Blaine was having another nightmare while I was cleaning the kitchen. I rushed to the bedroom when he screamed my name. He was thrashing around the bed mumbling "get off me. Stop! Kurt!"

I was confused, was he running from me?

"Please leave us alone." He cried. I slowly approached him and touched his arm causing him to scream my name, "Kurt!"

"I'm right here," I told him shaking him awake.

He screamed before his eyes snapped open and he attached himself to me. His fingers gripping my shirt as he cried into my chest.

"It's okay, I'm here." I cooed running my fingers through his hair. He didn't stop crying for at least 30 minute and when he stopped I realized he was sleep again.

I didn't leave this time I just stayed waiting for something to happen. I just needed to know that he was calling me to save him, not for me to go away. I couldn't get away from him, the one thing I didn't want to happen happened.

I fell in love with him.

Blaine’s hold on me loosened as he looked around.

"Hey love," I ran my fingers through his hair, "are you alright?"

"Yeah." He mumbled, "Why are all the pillows on the floor?"

"You had a nightmare, you don't remember?" I asked.

"No," he said thinking about it. "I just remember waking up in your arms."

"Okay," I kissed the top of his head, "so you don't remember your dream at all?"

"No," he shook his head, "Why?"

"It's nothing, you just screamed my name, I was wondering why." I told him. He was quiet as he thought hard on what he dreamed .

"I don't remember, I'm sorry." He said.

"Don't worry about it." I held him closer for a moment before asking."If I ever scare you or you want me to go away tell me, I will understand."

"I will never be scared of you, Kurt. You protect me. Like my own guardian." He said.

"Okay, I'm going to grab us some coffee." I kissed him and left the room. I ran across the street to Lima bean and bought Blaine a muffin with it. The guy in front me ordered two gallons and was juggling phones. "Hey Mrs. Anderson.... Lydia, is Blaine around he's not answering his phone. Oh wow alright I'll try her next. Thank you," he hung up the phone and took his order of coffee. I looked at him and wondered if his Blaine Anderson was my Blaine...

I took the two cups back to the room and heard Blaine in the shower. "I'm back," I called to the bathroom.

He got out with a towel around his hips. I lost my train of thought as the water dripped down his toned abs. He ran his fingers through his curly hair.

I shook my head to clear it and remembered the guy in the cafe. "Check your phone," I said, "there was this guy that mentioned your name." Blaine thought for a moment as he crossed the room to his phone.

"Oh shit," he exclaimed, "I completely forgot."

He ran to the guest room with his clothes in it and began to explained his panic from there. "Today is the counsel meet, were last years seniors pass the gavel. I'm running for the top position on the table."

"For the warblers right?" I asked. He ran back in with khaki and a white unbuttoned shirt with a red and blue Tie tossed around his neck.

"Yes, and it starts in 45 minutes," Blaine said stepping into the bathroom. I followed him in and tried to help him.

"I'll call a cab," I said buttoning his shirt as he brushed his hair. "Just relax Blaine."

“This just means a lot to my family, and if they find out that I blew it off they will kill me.” He mumbled getting frustrated with his hair. “My stupid hair won't go down. I need to cut it.”

“Blaine.” I snapped; he stopped moving and looked at me. “Take a deep breath.” We inhaled together and exhaled together, “Now, what’s can I get for you while you finish in here?” I asked tying his tie.

“My shoes. I think my belt is still in my dorm thought, and I don’t know where my blazer is.” He spoke fast opening a container full of gel.

“Okay, I will get that together,” I said leaving the room just to hear something drop in the sink. I dialed the cab services as I walked into the room and rummaged through his bag for dress shoes and saw his blazer hanging up on the door. I returned to he bathroom and barley recognized the boy that stood.

His hair made the biggest difference between the fun and spontaneous Blaine I've come to know to this businessman that looked remarkably like his father.

“Cabs on it's way,” I said slowly while I looked him up and down.

He looked over at me, “How do I look? Presidential?”

“Yeah, completely. Good luck today,” I said. I helped him put on his blue blazer with red piping. He smiled and kissed me before his phone started ringing again.

He jumped over the bed to answer it. “Wes hey I'm on my way. I'll be about 10 minutes.” He answered heading for the door.

“Blaine,” I called, “Shoes?” He shook his head and grabbed them while the guy on the other line asked who I was.

“Its along story Wes, tell you when I see you.” He said hanging up the phone, “Bye,” he called to me shutting the door.

End Notes: because the story is very OOC, and the Vampire plot takes away from the Glee of it all i thought Blaine should at least still be a warbler and that should still be active in the story. so this is not the last time we see the warblers in the series but its the only time Wes comes up which is why he is not in the cast list.
