When Kurt walked into the choir room he was shock the glee club has doubled all thanks to Blaine. Finn sat in the middle of the unholy trinity staring at Quinn's boobs. Mike had his arm wrapped around Tina's chair whispering sweet nothings into her ear. Mercedes and Artie sat gossiping as Rachel and Blaine waited eagerly for Kurt.

"Wow Blaine you did it," Kurt said as he took his seat beside Rachel. Blaine smiled and looked at the full room.

"Yeah, I guess I did huh," he said coming back around full circle to Kurt. Mr. Schuester walked in his entire face lit up with excitement.

"Holy smokes! All 5 of you want to join glee?" He said setting his bag on the piano.

"Well, I'm here to watch Blaine preform again, and show off my own talent as a singer and dancer," Quinn said.

"Ditto, and I want to be famous but I've got no proof of my immense talent." Santana said.

"I danced with Blaine at lunch and I guess I can sing but I prefer to dance." Brittany said.

"Welcome cheerios, this is great what about you Finn? Mike?" Mr. Schuster asked.

"I really like to sing but I've never preformed before, and I play the drums." Finn said.

"I dance, and I've been wanting to join for a while but football was in the way." Mike said.

"Well, I was going to give a winning pep talk towards trying to get members but it looks like we only need one more to compete." Mr. Schue couldn't stop smiling. "Here's the deal, all of you need to show us your talent but more then that we all need to welcome each other and show our strong points, so here's the assignment you can start this weekend. Find a song that explains you. So we can knock two birds with one stone."

"What exactly do you mean a song that explains us?" Quinn asked.

Rachel proudly butted in, "Mr. schue if I may. I am always prepared," she stood up and walked to the front of the class, "the song that explains me the best is Don't Rain On My Parade from the Broadway musical Funny Girl." she turned to the band and they started.

Kurt adored Rachel's voice, in someway that's the only reason they are friends. Kurt glances over at Blaine who stared in awe at her. He then looked at the other newbies, Quinn and Santana's expressions matched Blaine's, Quinn's jaw dropped a bit. Finn looked like he had fallen in love and Brittany was confused. Kurt couldn't see Mike's face but his foot was tapping so he must be enjoying it.

Kurt's phone buzzed in his pocket and he quickly retrieved it to see a message from Zaiah, the guy Kurt had been talking to for a few weeks now before the Blaine fiasco.

Zaiah: I got my phone back! Call me when you get a chance. We should hangout this weekend.

Zaiah lived on the other side of town and met Kurt at a music shop the beginning of the school year, Kurt was so busy with Wicked he never kicked things off with him other then flirty text messages and the occasional phone call. Zaiah saw opening night of Kurt's performance before he got grounded for missing curfew three nights in a row.

Blaine noticed Kurt texting but with Rachel's closing note his focus returned to the star in the room. Cheers erupted through out the room as Rachel bowed. She returned to her chair receiving a high five from Blaine.

"Thank Rachel, do you understand it now Quinn." Mr. Schue said.

"I sure do. I can't wait to preform." She smiled and looked at Santana.

"Alright, Friday practices are usually short but thank you all for joining I can't wait to hear you preform." Schuster said dismissing the student.

"Hey Blaine wanna lift some weights before practice?" Finn asked as he and Mike started to the door.

"No I was going to stick around here but I'll see you at practice." Blaine turned his attention to Kurt.

"Do you know what song you're going to sing?" He asked Kurt.

"Probably Not The Boy Next Door or I'm The Greatest Star." Kurt said giving Blaine half his attention as he text Zaiah.

Kurt: practice ended early. You wanna meet up?

"I have no idea what to do, I'm sure something will come to mind." Blaine said.

"I gotta run, enjoy your weekend." Kurt said, walking around Blaine and out the choir room.
