Blaine isn’t sure how but somehow he managed to pin Kurt to the cold leather of the couch. The pads of his callused fingers pressing into his soft, pale skin. He traces his right hand delicately over his hipbones and all the way around to his spine. Blaine’s skin is on fire and he can only blame Kurt, with his wet kisses and his hands that run through his gelled curls and all over his arms. Every simple grazing of Kurt’s fingers and nails seems to drive him into a frenzy. He tries not to make a needy sound as he feels his skin being excogitated and his previous gloom seeping through the newly exposed lines of pink.
Blaine hardly even notices Kurt’s panting and how slightly swollen his lips are. All he notices is the brunette withering beneath with a look of passion in his eyes that Blaine had only seen when he slapped him. His blue eyes locked onto his and something inside of Blaine’s chest hitched. He lets the slender boy fall down onto the leather slowly and take a deep breath through his nose, inhaling the sweet scent of vanilla and something else he can’t quite place but it smells so distinctive and very much like Kurt. After all, he has been surrounded by nothing but the brunette for the past four weeks.
“Kurt.” Blaine whispers against his perfect lips. Kurt was so close he practically tasted the light sheen of sweat that had glossed over his bare chest, shoulders, and neck.
“Blaine.” Kurt breathed back softly. The raw emotion and passion seeping through the single word.
“Why are we doing this?” Blaine asked, softly. He locked eyes with Kurt’s again. “We’re practically strangers…”
“Well, you instigated it.” Kurt shot back, sounding slightly wounded. Blaine looked down at his slender hands that were clutching to his blue Dalton shirt. Before he could second guess his actions, Blaine kissed him again, cupping the side of his face. He felt Kurt’s hands glide effortlessly underneath his shirt and slowly up his stomach which instinctively clenched tighter. Blaine managed to pull his body closer, the pads of his fingers gripping at his hips once more before completely lifting Kurt’s body up towards his own. They collided against the cushion again.
“I couldn’t help it.” Blaine admitted, touching his forehead to Kurt’s. This contact seemed far too intimate, the kisses were simple animalistic desires being played out. But this contact was confusing, his head began to whirl again as Kurt blinks.
His eyelashes sweep gracefully downwards as Blaine licks his lips. Damn those eyes. He thought as he leaned in for more. They both instantly froze when they heard a sudden pounding on the door.
“KURT!” A voice bellowed out. ”Kurt! We need to go to practice!” Kurt eyed the door then Blaine with a conflicted look. Blaine took a deep breath, preparing himself for Kurt to say something.
“I have to go.” Kurt said, after flicking his eyes between Blaine and the door several times. Blaine reaches for Kurt’s button up shirt and hands it to him. The overwhelming desire to drop to knees and beg Kurt to stay is so strong, he bites his lip until he can no longer feel anything but a dull ache. He mentally pushes aside his qualm and slides himself off of Kurt. The brunette pulls him into a close embrace and takes a deep breath.
“I’m sorry,” He whispers. Blaine feels his body heat up again as he feels Kurt’s lips and breath lightly graze his earlobe. Kurt kisses his cheek softly before he stands up and strides over to retrieve his messenger bag. Instead of responding, Blaine just nods as he walks.
“Maybe later I’ll properly say thank you for saving my life.” Kurt says, looking over his shoulder at Blaine before clicking the remote and walking out of the dark-stained door. The instant Kurt’s gone, Blaine slumps down onto the cold leather, trying to forget the fact that his jeans are much tighter. He looks down at his reaction from the feverish, passionate osculation and Kurt’s parting remark. Pushing himself off of the couch, he decides he has no choice but to finish the job himself trying not to think too much of their situation.
————
The first thing Kurt remembers after his slow descent to the floor is Blaine being so close to him. His overly pink lips mere inches from his own. His eyes, as usual, completely taking both his breath and concentration away. They looked as though they were colored with pure honey and drove him insane. He remembered their lips meeting with a loud crash, signals to stop blaring in his brain. Blaine’s lips were lush and firmer than he had imagined. Kurt had been completely surprised when Blaine had been able to lift him with seemingly no difficulty and lay him down on the couch, all the while kissing him delicately. Kurt wanted to look at Blaine and tell him that he wasn’t a child, that he could handle it if he went faster. It seemed as though his mind completely went blank when Kurt felt Blaine’s calloused hands on his bare chest. Kurt instantly wanted him closer, to feel their bare skin touching, to hear and feel Blaine heart beat clamorously in his chest. Kurt knew that his heart was beating loud enough the entire student body of Dalton could hear it. Their kisses were forceful, passionate, the occasional clash of teeth that barely hurt, and full of breathy noises. Blaine’s breath was hot as it ghosted over his cheek, his lips barely moving as he asks to remove his shirt. Kurt doesn’t offer a spoken response as he reconnects their lips and drags Blaine’s hands down towards the bottom hem of his white button up. Blaine literally ripped it off. Kurt didn’t have enough time to register the thought that his buttons may have popped off because he was focused back on Blaine. He was fixated on the curly headed boy who was currently openly leering at his now bare torso. Kurt bit his bottom lip trying to figure out what Blaine was thinking. Kurt opens his mouth to ask that exact question, but before he could even form his words around his tongue, there a warm pair of lips over his and an unfamiliar slick tongue pressing for an accepted entrance. Kurt attempts to cover up a single breathy, needy noise before Blaine’s soft and slick tongue slides across his teeth and against his own. He needs more.
He needs all of Blaine. Within seconds his hands are roaming over Blaine’s soft and heated skin, his nails lightly dragging across the long scape of his back. His right hand reaches up to tangle into his lightly gelled hair and pulls his head in an even closer proximity. Kurt tugs a bit harder than necessary and instantly feels regret pool in his stomach, he disconnects their lips and looks up at the boy’s honey eyes. Blaine’s eyes are glossed over slightly and his pupils are dilated. He didn’t seem to register whether or not that hurt.
“Kurt.” He whispered after several minutes of euphoria. The sound of his slightly gravelly voice, mostly from disuse; his own name on those lips, somehow made him even more attractive. Kurt realized how tightly he was clenching his shirt, slightly relented and that Blaine was completely covering him in the best of ways.
“Blaine.” Kurt finally breathed out.
“Why are we doing this?” Blaine asked him, his eyes locking with Kurt’s. “We’re practically strangers…” Blaine glanced down at their bodies. The simple question made him want to retort with something witty. Anything at all.
“Well, you instigated it.” He found himself saying to his own hands, disobeying his previous thoughts. He snaked his hands against Blaine’s chest and stomach. Blaine closed the gap between their lips and bodies again, wrapping his arm around his hips and lifting him, Blaine’s body crashing down against Kurt’s. He couldn’t stop a soft gasp from escaping past his lips.
“I couldn’t help it.” Blaine replied, barely touching their foreheads together. Kurt simply looks back at him, a pleasant humming in his bones. Blaine leans close again, their sensitive lips barely brushing as a loud, sudden pounding erupts from the door. Kurt hears Nick yelling his name but can’t seem to process anything other than the obviously attractive boy right in front of him.
“Kurt! We need to go to practice!” Nick yelled again. He took a deep breath and looked at the door, then back to Blaine.
“I have to go.” Kurt said forlornly. Blaine reaches for his shirt and slides off slowly. He regrets his decision instantly as he buttons the shirt up quickly. A small part of him is shocked that his shirt is still intact. “I’m sorry.” Kurt continues, kissing his cheek delicately. It’s slightly difficult to walk as he wobbles with jelly legs. Before clicking his remote and exiting the apartment, he looks back.
“Maybe later I’ll properly thank you for saving my life.” He said as he slid through the open door.
“Took you long enough.” Nick said, a look of relief passing over his face as they began their walk. Their footsteps bounced back to them off of the empty hall walls. There is absolutely no denying it. He’s stuck. He sees Nick’s mouth moving and wrapping around words quickly, but hearing none of it as they went to the Warbler’s meeting hall. Kurt wonders how he will get through practice like this.
