Author's Notes: So this one took particularly long to write, maybe because I was extremely sleepy and I was talking to my bestfriend about twitter & literature half the time. Whatever. Enjoy. AND PLEASE LEAVE REVIEWS!

"Kurt? Kurt?! KURT!"

Kurt's eyes shot opened with a startle, his first sight was of a dull, white ceiling before he dropped his gaze to the person who had screamed his name. Blaine was looking down at him, wearing an apprehensive expression. He groaned at his sudden headache and tried to sit up, but was gently pushed back down by a woman in a nurse uniform. "Lie back down sweetie, or that headache's going to hurt more." She smiled before turning on her heel & walked out of the room.

"I called your dad. He should be here in a few minutes." Blaine said, breaking the silence.

"WHAT?! You- how did you even know his number?" Kurt shot up, but groaned when his headache started to throb.

"I called him using your phone. Don't look at me like that! I'm sure your dad would've liked to be informed that his son fainted in the middle of the school's hallway!"

Kurt slumped his shoulders and sighed, "Fine. Can I have my phone back now? And how did you even know where I carried my phone?" Remembering that he had stored his phone into the back pocket of his pants.

"You're awfully chatty for a person who just collapse in front of the entire student body." Blaine smirked. Kurt rolled his eyes before grabbing his phone from Blaine's grasp.

Just then, Burt Hummel burst through the doors of the infirmary, looking distressed & solicitous. "Kurt! Kurt are you alright? Are you hurt?" Burt started to check Kurt's arm and face for any indication of a bruise. "I'm fine dad! I fainted that's all."

Burt immediately pulled him into a tight hug at the word 'fine', "God, you almost gave me a heart attack. You have no idea how far my imaginations ran." Kurt could hear his dad's voice border lining towards tears, so he returned his dad's hug, comforting him. Assuring him that he was okay.

Burt only noticed the boy standing behind him when he pulled away from Kurt. He looked on over to the boy, before looking back at Kurt. "Urm, dad, this is Blaine." Blaine stepped forward and held out his hand to the man. "Hi Sir, I'm Blaine. I was the one who called you-" Before Blaine could even complete his sentence, Burt had tugged Blaine into a bear hug. "Thank you. God, thank you so much for calling me."

"S'problem Sir," he said timidly as he felt Burt crushing his spine with the hug.

The nurse re-entered the room just as Burt and Blaine pulled away from each other. "I assume you're Kurt's father? He fainted, but luckily Blaine here had caught him in time before his head hit the ground. He's free to go home. You should take a couple more days of rest though, sweetie. You look exhausted." The nurse smiled at Kurt. "Thank you, nurse...Carole." Burt said, rather flirtatiously. The nurse blushed before leaving the infirmary once more. "Right, kiddo. Let's get you home." Kurt swung his legs off the bed but regretted it almost immediately because it made his headache throb even more. This time he couldn't bear with the pain. "Ouch..." he said, pressing his index finger into his temple. "You okay kid?" Burt had rushed in front of him, trying to figure out what was wrong. "Fine dad, just my head."

Kurt got to his feet and felt his head throb harder, causing his balance to weaken, but just when he was about to fall, he felt an arm snaking around his slender waist and gripping onto his side. He turned to see Blaine's chest pressed against his shoulders, trying to hold him up. When he tried to shrug him off, Blaine glared at him, "Do you wanna fall?" He shook his head, unable to put up an argument. "I'll help him walk to the car, Sir." Blaine said to Burt.

Burt led the way, turning around every few seconds to make sure his son was okay.

Blaine had his hand gripping tightly onto Kurt's waist the entire time, holding him up with all his strength, which wasn't really that much considering Blaine was a jock, and Kurt was thin & really light. Kurt was stumbling onto his own foot the entire time, leaning into Blaine for support. Every step he took, his head throbbed harder, causing him to groan. He felt extremely lethargic as he walked down the hallway, with Blaine's arm wrapping behind him. Everyone's attention was on them as they stumbled through the hallway. Kurt hated the attention and every time people looked at him, his cheeks would grow crimson.

"What the hell are you doing?" Quinn had appeared out of nowhere & stood in front of them, glaring at Kurt, then to her boyfriend. "Get out of the way Quinn. He fainted and now I'm walking him to his dad's car because he can barely walk." Blaine said heatedly. He was getting really agitated with Quinn today.

"Why can't his dad carry him then?" Quinn said.

"COULD YOU JUST GET OUT OF THE FUCKING WAY QUINN?!" Blaine screamed at her. Finally losing his patience with his girlfriend.

Quinn's eyes widen in shock. Her face grew a shade of red before she stormed off, looking back to glare at Kurt one last time before walking away briskly with her nose pointed to the heavens.

Burt pulled the passenger door open when they arrived at his truck as Blaine tried to slowly ease Kurt into the seat. When he was finally settled, he leaned across Kurt to help buckle his seat belt. Kurt winced a little at how close their faces were. Just inches apart.

Blaine turned his head suddenly, looking straight into his blue eyes with his hazel ones.
"Get well soon, Kurt. I'll miss my lab partner." He winked, before shutting the car door close.

End Notes: SO after this will probably be a time jump. Chapter 7 will be up soon okay! Still working on it adding a few tweaks here and there. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! LEAVE REVIEWS

Smack Quinn... so mean. And Why does Kurt have such a bad headache if Blaine had caught him? Did they not try to figure that out?

I honestly wanted to congratulate Blaine when he told Quinn off. I found it so awesome that he was willing to help Kurt to the car even though he could have left it to Burt. This story is really awesome.

He winked! Haha! Loving it so far!
