I must have forgotten to tell you, sweetheart. Judy and Bree invited me to go on a cruise with them for the holidays, and since I hadn't yet made plans, I decided to tag along. I'm sorry I won't be able to make it to your first Christmas in the new house. It looks absolutely beautiful, though—Kurt emailed me pictures last week. I'm so proud of you two.
Perhaps you two could come for a visit sometime soon? I do miss you.
Your brother managed to get back for a quick visit last weekend so he'll be bringing you your Christmas gifts. Have a wonderful time, sweetheart. I love you.

Dear Blaine,
Thank you so much for the invitation! I'm sorry to say, but neither Dominic nor I will be able to make it. I'm tied in to perform all over the holiday season—such is the life of a busy young Broadway star, I'm afraid. Dominic has been summoned home for Christmas and New Year, but my dads are coming out to stay for the last few days of Hanukkah so don't feel too sorry for me!
The next time we get a chance to speak in person, I may have some very, very exciting news to share with you and Kurt! I'll send you a list of dates I'm available—perhaps if you and Kurt are free we could get together? I'll make my vegan pineapple upside-down cake. I've had a chance to perfect the recipe, and even Dominic says it's good—progress!
Happy holidays to you both, and please give everyone a hug from me!

Blaine,
Good to hear from you. The new job is going very well, thank you for asking. You wouldn't believe the drive that this generation of Warblers have with you as a role model for everything they could achieve. I'm sure you will have heard from the Dalton Alumni Newsletter that we won Sectionals with a performance of two songs from your latest album—call me biased if you wish. They've never sounded more united.
Thank you for the invitation. Mercedes and I were talking about heading to New York to catch up with you and Kurt at some point soon anyway, and since she's taking a break over the holiday season, the timing couldn't have been better. All being well, we'll be with you on the 23rd and will stay through the 26th as long as you're certain that it won't be an inconvenience, seeing as you and Kurt will have only just moved in.
Looking forward to catching up in person.

Count me in. Should be able to make it for the evening of the 23rd, but I'll let you know if I'll be later. Work is crazy, as usual, but thanks for asking.
Love to you and Kurt—tell me he's making those cupcakes again!

Hey man,
Sorry I've been so out of touch lately. We're gearing up for a huge Christmas show at The Roxy in Hollywood so we won't be able to make it out to see you this year, but I hope you have a great time. Say hey to Toby and Andrew for me if they make it—have you been to their restaurant yet? The reviews are insane!
Happy Holidays! Stu says he and the guys will be swinging by at some point in Feb so I'll try and tag along if I'm not too tied up here. We'll make it happen soon!

Hey,
I'm so sorry we won't be able to make it out to see you until New Years'. With the restaurant just taking off and this new trend of going out to eat on Christmas Day, we could stand to make a killing, and we need this.
We'll definitely, definitely be visiting on New Years'—let us know if your plans change in the meantime—as it looks like Toby's mother is going to be gracing us with her presence from the 27th through the 30th. No doubt I'll be in sore need of a margarita or twelve, so you'd best get to work on a bar for mine-to-be (you know he likes to show off when there's an audience).
I did tell you that my parents have a house in Southampton, right? Let me know when you've met them—trust me when I say that Mom will find you.
Love to you and yours from me and mine,
Andrew

Hello yourself, Mister I'm-Too-Busy-To-Call-Or-Write-My-Friends. Long time no speak! (Joking, of course. I know I only saw you two weeks ago but I have needs!)
Of course I'll be there. I miss you two crazy kids. Should be able to make it for the 23rd, but I'll keep you posted. Got a surprise for you...
