Author's Notes: Thank you for reading. Had to include Burt's epic line from Wonder-Ful!

Burt couldn't believe it. He had been ordered, due to his age and past health issues, to stop working and take it easy. He was sitting in the lounge chair, flipping thought the television channels.
"I have never been a man to just sit around!" He griped to Carole, who was sitting on the couch, looking through a parenting magazine.
"Don't look at it like that, dear." She looked at Burt. "Think of it as giving our baby a better chance at a healthy beginning to his or her life."
Burt sighed and settled on reruns of 'Deadliest Catch' "I know, Carole. I couldn't handle it when I was couchbound after my heart attack, how am I supposed to handle this."
Carole closed her magazine. "I could always teach you to knit."
Her suggestion was met with a horrified stare. "I will not become some old man knitting sweaters for cats or barbie dolls!"
"I was joking, Burt." Carole
"What am I supposed to do though, Carole?" Burt sighed, resting his hand over his abdomen. "I understand why, I am just so used to working."
"You will find a way to keep busy, honey. Take up a hobby. Explore new interests."
Burt thought a while. "Kurt was always trying to teach me those fancy dishes. Maybe I could start cooking new things, learn how to cook nice meals for you."
"Such a romantic." Carole chuckled. "Maybe the community college has a culinary program."
"Nope, I will do it the proper way." Burt looked at the television. "The food network always has a cooking show on."
"I have always been fond of Paula Dean." Carole nodded.
"Kurt always liked to watch Ina Gardner." Burt sighed.
"I wonder how the boys are doing. We have not heard from them since our last skype session."
"I am sure they are fine, Papa Bear." Carole teased. "I do know Finn is driving Rachel crazy. She texts me everyday. Us girls have to stick together, when it comes to dealing with our men."
"You mean you two have to gossip about which of us men is more of a pain in the ass." Burt winked. "I am sure Finn has me beat, possibly Kurt too."
Carole shook her head."We should maybe go visit them, while you can still travel. I can call the doctor and make sure it is okay."
Burt nodded and smiled. "I would love to see them all. Not through a grainy image on the computer either."
"It is settled then. Tomorrow, I will call the doctor and get clearance for you to fly." Carole took a breath. "Then we will go to New York and have one last final gathering, before we are all dealing with diapers and middle of the night feedings."
Burt stood and joined Carole on the sofa, pulling her into his arms. "You know, I was never told that we can't have amazing old people sex."
