Warm Bodies

There's only one rule to being a Zombie:Humans = Food. "B" is a zombie. He has no name, no memories, and no pulse, but on rare occassions he has one particular dream. He is a little different from his fellow Dead. Amongst the ruins of an abandoned city of Lima, B meets a Boy. His name is Kurt and he is the opposite of everything B has ever known - warm and bright and very much alive, he is a blast of colour in his dreary, everday grey landscape. For reasons he has yet to understand, B chooses to save Kurt instead of eating him, and a tense yet strangely tender relationship begins. This has never happened before. LIKE, EVER. It breaks the rules and defies logic, but B is no longer content with life in the grave. He wants to breathe again, he wants to be alive, and Kurt wants to help him. But their grim, rotting world won't be changed without a fight....
