Sometimes they found themselves getting giddy. They couldnt help it. It could be the smallest thing. It could be things Blaine saw in magazines about celebrities getting married. Or it could be a couple Kurt saw holding hands and walking down the street. 

Im engaged. 

It seemed to follow them everywhere. And they couldnt love it any more. 

The newest thing was a song that played while Kurt was in a cab on his way back to the flat from classes. He didnt normally take a cab, he usually walked, but today it was a little too cold for that. 

In the meadow we can build a snowman, 

and pretend that he is Parson Brown, 

hell say are you married, well say no man. 

But you can do the job when youre in town. 

He smiled at the lyrics hed never seemed to notice before. He entered the apartment a few moments. He kicked off his shoes and put his house keys down. He smiled at the sound of soft snoring coming from the curtain that divided his bedroom from the rest of the flat.

 He pushed the fabric aside to find Blaine curled up on their shared bed, still wearing his clothes from earlier in the day when hed gone to class to take the last of his midterms and as of the tie he walked free for winter break to be with his fiance. 

Blaine opened his eyes to find Kurt next to him. 

"Hey." He smiled, pulling Kurt close and grabbing his hand, he kissed the engagement ring gracing his left hand. 

Kurt felt his stomach jump along with his heart. Hed never felt so lucky in his life.
