Early-onset Alzheimer's ran in their family. The brothers had known this. Their mother had had it, as did their grandfather, and so on. Never mentioning it to Kurt, Blaine prayed he'd never have to. Cooper was prepared though. What he wasn't ready for was how quickly the disease took Blaine.

Set Fire to The Rain
Blaine never transfers. The only part of season 3 that's canon is Sebastian'sexistence. "Kurt, please. Just - just give me a minute to explain. Please." Kurt didn't realize until right now that there's a steady stream of tears flowing down his face as he lets out a sob that turns into a scream. He throws the car in drive and takes off, leaving Blaine standing out in the rain.
