"Look we are late," Olivia hissed at cooper as they got out the car.
"Well you don't need that much make up. Hell you don't need any," cooper said to his wife opening the door to Whiskeys.
They quit bickering as they approached the hostess table. "Reservations for four under Hummel." Cooper said. The host nodded her head and brought them to the privet table where Kurt and Blaine already sat tasting wines.
"Hey," Kurt said standing to give Olivia a kiss on the cheek and shook coopers hand. They sat opposite the boys and the waiter brought them glasses of the wine Kurt bought.
"To Sunday family night," cooper toasted. The chatter at the table was typical, cooper talked about the acting gig in the taco commercial he is working next week. Kurt and Olivia were still working at the hospital but Kurt was now head of the pharmaceuticals department just like his degree dictated. Blaine in the middle of writing a musical about a bar and lots of scandal.
Dinner came and went quickly and as dessert came out cooper had an announcement. "So Blaine, are you ready to be an uncle?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"Well if you're ready to be father I guess I'll step up to the plate. Are you ready to be my best man?" Blaine asked laughing.
"Oh my god you're getting married," cooper exclaimed. Kurt showed them the ring and Olivia gave him a hug.
"Congratulations dad, let’s get a bottle of champagne to celebrate." Kurt said waving down a waiter.
"God we've gotta look for more family friendly venues," Blaine said smiling wide at Olivia.
"Not for another 7 months, I will skip the champagne though," Olivia smiled.
"This is great you're getting married we're having a kid, everything is coming together perfectly." Cooper said.
Kurt turned to Olivia, "better than a romance novel."
"And a lifetime movie," she commented back laughing at the brothers confusion.

Kurt woke up that night as the bathroom light leaked over the bed. Blaine was in the bathroom sprinkling water over his face. Kurt climbed out of bed and step in the door way. "You alright babe?"
Blaine grabbed a washcloth to dry his face. "I will be." He walked to Kurt and wrapped his arms around Kurt neck and gave him a soft kiss and pressed his head to Kurt’s.
"I love you," Kurt said.
"I love you. Let’s go back to bed." Blaine said pushing Kurt backwards till they collapsed on the bed. They laughed weakly and climbed under the covers.
Blaine lied on Kurt’s chest and listened to the subtle heartbeat. Kurt ran his fingers through the mess curls on Blaine’s head. "You can talk to me, about your nightmares," Kurt said softly.
"I know, I've only ever told cooper though..." Blaine said after a few minutes. "I thought they stop by now." He whispered.
Kurt wrapped his hands around Blaine holding him tight, “I think they will go away, when you stop being afraid. You can’t relive the past Blaine; we don’t have to worry anymore.”
“You make it sound so easy,” Blaine said.
“You didn’t go to high school, after junior year no one cares like no one. And now as adults we keep hate in, only to show it in our faces.” Kurt told him he pressed a kiss on his head.
“You’re right,” Blaine looked up at him, “I'm glad I met you. You are the best thing in my life.”
“Remember you said that, so if I hear you tell our niece or nephew the same thing I will tell that child you are lying.” Kurt joked laughing. Blaine shook his head and laughed at his adorable fianc�.
Blaine gave Kurt a kiss, “Good night, my love.”
“Good night darling.”
