“And the winner of nationals is..... The New Directions!!!!” The announcer says and everyone stands up and cheers.

They whole group jumped up and down hugging eachother and cheering. They did it. They won. They were finally victorious after all of these years of being told they weren’t good enough or they were just a bunch of losers with silly dreams. They celebrated by ordering pizza and just hanging out in the hotel room sharing stories. Everyone was so happy about the win. This was what they had worked for for 3 years and they finally succeeded. When they finally got back to Lima, everyone in school was happy for them. It was really unexpected. Everyone was happy for them and congratulated them. A few even saying they wanted to join next year.

They only had a few days until graduation and everyone was excited, but also scared and sad. This was their last week in this place. This was the last time they would walk these halls as a student. This was it. They were closing the door of their past and opening a new one into their futures.

“I can’t believe finally won.” Kurt said as he snuggled into Blaine’s arms.

“It was awesome. Im really happy that we won too. We only have 2 days left until graduation. Are you excited? Because honestly, im terrifed.” Blaine said as he held on to Kurt tighter.

“No, im really excited. Why are you scared?” Kurt asked nervously.

“Its just... we are growing up. It just hit me today. We are graduating highschool in two days! Im terrified, Kurt” Blaine choked out and he sounded as if he was gonna cry.

“Baby, whats wrong? Talk to me.” Kurt said as he kissed Blaine’s forehead. Blaine started to cry.

“Im... just.... soo.... scared... Kurt! I am scared of moving away from my dad. I feel like im too young to do all this. I am going to college. It feels like I was just a little boy, watching disney movies with my mom. It feels like im gonna be leaving her behind once we move to New York.” Blaine said while the tears poured down his face. Kurt moved his hand up to his face and wiped away the tears.
 
“Look at me, Blaine.” Kurt said as he moved Blaine’s head so he was facing him. “Your mom would be proud of you. She really would. Look at you. You have an awesome life. You made something of yourself already. You got into your dream school and your moving to the town of your dreams. Your not leaving her behind. She will always be with you, Blaine. She is with you in spirit. She is watching over you and making sure no one hurts you. Your just following your dreams and she would want you to be fearless about this. There is nothing to be scared of. You have me and all your friends who will be there with you. Your not alone. You will always have me. Your not getting rid of me, baby. I will always stand by your side and support you. I love you”

“I love you, too, Kurtie” Blaine said and he leaned in to kiss Kurt’s lips. They kissed for a little bit and fell asleep in  eachothers arms

The next day was their last glee club ever. Kurt and Blaine both knew everyone would be emotional. This was their last time being together. But Kurt had something really big planned.

“Ok guys. I have something to say.” Kurt said as he walked to the front of the choir room. “I have a song for you guys. You guys were there for me when I had nobody. You loved me and supported me and accepted me for who I was. I never had to be anything but myself in this room. You guys are awesome. This one is for you guys.” Kurt smiled. And then the music started.

Everyone in the room was crying, including Kurt. This was it.

“Kurt, that was amazing. Didn’t know you were into Justin Bieber but you rocked that song. Good job.” Artie said as he gave Kurt a hug.

“Thanks. Guys im gonna miss this” Kurt said to everyone in the room. Everyone exchanged hugs and smiles and just took it all in. This was the last time together in this room for the rest of them. But they were moving on with their lives and living their dreams.

“Kurt! Kurt! Wake up” Blaine said as he poked Kurt’s face.

“Blaine..” Kurt moaned “Most guys would wake their boyfriend up with a blowjob but you insist on poking my face like a little kid.” Kurt smiled and pulled Blaine in for a kiss.

“We graduate today!” Blaine whispered as he snuggled into Kurt’s arms.

“Im so excited, Blaine! We are finally leaving this stupid school”

“Blaine Anderson” Principal Figgins said as Blaine walked up to recieve his diploma.

He went through the rest of the kids and finally got to Kurt.

“Kurt Hummel” He said into the microphone. Kurt walked up and got his diploma.

Finally, Kurt thought, I did it! This is the best day of my life. He pulled Blaine in for a hug and waited for the rest of the graduates to get their diplomas. They finally graduated and nothing was better than the feeling of success.

A month later:

“Im gonna miss you boys!” Carole said as she wiped a tear away from her eye.

“Mom, we are gonna miss you too. But we will be fine. Don’t worry. We will watch out for eachother.

“I know” She replied “Im just gonna miss you guys. Like alot” She hugged all three boys and then they finished packing up Kurt’s car so they could head off to New York.

They all hugged and said goodbye to everyone. They drove off and they headed to Blaine’s house to get his stuff and then they would pick up Rachel. The other girls were heading out to the big city in a few weeks. They reached Blaine’s house and they all walked inside.

“Hey dad” Blaine said as he walked over to his dad and smiled.
“Blaine! Are you guys getting ready to leave?” He replied
“Ya we are” Blaine said and the smile faded from his face.
“Whats wrong? Aren’t you excited?” His father asked and Blaine just ran into his arms and starting sobbing.
“Im just gonna miss you so much, daddy!” Blaine sobbed.
“Blaine, im gonna miss you too” His father said and he held him tighter. They eventually let go and started to pack up Kurt’s car. They all gave his dad hugs and headed off. Blaine watched as he left his dad standing on the sidewalk. He felt horrible.

“Finn! Stop the car! We need to go back” Blaine shouted and he pressed down on the gas pedal as hard as he could. Finn turned the car around and Blaine got out and ran into his dad’s arms. He started to cry again and so did his dad.

“Im gonna miss you, Blaine”
“Me too. I just needed one more hug.” They hugged for a few more minutes just crying. They let go and Blaine got back in the car and he waved his dad goodbye. Its not like this was the last time he would see his dad but he would just miss him so much. Blaine cried the whole way to Rachel’s place. Kurt sat in the back with him, comforting him and making him feel better. Once they picked up Rachel, they hit the road. They stopped alot on the way there, checking out all the places they stopped. They took a bunch of pictures and explored alot. They finally got to New York and walked into their apartment. They brought their bags in and settled down. They were all home. They spent the summer getting ready for school and exploring the city together. They other girls got there and they showed them all the places they discovered. They were having the times of their lives. They started school and they all loved it. They were learning alot at their new schools and they loved being able to study in New York. This was where they belonged. They were happy.
