Blaine was really looking forward to the press conference. He was delighted that he would have Kurt by his side. His manager had organized for two tux to be delivered. Blaine carefully laid out Kurts tux on the bed. He knew how much fashion meant to Kurt. He excitedly waited for Kurt to enter the room.

“Kurt look what has just arrived. This one is for you to wear tonight” said Blaine surprised as Kurt lacked the enthusiasm he was hoping for.

“Blaine its lovely” said Kurt

“Could you be a bit more excited. These cost a lot of money” explained Blaine.

“Well then you shouldnt have spent so much money on it. The suits arent worth all that money”

“Yes but you are worth it” said Blaine

“Blaine you are wasting money that we dont have”

“Kurt I only wanted to do something nice. I wanted us to go to the press conference looking and feeling confident. Is that too much to ask?”

“Blaine I dont feel confident. I looked in the mirror again this morning and I still feel ugly”.

Blaine sighed and shook his head. He left the room. Kurt wondered if he should try harder to put on a brave face for Blaines sake. Blaine re-entered the room with writing on his forehead. Kurt looked at it and saw that Blaine wrote-Im with beautiful.

“If this is what it takes” Blaine said as he pointed to his forehead “for you to realize that I think you are gorgeous then I will go out like this”.

Kurt smiled at how sweet his boyfriend was being. He ran a cloth under water and proceeded to wipe the writing of Blaines forehead.

“Blaine you are so thoughtful and thank you so much for this. But Im just not ready to go out yet. Im sorry. But you should go”.

Blaine smiled back at his boyfriend. He wished Kurt would go. He loved his boyfriend more than anything and he understood that Kurt needed more time.

Blaine was just about to leave their apartment when Kurt called “Blaine sweetheart, I love you so much”. Kurt gave Blaine a tender, loving kiss on the lips. Blaines heart skipped a beat. He had missed this so much.

“I love you too” said Blaine unable to hide his smile as he left.
