Welcome one, welcome all to the official public launch of Scarves & Coffee! For the past week the site has been open to a handful of beta testers. These wonderful authors have taken the time to submit their fics, learn their way around the submission interface, post reviews for stories, and let us know of any bugs/issues they may have had so we could fix everything up all pretty like for this fantastic day! We're almost positive we've corrected any problems, but if you run into something weird, feel free to contact an admin using the ''Contact Us'' button at the bottom of the page. We're hoping to add a few other features in the future such as a forum and an actual chatbox. For now, feel free to drop a line in the shoutout box on the left hand side of the page! SO! Onto official things: Please read the submission rules. These can be found under the ''Rules'' tab at the bottom of the page. You will also see the submission rules when you submit your stories. If you need help using the story submission interface, there is a step-by-step guide under the ''Help'' tab at the bottom. (This is also the FAQ page, so please consult the ''Help'' page before resorting to contacting an admin.) Please remember this is a KLAINE ONLY fanfiction archive. Stories about any other ships will be deleted by an admin. DOUBLE CHECK your stories for grammar/spelling issues. If you'll notice, in the submission rules, we've pointed out that admins are at liberty to delete stories if the grammar and/or spelling is not up to par (after allowing the author time to fix the issue themselves). We're not going to crucify you over a few typos, we just really want this site to be home to quality fanfic. If you post your story and you see a little yellow bird next to the title of your fic, that means you've most likely accidentally checked the box for a round robin. If your story IS NOT a round robin, please go to your ''manage stories'' page and uncheck the box. We know Pavarotti is pretty, but I doubt that many people actually mean for their stories to be labeled as round robins. ALSO! You DO NOT have to be a member to read fics here, but in order to favorite a story or review one, you need to register. We have decided to not allow anonymous/unregistered reviews to keep hate/flaming at bay. That being said, just because you register does not mean you have to submit stories. EVERY NEW ACCOUNT MUST BE VALIDATED BY AN ADMIN. If you can't access your stories or your account page after you've registered, it's because you haven't been validated yet. We validate everyone, but we have to validate each username individually and we will TRY to do that as soon as possible. If your username hasn't been validated, give us a tiny bit of your time and patience; WE'LL GET TO YOU EVENTUALLY, WE PROMISE! I would also like to introduce the admins to the site! There's only the three of us right now, but if you have any problems, we want you to know that you can contact us. There's me, Beautifulwhatsyourhurry, then there's Ozbrat, and we also have Loganiswishinghewasnumb. These are our usernames so feel free to drop us a line! We created the site from scratch and we really, really, really hope you'll enjoy it! Welp. I think that's all I have for now. We hope to see you adding your fics to our archives! We've recently added a ''Non-English Fics'' category because we were approached by a few authors who were really interested in posting their stories, but aren't native English speakers. We know it's a rather broad category, but unless we get hundreds of Non-English Fics, we won't be having subcategories. I hope you're all enjoying the site!
