Author's Notes: This was sort of a filler chapter, something to show that I'm still here and trying to form my thoughts into chapters. I will be finishing this story. I promise. Please review and give me some ideas to keep the juices flowing!

When Kurt left the costume closet, he went straight home. After a few days of solitude he thought about who he could talk with to make him feel better. He immediately grabbed his keys and drove to Rachel's house. He sent her a quick text saying that he needs her, for she was the only girl who knew the whole story. She wasn't rehearsing today, so he silently prayed that she was home.

He knocked on her door and after a few seconds, it was opened for him.

He fell into her open arms and they make their way to the couch. He immediately started telling her everything that had happened between him and Blaine.

"I don't know what to do," Kurt continued. "That night with Sebastian... keeps haunting me, and it's like... I just can't move on from it."

Rachel places a hand on his knee. "Kurt, he's just confused. He probably doesn't know anything about your history, assuming no one has told him anything. If you really want to make this work, I believe you two are going to have to sit down and talk it all through. Seeing him as a potential partner of yours, he deserves to know the truth."

Kurt gives her a small smile. "You know, I really hate those rare, but substantial moments when you're right."

Rachel smiles back, then gets up and makes them both some herbal tea. She tells him all about her Finn fiasco, and when they finish, Kurt hugs her goodbye and heads out the door. When he reaches his car, he feels a vibration in his pocket.

He pulls out his phone.

From: Unknown, To: Kurt (5:18)

Hey, this is Blaine. I got your number from Brittany, can we talk?

He saves his number and types out a quick response.

From: Kurt, To: Blaine (5:19)

Yes, where should we meet?

From: Blaine, To: Kurt (5:21)

I'll give you my address, can you be there around 6:30 or 7?

Following the text was a number and a street name.

From: Kurt, To: Blaine (5:22)

K, see you then.

Kurt drives home and then proceeds to get ready. He decided not to put so much effort into his outfit, so he wears some comfortable black slacks, a white button-up, with a black vest, and a long grey scarf wrapped around twice. He wears a pair of black loafers that he's never worn and heads back out the door.

When he reaches the location of the address, he looks at the clock. It reads 6:24. He's early. He decides to stop at a coffee shop and lingers there for a couple of minutes until his nerves get the best of him. He goes back, parks his car in a random space, and makes his way towards Blaine's apartment.

The second Kurt reaches the location, he sees Blaine spring up from the curb he was sitting on, his hands by his sides and feet slightly bouncing in anticipation.

Kurt walks up to him, cocking his eyebrow. ''So, you wanted to talk?''

And Blaine couldn't resist. He takes those last few steps separating them and envelops him in a huge hug, his hands wrapping around Kurt's waist.

Kurt is shocked, but pleasantly so, and wraps his arms around Blaine's neck, hugging him back just as tightly, almost forgetting the reason he came. Almost.
