Give Your Heart A Break.

Sequel to Fix a Heart.Graduation is here for Blaine and our boys are off to New York. Will they be able to handle the real world together? Can they find a way to balance school and work and still have time to spend together? Will the past come back to haunt them? Let's find out if their love can survive, or if it's time to give their hearts a break.

Author's Notes: Basically this one picks up a few months after Fix a Heart. Blaine's graduating and him and Kurt are soon heading off to New York to start their new life together. There will be happy times, sad times, crazy times, heart breaking times, hilarious times, and even some sexy times. (yep, I'm going to try my hand at that)This is a sequel to my other fic, Fix a Heart which should be read first or most of this won't make sense. :)Note: I might be adding some characters to the list, right now I'm still in the early workings of this story and I'm not sure who all is going to be main characters.
