Kurt was sitting in Glee Club feeling terrible and not because he felt bad or sorry about anything. He felt terrible because his loving boyfriend, the boy who had helped him face his bullies, who had danced with him at prom, who had come to Mickely from him, who he had lost his virginity to, who he loved and thought he was loved back had cheated on him.
It was like a punch in the gut seeing him kiss Sebastian. Sure Blaine had been going to Dalton a lot but that was to see his friends. Or so Kurt thought.

One Day Earlier
To Kurt:
Hey, I’m at Dalton at the moment but I’m almost done. Are we still on for this afternoon? Xx
From Kurt: Yeah of course! I can come pick you up? Finn will be with me but I’m dropping him at Puck’s then we can have some alone time ;) xx
To Kurt: Sounds like fun :P See you in 30 mins?xx
From Kurt: Yup, see you soon babe x
To Kurt: Dive safe please x
Kurt smiled at his phone as he walked into the kitchen waiting for Finn.
“Hurry up Finn” Kurt shouted impatiently. Finn finally did come, putting his shoes on as he walked down the stairs; know Kurt would be angry if he took much longer.
Their drive to Dalton was spent in a comfortable silence with a little small talk about Regionals coming up. When Kurt and Finn arrive early at Dalton, Kurt decided to show Finn around. Subtly heading where he knew Blaine would be. Though when he got to the door way he stopped head in his tracks.
There was Blaine kissing Sebastian. His Blaine. Kurt could feel Finn tense next to him. They were only there for a second before Kurt pushed Finn away before he could do anything. And he ran as fast as he could knowing Finn would be behind him caring more about Kurt than Blaine right now. He would punch Blaine later. As Kurt ran he could feel tears beginning to form in his but he refused to let them fall. He knew people at Dalton; he didn’t want to run past them crying. When he got to his car, he was out of breath not because of his run but because of what he had just seen, he dropped down to the ground and cried.
“Kurt, man I’m so sorry, I know how it feels, if you want I can go and beat the crap out of him” Finn said as he jogged up to Kurt.
“No, no. Just text- him of – my phone and tell him – that I can’t pick him up – or see him. Just make an excuse—about dad or – something” Kurt replied between sobs. Kurt held up his phone to Finn, who took and started typing. Once the message was sent he turned off the phone, not wanting Kurt to get a reply from Blaine just yet. Finn unlocked the car and picked up Kurt, putting him in the passenger seat, where he continued to cry. Kurt thought he had seen enough, more than he ever wanted to see, what he see thought and maybe what was important was Blaine pushing Sebastian off him, yelling at him for a good five minutes before going to wait for Kurt. Unaware that Kurt had come early and seen the kiss that had lasted a second. Disappointed when he got a text from Kurt saying “Hey Blaine won’t be able to pick you up or see you today. Have to help dad at the shop”. That was it? No “x” or sorry or love you? Blaine figured that Kurt was probably in a hurry and didn’t have a lot of time to write the text. So he got on a bus to head home.
