Warnings (Story): The fic in general is very sweet and fluffy and suitable for most ages, but chapter 8 will be explicit and very much Not Suited For Work ;)

Kurt was flicking through the racks of clothing that all waited for his perusal. “Are you sure you don’t mind parting with any of this?” he asked, fingering a midnight blue crushed velvet blazer.

“It’s all yours, mate,” Elliott said, leaning back against his headboard and passing the bowl of popcorn to Blaine who was lounging beside him.

Kurt in shopping mode should have been an Olympic spectator sport to begin with, but even more so now that he was trying to put together a celebrity fashion charity auction. His assistants were handling most of the organizing, but Kurt insisted on overseeing the collection of the auction items himself. This may have been for a good cause, but he still had a name and reputation to protect, and he would not tolerate any sub par items.

He’d already amassed a nice selection through his own network combined with Rachel and her Broadway contacts, but when Blaine offered to send out feelers to his clients, Kurt was not stupid enough to say no to that.

Most of Blaine’s clients had donated one or two items from their tour wardrobes, but Elliott went above and beyond and gave Kurt full access to both his personal closet and his tour wardrobe, citing that he was due for a refresh anyway.

With a literal treasure trove at his fingertips, Kurt felt like a kid in a candy store, and there was more than one audible groan heard from the closet when he found another great shirt or jacket that he adored but wouldn’t look good on him due to his and Elliott’s different body types.

Blaine and Elliott lazily munched their way through the oversized bowl of popcorn, alternately catching up about their lives and exchanging amused looks at Kurt’s feverish eyes and manic grin, and the two previously empty garment racks were filling up at a steady rate. Finally, just when they were in danger of falling into a food coma, Kurt came back in sight again.

“Okay, I think this is it. The ones on the right are the items that I think would be perfect for the auction, and the rack on the left are the things that you should really get rid of anyway because I really don’t know who thought they would ever look good on anybody.”

Elliott couldn’t help but laugh. “So you swiped left on all of them? You sure there’s no hidden gems in there?”

Bewildered, Kurt looked over to the bed where Elliott was quietly sniggering and Blaine was clutching his chest as if he was in danger of busting a rib while tears pooled in his eyes.

“I’m sorry!” he barely got out in between laughs, “He’s my best friend, I had to tell him. Please don’t be mad?”

Kurt rolled his eyes and threw himself on the bed to join Blaine and Elliott. “How could I be mad about that? I got you out of it, didn’t I?”

“Yeah,” Blaine said with a soft smile, leaning over to press a soft kiss to Kurt’s lips. “Yeah, you did.”

End Notes:

Elliott my beloved =)
