A Streetsuss Serenade

It is the year 2070, and the global population growth has finally outstripped Earth's resources. Wars have been waged, governments have been overthrown, innocents have died in the everyday struggle to stay alive. The world has descended into chaos and anarchy. In the wake of this apocalyptic crisis, names and faces have started appearing on people's wrists. Nobody knows what they mean, but it has become a widely believed conspiracy in North America that these names and faces are part of a divine message for keeping oneself alive. In order to survive the end of times, one must find and kill the person whose name and face are printed on their wrist before they can be killed themselves, thereby decreasing the population once more. Sixteen year olds Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson are destined to kill one another, but that might not prove so easy, since just because you're supposed to kill someone doesn't necessarily mean you won't fall in love with them instead. Which one of these two will manage to survive in a society of kill-or-be-killed? Or will they be able to find another way out of it?
