, wrapping his arms around Burts neck.

Kurt awoke with a start looking around the room.  There was no one else around, it was just him and Sven. He shivered and pulled his coat tighter around himself. He wished someone was there. If anything to just keep him from feeling so alone.

Hed never met someone like Blaine before, someone who captivated him so much. Someone who made him feel so needed. And hed never felt such felt like hed ever needed a person as much as he needed Blaine.

A sudden strong gust of wind blew the door to the shack open. He jerked up, looking out the door to only see the wind raging outside and snow blowing with it. Ice hung from the branches which also swung hard from the force of the wind, the shards of ice flinging from them too.

Blaine.

He shivered at the thought of Blaine being hurt in this storm. Something inside of him knew it just had to do with Cooper. He grabbed Sven by the rein and pulled him outside with him.

"We have to get to Blaine."
