A Broken Fall
It's the day after a massive snow storm when Blaine tags along with his mother to work. Blaine is a volunteer at the Lima Memorial Hospital, where his mother is a pediatric surgeon and always took up the chance to go visit with the children on the pediatrics ward. With a packed emergency room, Blaine is sent to fetch a patient and bring them up to the pediatrics floor to be attended to. What Blaine didn't expect was to see one of the members of New Directions sitting along, hugging his left arm to his chest and tears in his eyes.
